2016年10月英语专业大学生实习报告

今年1-3月份，我正式走进东莞市博森塑胶地面材料有限公司，开始了自己人生中的第一份实习工作。实习期间，我的工作职位是英语外贸业务员，工作的主要任务是进行海外客户的开发与维护。

实习期的工作内容，前期主要包括浏览本公司的网站，掌握和熟悉本公司产品的主要特性与应用。同时参考国内外同行业各相关公司的网站，对本行业与产品有一个更深刻、更全面的了解。中期的工作内容是集中进行海外客户的搜索与整理，挖掘一切相关的潜在客户的资料信息。并针对不同客户的需求与产品的不同功能，撰写多封客户开发信，然后进行分类与修改。后期便是利用公司分发的邮箱子帐号，耐心给客户一一发送开发邮件。如果客户对产品有兴趣，要及时跟客户进行沟通与交流，尽可能促成客户下订单。

通过实习，我对国内外橡胶地面材料行业的基本状况和发展前景有了大致的了解，对外贸的实际操作流程和外贸业务员应具备的基本素质和能力有了一定的掌握。也准备努力学习更多相关的理论知识，提高自己的专业水平，为正式工作做好更充分的准备。

这两个月的实习收获有很多。我不仅积累了一定的社会经验和工作经验，同时也了解到了更多的我外贸相关知识，为我以后的职业道路奠定了一定的基础。实习期间，我能将在学校学到的商务英语相关知识应用到实际工作中来，并发挥我作为一名英语专业毕业生在英语各方面的优势，努力学习和从事我自己一直喜欢和期望发展的外贸行业，是我实习期间最高兴也是我最值得欣慰的一件事情。工作中，我既锻炼了自己的耐心与毅力，同时又提高了自己的英语水平。另外，我选择了自己喜欢并有意在此长远发展的城市，还认识了一群优秀的同事和尊敬的上司，也是我实习期间宝贵的收获。

二、店铺流量提升

1、宝贝标题优化

参照的标准：

A、首先选定确定产品所属于的主类目词，然后从主类目词发散到相应的组合词。比方茶树精油，我们可以发散到原产澳洲茶树精油，其次增加功效如：美白润肤

B、根据上述词在数据魔方寻找流量比较高的组合词添加进去

C、根据A步骤产生的词，在淘宝的搜索框中搜索，按销量排模仿销量前列的宝贝的热门组合词汇

D、根据上述步骤再增加自己产品的特有的功效词汇

E、增加产品型号或者容量等特性词汇

F、第一天改词完毕，根据两到三天的流量变化适时调整词汇

2、店铺直通车优化

A、选词根据淘宝搜索框去选热词

B、数据魔方选流量展现相对比较好的词

C、主类目词以及其引申的长尾词

D、经过3天展现去除无展现、质量得分低、性价比不好的词

E、根据三天测试词去除性价比不高的词，参照维度有：展现量、点击率、点击数

F、直通车测试需要根据测试的宝贝数量准备好测试资金，宝贝直通车图的制作，参考市场出价比例设定默认出价金额，以及压力测试的时长。

G、测试完毕之后选取优质词汇进行高效投入，根据店铺流量比适时调整词汇价格

H、中间牵扯到一个宝贝详情的精细制作，店铺促销的力度，该产品是不是热门产品，或者说是是否在各方面竞争力都很强。

2熟悉店铺内可申报产品的种类，并通知美工做好相应的的图片广告图等等，确定好申报库存，实际库存，活动安排，店铺内标语LOGO的悬挂等一些具体实施要求。

3活动上线做好客服用于的引导工作，确定店铺内各项准备已经安排妥当，并对应急事件有充分的预警处理。

4活动结束后做好各项数据的收集，审核活动的具体效果，具体参数有销售额跟推广金额的总比，细节部分由总流量，点击率，转化率，间接转化率，投入产出比，销售总笔数，等等具体参数详细制定

4、淘客推广

首先要理解什么是淘客推广，我们做淘客的必要性。

淘宝是付费推广，但是推广的效果收费是按成交收费的，由于淘宝存在信用评价系统跟售出数量机制，淘宝客推广已经演变成淘客们选取推广的产品首先是会选取销售数量高跟品牌知名度高的店铺作为首选店铺。

我们去做淘客推广会碰到即便你淘客佣金设定的再高，甚至到25%都没淘客来推广你的产品产生交易量，这是什么原因?

