二、实习内容：

1、实习岗位：网店客服

2、实习工作职责：

(1)日常网店管理：负责宝贝的上架和宝贝卖完之后的下架、每天上班第一件事情就是把电脑打开，登陆旺旺、处理旺旺上的留言。

(2)买卖沟通：使用淘宝旺旺和顾客进行交流，回答顾客咨询的问题，帮助他们成功购买商品。如果买家没有确定商品的属性，买家又不在线，给买家留言和打电话让他确定商品的属性。

三、实习结果：

经过这一段时间的实习，清楚地了解了网店客服的工作流程和日常事务。每天在网络上与人沟通交流，使自己的口才也得到了很大的锻炼。

在工作中学到了很多技巧，同时也学到了很多与人沟通和交流的手段，主要表现在以下几个方面：

(一)上架技巧

搜索结果排名规律影响商品排名的关键因素有两个，分别是“剩余时间”和“是否推荐商品”。其中的剩余时间=宝贝有效期-(当前时间-发布时间))

a、选择上架时间为七天。这样就比选择14天多了一次下架的机会，当然可以获得更多的宣传机会

认识:店长与客户沟通一般以淘宝旺旺为主，多数用文字交流。旺旺沟通的优点是显得更从容坦然，表达得更充分。可以掩饰语言交流上的弱点，给对方好的第一印象。缺点是不直接，有虚拟成分，需要建立信任感的时间较长。

无论出于什么原因，任何买家都会对价格产生异议，大都认为产品价格比他想象的要高得多。这时，必须证明产品的定价是合理的。证明的办法就是多讲产品在设计、质量、功能等方面的优点。通常，产品的价格与这些优点有相当紧密的关系，正是所谓的“一分钱一分货”。可以应用说服技巧，透彻地分析、讲解产品的各种优点，指明买家购买产品后的利益所得远远大于支付货款的代价。

当然，不要以为价格低了买家一定会买。大幅度降价往往容易使买家对产品产生怀疑，认为它是有缺陷的，或是滞销品。有些时候，产品的价格要稍微提高一些才能打开销路。

总之，一句话：只要你能说明定价的理由，买家就会相信购买是值得的。

3.在小事上要慷慨

在讨价还价过程中，买卖双方都是要做出一定让步的。尤其是作为网店主而言，如何让步是关系到整个洽谈成败的关键。

就常理而言，虽然每一个人都愿意在讨价还价中得到好处，但并非每个人都是贪得无厌的，多数人是只要得到一点点好处，就会感到满足。

正是基于这种分析，网店主在洽谈中要在小事上做出十分慷慨的样子，使买家感到已得到对方的优惠或让步。比如，增加或者替换一些小零件时不要向买家收费，否则会因小失大，引起买家反感，并且使买家马上对价格敏感起来，影响了下一步的洽谈。反之，免费向买家提供一些廉价的、微不足道的小零件或包装品则可以增进双方的友谊，网店主是决不会吃亏的。

4.比较法

为了消除价格障碍，网店主在洽谈中可以多采用比较法，它往往能收到良好的效果。

比较的做法通常是拿所推销的商品与另外一种商品相比，以说明价格的合理性。在运用这种方法时，如果能找到一个很好的角度来引导买家，效果会非常好，如把商品的价格与日常支付的费用进行比较等。由于买家往往不知道在一定时间内日常费用加起来有多大，相比之下觉得开支有限，自然就容易购买商品了。

一位立体声录音机网店主曾向他的买家证明其录音机的价格，只相当于买家在一定时期内抽香烟和乘公共汽车费用的总和。

另一位家庭用具网店主则这样解释商品的价格：这件商品的价格是2017元，但它的使用期是2017年，这就是说，你每年只花200元，每月只花16元左右，每天还不到6角钱。考虑到它为你节约的工作时间，6角钱算什么呢?

