春天是一年最美好的季节，大地回春，万物复苏，春意盎然。在这春光明媚的大好时光里，细菌、病毒异常活跃，是一些传染病的高发季节。学校是人群高度密集的场所，学生又是传染病易感人群之一，一旦出现是比较容易传播，会对全校师生的工作学习带来较大的影响，为有效预防与控制春季传染病在我校的发生和流行，同学们有必要了解呼吸道传染病的传播途径和预防方法，提高自我保护意识，确保身体健康。春季流行的传染病常见的有流感、肺结核、流脑、腮腺炎、麻疹、水痘、人感染禽流感等。我们学校去年曾发生水痘疫情，另外今年春季H7N9禽流感在我们江苏也有不少病例发生，今年春季需要我们重点关注水痘和H7N9禽流感疫情。人感染H7N9禽流感潜伏期一般为7天以内。一般表现为发热，咳嗽，少痰，可伴有头痛、肌肉酸痛和全身不适。重症患者病情发展迅速，表现为高烧持续在39℃以上，出现呼吸困难;水痘疫情传染速度极快，初期症状是发热，伴有头痛、流涕、咳嗽。一般经过1天可见红色小点，最初在腹部或背部出现像蚊子叮咬了似的，开始时仅有1～ 2个，数小时后就发展到手腕和腿部等处，一部分变成水泡。

传染病种类很多，不同的传染病有不同的治疗方法，但基本的预防措施是相通的，我们只要注意以下几点，就能有效地减少疾病的发生和传播。

1、教室、必须要每天通风、保持空气流动。

2、养成良好的卫生习惯，是预防春季传染病的关键。要保持学习、生活场所的卫生，不要乱扔和堆放垃圾。清洗手脸、勤换、勤洗、勤晒衣服、被褥，不随地吐痰，个人卫生用品切勿混用。预防禽流感还要尽可能减少与禽类不必要的接触。接触禽类后，应立即将手洗干净，在正规的销售禽类的场所购买经过检疫的禽类产品。

3、加强锻炼，增强免疫力。春天人体新陈代谢开始旺盛起来，正是运动锻炼的好时机，应积极参加体育锻炼。

4、生活有规律。 睡眠休息要好，保持充分的睡眠，对提高自身的抵抗力相当重要。身体劳累过度，必然导致抵御疾病的能力下降，容易受到病毒感染。

5、衣、食细节要注意。春季气候多变，乍暖还寒，若骤减衣服，极易降低人体呼吸道免疫力，使得病原体极易侵入.必须根据天气变化，适时增减衣服，切不可一下子减得太多。合理安排好饮食，饮食上不宜太过辛辣，也不宜过食油腻。

6、及时就医。由于春季传染病初期多有类似感冒的症状，易被忽视，因此身体有不适应及时就医，特别是有发热症状，应尽早明确诊断，及时进行治疗，并及时将诊断结果告诉班主任，以便班级做好预防。
