一、络平台建设

刚开始涉及这个领域什么都不懂，只觉得一切都是枯燥乏味，每天都重演着几件相同的事情，不停得做，反复得做，不间断得做，感觉生活已经像是被定制好了，所以做起事来根本已经没有所谓的冲劲与干劲。而且当初对_的产品一直不够了解，觉得放到网上销售真得是一件不容易的事情。直到自己无缘无故接到了第一个单子，虽然说出来可能会被同行耻笑，100元的订单，可以说是忽略不计，但是却带给我前所未有的信心。以前一直觉得这个行业在网上做交易实在是一件难事，不仅价格高而且组装完的成品在专业问题上更是让我打了退堂鼓。我想这100元的订单不仅仅是100元，也是对我工作的一个肯定。从这次开始我明白自己应该要往哪方面去重点突破。既然对成品没有十足的把握那就先从型材开始做起，简单的管材不仅容易跟客户介绍也可以减少发货期限，降低工人所耗废时间。

如果仅仅靠自己去学习电子商务，我想可能到现在都不能正常得看待这份工作。这中间不仅得到x总帮助，通过参加_商盟的学习，电子商务的培训以及_课程的教授。起初对电子商务的印象只有“简单”二字可以形容，但是现在不再是单纯的发布产品信息，而是包括了许多深层意义的网络因素，有些专业问题甚至我到现在都不能完全掌握。

我觉得做电子商务最重要的前提即是对产品有一个足够的了解，如果当面对客人不能解释专业的问题，有可能面对潜在客人的流失。用自信而权威的口吻来谈论产品，相信有优势的产品一定能够吸引到客户。推销产品也就是推销自己，推销自己远比推销产品更为重要。面对你所要推销的对象要分清它是不是真的决策人，要清楚它是不是真得想买你的产品，或是竞争对手想套价格还是仅仅想让我们给他画设计图等等。

第二，合理按排8小时工作时间也是一个非常关键的步骤，虽然现在我常常会觉得时间不够用并且遗漏的东西可能还不少，但是每天都感觉非常充实。每天虽然有些询盘是跟我们行业是无关的，但是每个客户我都认真对待，并且每个旺旺上都会介绍我们的_产品，因为我觉得现在对于我们这个领域的产品知识，还是鲜有客户知道的。我觉得电子商务真的是一个循序渐进的过程，可能刚进接触网站后，没有相关的询盘，甚至于没有其它领域的询盘，但是长久以往，踏实认真的走好每一步，我相信每一个都可以接到属于自己的订单。

第三，拥有乐观开朗，积极向上的心态，心态决定行为，这是营销的前提。做一件事情如果把它当成自己热爱的一项事业来看待，而不是觉得自己被逼迫着做不喜欢的事情。带着愉悦的心情做事真得可以事半功倍，全身心的投入。电子商务是一个长期见成效的过程，短期的努力和坚持并不可能达到预期的目标。只有坚定自己的目标，一步一个脚印，每一天完成自己须要完成的任务，那么即使真得没有得到实际的成效，内心也不会感到枯燥乏味，充实的满足感即会油然而升。

最后一点，不停的电子商务学习和知识的累积也是非常重要。从踏入_开始，我就跟着x总进行电子商务培训和学习，从_商盟的活动中得到了很多平时在办公室所学不到的知识。在商盟学习中认识了许多在电子商务领域非常成功的名人，包括_老师的网络推广及b2b的营销途径。b2b免费会员地毯式轰炸为我在发布产品信息上提供了很多帮助；论坛博客及社区，多注意品牌口碑的线上线下传播让我又多了一个方法与途径宣传自己公司产品；关键词的密度分布同样让我在产品描述中注重了些技巧性的地方。_老师的搜索引擎优化也让我对网络更多了些兴趣。除了这些课程学习还参加了_千人网商大会的召开，这算是发生的一件大事了。很荣幸能够参加如此盛大的会议。除了借助外力进行学习，自己也会经常去_论坛，博客，_群进行各方面的学习，虽然这些工作比较花费时间，但是每天能得到一些可以为己所用的知识也算是非常值得了。比如百度的一些功能就是从群里面的商友开课中，论坛文章中以及自己进行百度的搜索中才明白了解。

销售部进驻_也有好几月的时间了，这里的生活虽然与以前大不相同，但是学习还是正常进行了。主要学习了网站链接这一方面的知识。电子商务真得没有太多技术性的东西，只要多加尝试多加学习，所有的难题都不再是问题。明年的计划还会是跟今年一样不断把看似简单的事情重复做用心做。把原本潜在客户慢慢都转化为实际的订单。所有的努力即是为了最终的成交量而做的基础。总而言之一句话：看似微小的东西要做的细致做至极致也会有它发光发热的那一天。

租赁合同期限：自20__年__月__日至20__年__月__日。租赁费用：每月租金人民币壹万贰仟元整(不含汽油费，车辆保养费，驾驶员工资)租车押金一辆：陆万元整。押金、租金的支付方法：租车租金每月预付结算一次。租车押金一次付清。租金以现金、支票或托收方式支付到甲方银行账号：银行账号：户名：账号：开户行：

一、甲方的权利：

1、拥有车辆的所有权。且保证无第三方主张权利，保证乙方在租赁期间对车辆的使用没有障碍。

2、按期、足额收取双方认定的租赁费和相关押金。

二、甲方义务：

1、负担出租车辆的保险费、车船使用税、年度检验、车辆丢失车辆现值损失。

2、向乙方提供不低于一级技术状况的车辆，并提供齐全的行驶证件。

3、向乙方提供救援服务，具体办法执行甲方《救援制度)的规定。注：五环内24小时免费救援，

(1)接到救援电话后视救援地点远近2--4小时到达现场场。

(2)如故障2小时可以排除的现场排出故障，如2小时不能排除的安排同档次车型替换。

(3)救援内容不含更换轮胎、忘带钥匙、钥匙忘在车内。如确实需要救援五环内按每次100元收费。

4、负有对事故车辆及丢失车辆直接向保险公司理赔的责任。

5、协助乙方对交通事故的处理。

6、租赁前，甲方除了要保证车辆的发动机、仪表盘等技术状况良好外，还需保证车辆随车物件配备齐全，车内应该备有随车工具、备胎、灭火器、防盗装置等。

7、甲方负责车辆正常上路行驶一切手续.办-理.及费用、并承但车辆六种主险的费用(车损险、划痕险、玻璃破碎险、不计免赔、三者20万、司乘险2万)。

8、承担不低于70%的因交通事故或盗抢造成的租赁车辆现值损失。

9、承担保险公司相关条款范围内的第三者责任险。

10、对所获得的承租方信息负有保密义务。

三、乙方的权利：

1、按合同约定拥有车辆使用权。

2、有权获知保证安全驾驶所需车辆技术状况及性能信息。

四、乙方义务：

1、如实向甲方提供身份证、户口本、驾驶执照。或营业执照、代码证等身份证明。

2、按合同约定缴纳租金。

3、自行加注燃油料，且必须加注与车辆使用说明牌号一致的燃油料，(97#油料)。

4、按车辆使用说明对车辆进行日常的检查、保养，特别对机油、刹车油、冷却液、电解液、轮胎气压的检查，对制动、转向、灯光、刮水器、喇叭性能的监控。如发现异常，通知甲方后应即刻去华晨宝马4S店进行维修及保养。

5、乙方承担租赁车辆使用期内的车辆保养费用。保养地点按车辆购车地点4S店为准。或乙方就近的华晨宝马4S。