5.讨价还价要分阶段进行

和买家讨价还价要分阶段一步一步地进行，不能一下子降得太多，而且每降一次要装出一副一筹莫展、束手无策的无奈模样。

有的买家故意用夸大其辞甚至威胁的口气，并装出要告辞的样子吓唬你。比如，他说：“价格贵得过分了，没有必要再谈下去了。”这时你千万不要上当，一下子把价格压得太低。你可显示很棘手的样子，说：“先生，你可真厉害呀!”故意花上几十秒钟时间苦思瞑想一番之后，使用交流工具打出一个思索的图标，最后咬牙作出决定：“实在没办法，那就??”比原来的报价稍微低一点，切忌降得太猛了。

当然对方仍不会就此罢休，不过，你可要稳住阵脚，并装作郑重其事、很严肃的样子宣布：“再降无论如何也不成了。”在这种情况下，买家将错觉为这是最低限度，有可能就此达成协议。也有的“铁公鸡”买家还会再压一次，尽管幅度不是很大：“如果这个价我就买了，否则咱们拜拜。”这时网店主可用手往桌子一拍，“豁出去了!就这么着吧”，立刻把价格敲定。实际上，被敲定的价格与网店规定的下限价格相比仍高出不少。

6.讨价还价不是可有可无

像挤牙膏似的一点一滴地讨价还价，到底有没有必要呢?当然有必要。

首先，买家会相信网店主说的都是实在话，他确实买了便宜货。同时也让买家相信网店主的态度是很认真的，不是产品质量不好才让价，而是被逼得没办法才被迫压价，这样一来，会使买家产生买到货真价实的产品的感觉。

网店主千方百计地与对方讨价还价，不仅仅是尽量卖个好价钱，同时也使对方觉得战胜了对手，获得了便宜，从而产生一种满足感。假使让买家轻而易举地就把价格压下来，其满足感则很淡薄，而且还会有进一步压价的危险

7.不要一开始就亮底牌

有的网店主不讲究价格策略，洽谈一开始就把最低价抛出来，并煞有介事地说：“这个最低价，够便宜的吧!”

网店主的这种做法其成功率是很低的。要知道，在洽谈的初始阶段，买家是不会相信网店主的最低报价的。这样一来，你后悔也来不及了。这时你只能像鹦鹉学舌一样反来复去他说：“这已是最低价格了，请相信我吧!”此时此刻若想谈成，只能把价格压到网店要求的下限价格之下。

8.如何应付讨价还价型买家

在买家当中，确实有一种人胡搅蛮缠，没完没了地讨价还价。这类买家与其说想占便宜不如说成心捉弄人。即使你告诉他了最低价格，他仍要求降价。对付这类买家，网店主一开始必须狠心把报价抬得高高的，在讨价还价过程中要多花点时间，每次只降一点，而且降一点就说一次“又亏了”。就这样，降个五六次，他也就满足了。

有的商品是有标价的。因标有价格所以降价的幅度十分有限，每一次降的要更少一点。

时光匆匆,为期一个月的实习已经圆满的落下帷幕。回顾其中的点点滴滴,有成功后的欣喜和激动,也有挫败后的失落和无奈。在领导的谆谆教导和同事的悉心帮助下,我在收获业务技能的同时,内心也经历着微妙的成长。

这次实习我主要负责的是翻译工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。在这里我要特别感谢赵主任，是他把我介绍给其它的同事认识，还告诉其他同事要在工作上对我多提醒照顾。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教领导与同事，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务，国际金融以及电子商务课程的知识竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

