一、课前准备要充分

4、存在的问题

（1）要多吸取同行的先进经验，持续改善仓库管理、质控管理工作；多寻找专线物流公司、开拓多渠道的服务，争取把发货运输工作再上一个台阶。

（2）随着公司的业务范围的扩大，开始经营多种品牌产品。我们还缺乏这类产品管理的经验，要多多学习产品知识，不断积累经验。

以下阐述个人存在的问题与不足：
