培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力，培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展。

二、教材分析

《Go forit》七年级下册共12个单元，加上复习单元2个，文化背景知识和学习策略等部分补充材料。全书采取任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识之用。它采用“语言的输入——学生的消化吸收——学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。通过确定languageGoal，采用听、说、读、写，自我检测等手段，有效提高语言习得者的学习效率，有利于习得者的语言产出，体现了以学生为主体的思想。

三、学情分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，大部分学生学习成绩优秀，但还有极少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，而不是一种乐趣。一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，连基本的单词听写也不过关，导致看不懂，听不懂，学不懂。学生的听力也还有待提高，在这方面失分也较多。主要是听的时间太少，接触英语的时间不多。针对种种问题，在本期的英语教学中，教师一方面应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能，为进一步学习英语打下坚实的基础;另一方面，又要采取多种措施，注意培养学生对英语的兴趣;让学生掌握记忆单词、听音、写作等英语学习技艺，培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索，合作探究能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性。教学上采取任务型教学，运用灵活多变的方法，实现学生语言运用能力的迁移和拓展。还要注意培养良好的师生关系，尊重理解学生，与学生一起分享学习中的苦与乐。使每一位学生都能在学习中取得很大成绩，有所进步。

实习前老师给我们布置了几个实习任务，那么这个教育实习就从这几个方面来谈谈自己的体会吧。

一、课堂教学

1、听课

9号去的学校，朱校长将自己带到了指导老师那，说是高一的英语组组长尤老师。一听是组长，有些忐忑起来，所幸见到老师和悦的样子给自己讲各种各样的事宜，渐渐便平静了心情。实习的第一天便是听课。这时候的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了20xx年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法。尤老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是习题的评讲。那些题目自己做倒是能做上，只是要自己讲出个所以然来却非常困难。尤其是那些什么先行词、介词、连词之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。课后说与尤老师，他说都这样的，知识整合成结构系统都是做了教师以后慢慢整理出来的。自己听了稍微宽了心，以后再听课留意下老师的串讲。

后来的日子里还去听了张老师、孙校长的课。张老师年轻，讲课时课堂气氛很活泼，孙校长讲课细致，到底是比较有经验。开始以为高中上课也必须全英语的，后来发现其实并不一定都要英语的，适当的汉语解释有助于学生的理解。

2、作业批改

英语的作业主要是英语周报以及课课练的试卷。高中的课程很注重练习。每天都必须一定量的练习训练。英语作业大都是选择题，所以改起来不算麻烦。不过还是发现了自己改作业的缺陷，同样一个班的试卷，别人十来分钟就批完了，自己恁是要花上个把个小时。后来还是尤老师教了自己，原来批改作业也有方法讲究的。若将答案写在另一张纸上，ABCD答案与试卷答案的间隔一样，批改起来只需将不一致的划掉就可以了，这样批改起来效率果然可以高很多。批改时发现有些题目学生错的比较集中，甚至答案都错到一个选项上，说明那个题目很容易被误导到那个错选项上。这样讲评时便需要着重讲解。批改作业主要也就是为了了解学生的掌握程度，以及查漏补缺吧。

3、课堂教学

大概是第三周的时候，自己有幸终于走上了三尺讲台，开始紧张异常。这真实讲课可与微格教室里的不同，下面真真切切的有六十多双眼睛看着自己呢。我讲的是第三单元的Welcome to theunit.备课时从网上找了很多的课件，然后整理了半天。走到教室时学生齐刷刷都将目光投向了我，先是一小会的骚动，铃声响了教室也安静了下来。随着Good Morning的进入，自己渐渐不再紧张，只是讲英语时还是眼睛离不开备课笔记，终究还是对自己没有自信。高一的学生还很活跃，教他们讨论问题时都很快的讨论起来，只是还是很难主动自己站起来回答问题。任何时候点名回答问题还是必须的。本来预计将Welcome讲完将Reading也提下的，结果还是没赶上。课后老师说自己讲的还好，学生也挺配合我的，心里面甜丝丝的，倒是惠的实话给了自己一记。她说她坐在后面根本听不清的。自己觉得自己声音已经不小的，后面都听不清，看来若想做教师，这嗓音还是需要训练的。想来老师只是给自己鼓励才那样说的。

