首先，在英语教学方面。实习的前两周我的主要任务是听课和评课，从中学习指导老师的教育精髓。第三周开始，我体验了几节正规的英语教学课。此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的知识结构是十分紧凑的，只要一个环节出错或者中断，就会影响自己的整个教学流程。因此我在讲课的前一天就开始上网搜集材料，准备课件，为上好第一节课做好准备，刚开始有点紧张，但是慢慢的看到学生们那可爱的充满求知欲的目光，我的紧张就转变为动力了。课后，指导老师王老师帮我分析了一下这一堂课，在肯定成绩的同时也指出了我的缺点所在，比如，知识模块的衔接上还不够自然，学生的积极性还没有充分的调动起来，经过王老师的指点，我在后几天的教学过程中加以了改进，课堂教学的效果比之前有了较大的提高。这也让我明白了，教学成绩的提高不是一天两天的功夫，而是一个长期积累准备的过程。

其次，在实习班主任工作方面。在做班主任的日子中，我主要是检查他们的早操和早读以及值日生打扫卫生的情况。另外，我还召开了一次主题班会，对学生进行情感方面的教育。通过这一次的实习班主任工作，自己初步地领略到了如何去引导教育学生，不仅是在学习上，还包括思想文化品质方面。总结起来说，我把自己从第一节课开始意识到的不足都一一列了出来，包括：声音不够响亮，时间安排有时不够合理，教学重难点不够突出，引导学生进行讨论时表达不够详尽，给予学生独立思考的空间不够大„„我小心翼翼的记录着每一点，虽然看起来很多，但我并不为此失去信心，因为只有找出自己的不足，才能够有针对性的去改进，看到了自己的进步，我的自信自然就增加了。我决定要自我教育，扬长避短，把我的不足一一攻破，在不断进步中逐步完善自己,努力成为一名合格优秀的人民教师。

1、甲方应在甲方媒介中宣传/推广合作渠道，在合作渠道上大力推广_________有限公司的产品，以达到双方满意的营销效果。

2、甲方媒介不得展示/刊登法律法规禁止的信息和内容，亦不得侵害他人的权利（包括但不限于知识产权、肖像权、_____专用权等），且甲方有责任对甲方网站的经营及内容进行审核和管理，以确保甲方网站的合法性。

3、甲方应指定相应的商务、技术人员经常与__________有限公司进行沟通和协调，除保证合作渠道的正常运行外，就推广宣传、页面调整及其他技术合作方面的工作进行沟通和推进。

4、本协议有效期届满或提前终止后，甲方应立即停止使用__________有限公司通过本协议授权其使用的一切内容。

六、乙方权利及义务

2、乙方有权决定合作渠道中的内容，且所有由合作渠道推广的产品均由乙方提供，乙方具有所提供服务及产品的最终解释权。

七、费用分配

1、项目每月向乙方支付_______元的薪酬，但该薪酬一半从乙方年终分红中予以扣除，另一半计入项目经营成本内。

2、甲方所出资金的固定资产部分按五年折旧，但流动资金部分不计利息。

八、保密责任

1、对乙方提供给甲方的任何物品、资料、文件、公司讯息及数据等(以下简称“保密信息与物品”)，甲方应遵守下列保密规定：除为履行本协议之目的外，不得在任何场合对任何个人、商号或公司泄露保密信息与物品，不得运用保密信息与物品为其他商品做促销或广告。

2、本协议终止时，将保密信息与物品归还乙方，或者按照乙方的指示予以销毁。

3、本协议终止后，甲方需继续遵守本协议的保密义务。

九、违约责任

1、甲乙双方应按照本协议约定严格履行义务，任何一方违约，应承担违约责任，给对造成损失的，应赔偿对方损失。

2、除本协议另有约定外，任何一方中途退出合作，需提前三个月通知对方。经双方协商一致后方可解除本协议。因此给对方造成经济损失的，应全额赔偿对方的损失。

十、附则

1、如果任何一方未能行使或者及时行使其在本协议项下的任何权利、权力或优先权时，不应视为弃权；而对任何权利、权力或优先权的单独行使或部分行使亦不防碍日后其对任何权利、权利或优先权之行使。

2、本协议惟经双方签署之书面协议方可修改。本协议一经签署将自动取代双方之间就产品（或平台）合作事宜先前达成的所有口头和书面的协议、合同、备忘录或其他约定。

3、本协议乃为双方及其各自之合法继任者及受让人之利益而制定，并对双方及其各自之合法继任者及受让人具有同等约束力。

4、本协议以中文制成，一式两份，双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。

After completing my military service， I have been looking for a challenging goal for me to achieve. And I found that the Intermediate of General English Proficiency Test fits my new achievement properly.

I graduated from Taipei Commercial Junior College， majored in business administration. Instead of spending much time in playing， I devoted myself to my studies and paid attention to all meaningful things happened in daily life. By the way， I learned a lot from Mr. Wang， the professor of my business class. He is my good friend till now an often gives some appropriate suggestions toward my problem confusion.

My father is， in the same way， a good consultant to me. As he said: I am in poor education， little for you; to clarify， what he have given is far beyond his words， I do think so. I was born in a country of Ping Tung Country， farming is our career of generations. There are four people in my family， Mother is housewife and my brother is a student of an Agriculture College.