原因是内在的：

1产品吸引力不够卖出件数不够推广成功数量不够造成淘客工具筛选不到店铺产品

第三种淘客，我这里把他们称为机构淘客：我们熟知的蘑菇街、美丽说、51返利、遨游浏览器，暴风影音，一切可存在广告位的知名网站软件，我们都可以称之为机构淘客，这样的淘客所接洽的要求一般比较高，也有低门槛的可能性，需要去了解各种不同的沟通方式。

帮派是什么?我们要怎么去做才能达到整合我们店铺营销的道路?

大学生是“天之骄子”，是社会的宠儿可是现在随着高校的扩招，大学生所面临的，将是社会进步所要求的不断提升素质和能力的压力。平时在校园里也时常参加一些诸如拉赞助、对外联谊等活动。但真正到了实习实践，才真正发现自身能力的不足。每个人的经历都因他的唯一性而显得宝贵，经历获得的可能性有赖于机遇，经历获得的多少则取决于一个人力求超越自己的程度，在邹城经济开发区实习是因为心中有梦想，梦想在这个开阔，有朝气的舞台上舞出自己的青春，获得不一般的经历，不仅可以将所学知识运用还可以发现自己的不足。在实习期间我是担任邹城开发区招商引资处翻译秘书工作。这一职位，主要管理文件资料以及接待客商和文件翻译。

首先我熟悉的是邹城作为引资的优势和开发区的工作目的。邹城经济开发区区位优越，基础良好，发展前景广阔，是国内外客商投资置业的理想家园。邹城是国家级历史文化名城、国家重点能源工业基地。在第四届全国县域经济基本竞争力评价中，邹城市名列全国百强县市第22位、山东省第3位。邹城经济开发区区位优越，基础良好，发展前景广阔，是国内外客商投资置业的理想家园。邹城经济开发区坚持以诚信为品牌，实行“封闭式管理，开放式运行”，建立了“精简、高效、统一”的开发区管理委员会和一站式全程化办公服务机制，完善了项目入区一站式服务、项目建设全方位服务、项目投产经常性服务的“三大服务体系”

初涉工作：招商引资处针对国内外企业进行洽谈引资。对它的接触故对我而言是个全新的领域。刚开始的几天，什么都不知道，只得从头学起，市政府一位投资部成员给了我几本专业参考书，只有加班加点学习了。这一切一切都让我忙不过来。顿时，感到有些茫然，感到无助。突然想起鲁迅先生一句话，“这里本来没有路，只是走的人多了，也便成了路，生活的路呢?生活的路也是人走出来的，每个人一生总要去很多陌生的地方，然后熟识，而接着又要启程去另一个陌生的地方。一星期过去了，渐渐开始适应开发区的环境和文化。也开始能够初步看懂一些图表和数据了。凭着这一信念，经过磨练，使我受益匪浅。此外，对各方面的工作我都有所涉及，有了一定的认识和操作能力。

领导逐渐让我阅读一些英文商业报告。这时才发现，英文到用时方恨少啊!这可不是应付考试，这可是实实在在的阅读理解。在英文字典的帮助下，总算“啃”完了不薄的一叠英文资料。刚松了一口气，公司就提高了要求，要求我翻译两篇外商投项目的文章。那更马虎不得，重要句子一个字一个字的“抠”。这时才发现专业英语应该好好地学。随时在网上查找信息了。每日下午，招商引资处成员都会一齐探讨大盘局势和分析操作策略，这于我而言，是个极好的学习机会，我也不时择机就投资方面的问题请教专家。

在从事日常工作的同时，我做了一些文件翻译工作虽然文件中有不少专业词汇，但在课堂上学到翻译理论和技巧却派上了大用场。保证了文件的准确性，因而多次受到领导的称赞。另外，在和外商洽谈的工作过程中英语口头交谈能力也得到较大提高。

