踏上社会，我们与形形色色的人打交道。由于存在着利益关系，又工作繁忙，很多时候同事不会象同学一样对你嘘寒问暖。而有些同事表面笑脸相迎，背地里却勾心斗角不择手段，踩着别人的肩膀不断地往上爬，因此刚出校门的我们很多时候无法适应。比如我们公司做网络推广的同事，他们很注意对自己客户资料的保密，以防被同事抢去自己的业绩，因而关系显得有点淡漠。但是环境往往会影响一个人的工作态度。一个冷漠没有人情味的办公室，大家就会毫无眷恋之情，有更好的机会他们肯定毫不犹豫的跳槽。他们情绪低落导致工作效率不高，每天只是在等待着下班，早点回去陪家人。而偶尔的为同事搞一个生日party，生病时的轻轻一句慰问，都有助于营造一个齐乐融融的工作环境。心情好，大家工作开心，有利于公司的发展。在电视上不止一次的看到职场的险恶，公司里同事之间的是非，我想我能做的就是多工作，少闲话。且在离毕业走人仅剩的几个月，更加珍惜与同学之间的相处。

自学能力

2)先让学生认读和区分大小写字母Ff。并让学生说出大小写Ff的笔顺。(第二册教材已学过，与之相配套的活动手册上印有字母的书写笔顺)对学生回答正确的及时给与表扬，并让学生进行书空练习。学生如回答错误，再找其他学生帮助说出正确答案，然后进行书空练习。