在单位，除了工作上的进步，我还学到了许多生活上的细节。单位里最让我敬佩的就是吴副总和赵主任。吴总经常出差，每次回来的时候应该都很劳累了，可是如果他看到哪里卫生做得不好，就会亲力亲为的去整理打扫。在工作前经常听到学姐学长们抱怨，说什么签了工作却没施展才华，还要扫地倒水像个打杂的，但是如果像我一样看到领导都不拘身份搞好卫生，应该大家都能像我一样备受鼓舞了。还记得有一次回宿舍没有零钱坐公交了，赵主任知道了就主动给了我一元钱，在寒冷的南京街头，让我倍觉温暖，有的时候因为学校或者是生活中的困难必须请假处理，请假时赵主任总是很体谅我的难处，每一次在心里都是深深的感激。以前坐班车的时候，师傅们常问我冷不冷，穿的单薄吗，在南京还习惯吗，是同事们一句句殷勤的问候语关爱的话语冲淡了我独在异乡的漂泊与恐惧。还有好多好多我难忘的同事，给我留下了很深的印象，比如张主任的勤劳，姚主任的忙碌，沈主任的细心帮助等等。

在短暂的实习生涯中，我总结出了如下经验：

1、严格遵守公司章制度

在学校里学习生活，虽然有一些校园纪律在约束自己的行为，但相对于在公司里工作，还是非常懒散和不受控制的。因为这校园纪律大都是警告性质的，不会对自己的发展有多大的影响。在公司里工作，在方方面面都有详细的规章制度，这些制度就像高压电线一样，如果触犯它们，就会受到惩罚，这些影响可能会对你以后的发展带来很坏的影响。同时，要成为一个非常职业、非常有素质的职业者，必须积极地去面对自己的工作，认真刻苦的来把工作做好，想尽一切办法把自己的工作做的完美。而作为一个职业者，认真负责、积极进取的态度会是自己发奋工作的原动力。所以，要成功地进行实习，必须首先树立去认真负责、刻苦、积极进取的职业操守，像一个真正的职业者一样要求自己。

2、多听、多看、多想、多做、少说

我们到公司工作以后，要知道自己能否胜任这份工作，关键是看你自己对待工作的态度。态度对了，即使自己以前没学过的知识也可以在工作中逐渐的掌握。态度不好，就算自己有知识基础也不会把工作做好，我刚到这个岗位工作，根本不清楚该做些什么，刚开始我觉得很头痛，可经过工作过程中多看别人怎样做，多听别人怎样说，多想自己应该怎样做，然后自己亲自动手去多做，终于在短短几天里对工作有了一个较系统的认识，慢慢的自己也可以完成相关的工作了，光用嘴巴去说是不行的，所以，我们今后不管干什么都要端正自己的态度，这样才能把事情做好。

3、少埋怨

有的人会觉得公司这里不好那里不好，同事也不好相处工作也不如愿，经常埋怨，这样只会影响自己的工作情绪，不但做不好工作，还增加了自己的压力，所以，我们应该少埋怨，要看到公司好的一面，对存在的问题应该想办法去解决而不是去埋怨，这样才能保持工作的激情。

4、虚心学习

在这次实习过程中，我们碰到很多问题，有的是我们懂得的，也有很多是我们不懂的，不懂的东西我们要虚心向同事或领导请教，当别人教我们知识的时候，我们也应该虚心的接受，不要认为自己懂得一点鸡毛蒜皮就飘飘然。

5、错不可怕，就怕一错再错

每一个人都有犯错的时候，工作中第一次做错了不要紧，公司领导会纠正并原谅你，但下次你还在同一个问题上犯错误，那你就享受不到第一次犯错时的待遇了。

经过这次实习，我从中学到了很多课本没有的东西，在就业心态上我也有很大改变，以前我总想找一份适合自己爱好，专业对口的工作，可现在我知道找工作很难，要专业对口更难，很多东西我们初到社会才接触。所以我现在不能再像以前那样等待更好机会的到来。应尽快丢掉对学校的依赖心理，学会在社会上独立，敢于参加与社会竞争，敢于承受社会压力，使自己能够在社会上快速成长。再就是时常要保持一颗学习、思考的心。作为一位大学生，最重要的就是自己学习和思考的能力。在企业这样一个新环境中，由我们很多值得学习、值得思考的地方，这就需要自己保持一颗学习、思考的心。首先在技术方面，要刻苦的补充自己的不足，认真地对待工作，时时刻刻的思考和学习。同时，在企业的环境中，更要注重学习企业先进的管理和人文文化，以丰富自己的社会知识和管理文化知识。这样，可以为自己日后的职业生涯打下良好的基础。