在这期间，我还参加了许多会议对内部运作流程有了清楚认识，同时使自身具备了一些处理应急事件的能力。而在与客商的交往中，学会了处事规则。开发区招商引资处在渐渐了解的情况下归纳了一下工作步骤(1 )签协议(2)广泛地宣传推介了邹城。如在厦门招商月活动中，以泉州、厦门为中心，辐射福州、晋江、石狮、浙江等地。活动期间，各参会单位分赴上述地市开展走访活动，广泛深入企业开展洽谈，共交换名片200余张，发放宣传资料200余份，发出邀请函30余张，进一步提高了我市在上述地区的知名度和影响力。(3)部分客商将于近期来邹考察。应我市邀请，部分客商将于近期来邹实地考察，参加即将举办的中国国际孔子文化节。

招商引资处得主要做法(一)做好前期准备工作。1提前制定工作方案。2提前开展联络筹备工作提前介入，各参加活动单位按照邹，提前搜集目标地区的客商和投资合作线索，并根据搜集到的线索，精心筛选包装了对接洽谈项目，进一步增强了项目对接针对性，提高了项目洽谈成功率。3做好与济宁市外经贸局联系联络工作。(二)采取主动出击、登门拜访与举办洽谈会、参加重点活动相结合的方式，突出了小、灵、快的特点，取得了较好的效果。主动出击，有针对性、有目的地与客商开展对接洽谈。充分的前期准备和富有成效的对接洽谈为合作项目的签约奠定了坚实的基础

另外做好以会招商文章。详细推介了邹城市基本市情与发展优势、对外合作与发展重点以及对外合作优惠政策，利用多媒体向参会嘉宾进一步介绍了我市的投资优势和发展前景。尤其是做好以企招商文章。例如厦门招商月活动期间，邹城市三合玻璃厂、山东邹城市金科机电有限公司等企业的负责人分别与香港嘉鑫企业有限公司、厦门宝龙工贸有限公司直接开展对接洽谈，并达成合作协议。还要做好跟踪走访文章。进一步考察相关企业，开展对接洽谈。最后是严格督导调度。市外经贸局对各单位联系联络客商、项目对接洽谈及签约等情况进行了严格的督导、调度，并将工作进展情况及时汇总，做到活动进展日调度、工作开展日总结，发现问题及时上报带队领导，第一时间研究解决，保障了活动期间各项工作扎实有序地推进。

一个月的亲身体验中，我总结出了个人在以下几个方面的心得：(1)英语的重要性。较大的投资项目和国际上的企业第一手资料都是以英文形式率先公布的，为抢得先机，以后的英语学习，要主要着重于英语实际阅读能力的提高。在公司期间，我参与多次外商见面洽谈会，在今后这个国际一体花的社会里，我们与外商直接交流和贸易的机会必将大大增多，这就对我们的听说能力提出了更高的要求。(2)专业知识的重要性。很多专业术语和操作包括整个行业对我而言都比较陌生。使得自己花了不少时间在熟悉行业上，这直接影响了社会实践的进程和效果。所以需要我们更深更广的了解所学专业知识。“面”要广，“点”要专。(3)学习能力 的重要性。现在的社会日新月异，新事物，新观点层出不穷，必须具备快速学习的能力，并要以一种终身学习的心态来积极吸收新知识和新观念，以开放的姿态面对未来的变革。同时，要注意理论学习和实践能力的结合。找准个人定位，及时充电，更快更好地适应新工作发展的需要。(4)交际适应能力的重要性。在一个月中，我和同事等相处的都不错，大家也都比较照顾我这个新来的“子弟兵”，在这一个月中，我对招商引资处各岗位特点、能力需要有了初步的认识，并能帮助公司翻译一些资料以供决策层参考，短短一个月能为公司作出一些菲薄的贡献，还是一件值得高兴的事!

我对自己的专业有了更为详尽而深刻的了解。总之，这一个月的实践锻炼，是我们大学生接触社会，了解社会的第一步，为我们今后踏入社会打下了良好的基础。在此，还是要感谢所有成员对我的大力帮助和热心照顾，没有大家的关心和帮助，这次活动不会如此顺利。