后来又讲了两节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲习题时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。还有一个就是任务型阅读。这是高考新增的题型，高一也开始训练。说白了，任务型阅读主要就是mainpoint的概括，尤老师讲做任务型阅读先要看空，分析出应当填什么词性的单词，然后在原文中找出类似的表达，变换下也就能写出答案来了。特别要注意首字母的大小写。

讲课时时间的安排要紧凑，发现自己讲课时说话太慢，讲的内容少而杂乱，没有形成程序。以后还是要注重锻炼自己的速度，思维要敏捷，做事情要干练。

二、班主任工作

自己并没有实习班主任工作，不过从旁看了些指导老师做的班主任工作。班主任与学生既要亲切又不能失了尊重与敬畏。有一天尤老师将班上的每个人都找来谈了一番话，语重心长，学习生活上有什么困难，学习要注意怎样的方法，数学要重点抓，英语要多读多背之类的都一一给与建议。有个学生比较内向，一直郁郁寡欢的样子，尤老师劝解了半天也不开口讲话，这样的学生只得慢慢的多加开导，让他心情开朗起来才能愉快学习。

四年级的学生都经过了一年的三年级教材的学习，对英语有着较浓厚的学习兴趣，他们即将学习四年级教材。大部分学生已经具备听、说、认、读等能力。但部分学生由于遇到困难，学习兴趣会随之减弱，对于三年级的教材他们掌握还不是很牢。并且四年级的教材对学生又提出了新的要求：培养听、说、读、写的技能，所以本学期我们对于四年级教材的教学进度会根据学生的具体情况减慢。始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位，引导学生端正学习态度，掌握良好的学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯。

二、教材分析

《义务教育课程标准实验教科书英语》的设计和编写体现了外语教学思想的继承和发展。在分析、研究许多种国内外小学英语教材的基础上，取其精华，博采众长，形成了本套教材特有的编写体系。同时，又吸收了当今国内外英语作为外语教学的理论和成功经验，把这些教学理论和实践经验同我国的小学外语教学实际相结合，以形成我国小学英语的外语教学模式和教学方法。

三、课程目标：

1.能听懂、会说12组会话，并能进行简单的交流。

2.能听、说、认读84个单词和听、说、读、写5个元音字母并且能听、说、读、写25个单词(包括教室、书包、同学、家具、住宅结构、家庭成员、职业、数字、爱好、食品和饮料、餐具等几个话题)，和进行简单的运用。

3.能听、做7个“TPR”活动。

4.能学会2个小制作。

5.能唱8首歌曲。

6.能听、说、吟唱8首歌谣。

7.能完成6个自我评价活动。

8.能听懂6个幽默小故事。

9.能了解6项简单的中西文化知识。

四、教学中需要注意的问题：

1、会话教学(Let’s talk / Let’s play)这部分主要采用情境教学法，利用表演和游戏的方式融会话于情境教学中，在情景中运用语言。师生一起在表演中教，在表演中学，在交际活动中用。

2、词汇教学(Let’s learn / Let’s do)这部分采用直观演示法，即利用游戏，使用实物或卡片;并且融词汇于会话教学中;充分发挥TPR活动的优势;详细讲授单词的结构和书写。

3、语音教学(let’s spell)四年级上册的语音教学

(1)可以开展一些模仿竞赛活动教学元音的发音;

(2)利用卡片，投影，多媒体，描红等手段 指导学生正确地发音

(3)利用游戏促进和巩固对单词的记忆。

4、阅读教学：讲授重点应放在四会单词和句子上。引导学生掌握四会句子，着重强调复数结构。鼓励学生替换句型中的关键词造新句。要求：听、说、读、写四会单词和句子。

5.其他板块教学(Let’s sing / Let’s chant)。这部分主要采用全身反应教学法，除了用于Warm-up中，也可以不断重复使用于教学过程中。

(1)在每节课中渗透

(2)灵活运用于各个教学环节(引入、复习或放松气氛)

(3)采取多种表演活动进行学习，story time要因材施教，根据不同学生的程度进行教学。

(4)课内与课外结合使用。