大学生英语课堂教学实习报告

在三个月的英语教学实习中，先后完成了听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课任务。期间，指导老师、实习老师们、学生们都给了我很大帮助与启示。现把自己教学实习所作、所见、所感、所得一一回顾，作如下总结。

一、对听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课等教学情况的概述

自9月610号起开始听课，先后听课大约有100多节，并且作了听课记录。听课后，与指导老师、实习老师交流，将心得体会记在日志中。听完公开课后，也与实习老师们一起评课议课，获益匪浅。在自己正式讲课前，认真备课、修改教案;曾多次试讲.自第一次走上讲台正式讲课后，就不断听取指导老师，实习老师们及学生们的意见，在不断总结与改进中探索有自己特色的讲课技巧与风格。先后在高一(1)班、高一(6)班讲课4个单元;评讲考试试卷3次及周清试题若干次;批改作业，早、晚自习辅导也不曾落下;监考，阅卷，组办英语文化季活动，参加学校的各种教研会议、各项活动也都尽力做到最好。

二、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结;

1. 课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或“ppp”教学法等。

2. 课堂上教态自然，教学耐心;常微笑，常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁，平等对待。

3. 讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

4. 板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句

5. 讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结

6. 声音要再洪亮一些，有升降。

7. 对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些

8. 在讲解知识点时，要按照考试大纲分轻、重。

三、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考

在听课与讲课的过程中，我听取其他老师的意见，结合自己的心得体会，觉得作为一个好老师，不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握，还要对考纲、考点十分了解，更重要的是弄清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中。这样在讲课过程中，让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时，考试也能考出好成绩。

考试、高考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰恰是本末倒置。考试，重知识，轻技能;重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。

四、对英语课堂教学与英语教学法的思考

实习期间和许多实习老师一样，我也觉得在大学所学的教学法在这很难应用，是我们所学的教学法有问题吗?是它太先进而不能应用于这里的落后实际吗?到底问题在哪?

首先在这我自己得重新审视一下大学里所学的教学法了，思考后对它有以下三点新的认识，觉得它在教学中至少起到了“三条线”的作用。

第一条线，它是一个标准，不管我们衡量一节课上的好坏，还是评价一个老师教学水平的高低，我们都在有意识或无意识地用教学法课上学到的知识去衡量。这远比只看考试成绩要合理的多。既然是标准那也就是方向，也就是我们作为老师不断完善自己的参考标准。要做一个合格的老师，做一个让学生喜欢的老师，简单地说既要有学识魅力，又要有人格魅力;课堂上教学严谨又要不乏幽默，课下与学生打成一片，时刻提高自己。这些道理我们读懂，但具体怎么做才能有学识魅力，才能有人格魅力，这些我们就得参照教学法课上所学，一点一滴的去慢慢学习、积累、探索了。

写教案从何下手，修改时应注意哪些问题;评课，议课应遵循什么样的原则;与学生交流以及上课处理意外情况应该朝着哪个方向;到了总结与反思的时候，那些是要改进的，哪些是要继续发扬的等等这些具体问题的解决我们都需要参照教学法。

第二条线，它相当于一个脊梁、一副骨架支撑起了课堂教学这副身躯;相当于葡萄枝，把一个个像葡萄一样既好吃又好看的独立活动连成一节课;相当于曲谱，只要放进歌词就可以成为完整动听的音乐。脊梁、葡萄枝、曲谱我们不常看见，也不大关注，但他们的存在却不容忽视，他们的作用也是不容忽视的。
