3、污水处理费的支付：污水处理费每季度结算： 。甲方在收到乙方污水处理费发票后7天内，向乙方支付上一季度污水处理费。

四、双方权利和义务

1、乙方运营期间，有关部门进行正常监测的费用由乙方负担。

2、乙方现提供的证照，在合同期内应保证合法有效。

3、甲方无偿提供污水处理站设施供乙方使用，污水处理站的水电费用由甲方承担。

4、乙方必须保证污水处理符合《医疗机构水污染物排放标准(GB18466-20__)》的标准和地方环保部门的要求。

5、乙方应按国家污水排放标准和有关法规要求做好日常污水处理的监测和相关记录。

6、甲方有权监督乙方污水处理站的运行情况，如乙方出现一年中2次以上环保、卫生部门监测不达标，甲方有权解除合同，由此造成的损失由乙方承担。

7、乙方应将污水处理系统运行的管理规章制度报甲方备案。

8、乙方必须妥善维护、使用、保管污水处理设施，保证污水处理主体设备的正常使用寿命。在合同期满后，乙方应将污水处理站设施移交给甲方，移交的设施应保证能正常运转使用。

9、在乙方运营期间，除日常维护外，乙方对建筑物进行内部装修、对设备进行大修、对报废设备进行更换等，均应提前将详细内容以书面形式报甲方，经过甲方同意后方可实施。装修、设备大修和报废设备更换的费用均由乙方承担。

10、在乙方运营期间，乙方如因自身需要对设备进行升级、换代和添加新设备，乙方应将设备进行升级、换代和添加新设备的目的和详细内容及价格以书面形式报甲方，经过甲方同意后方可实施。乙方对设备进行升级、换代和添加新设备的费用由乙方自行承担。

11、在甲方医院内工作和生活的乙方有关人员，应具备必要的证件(如身份证、体检报告、上岗证等)，并服从甲方的监督与管理，自觉遵守国家法律法规以及甲方的规章制度，不得影响医院正常工作和生活。

五、违约责任

1、由于乙方责任造成污水处理不达标而给甲方造成的损失及发生的费用，全部由乙方负担(因不可抗拒的原因如：自然灾害、停电、停水等造成的不达标除外)。如甲方因此受到有关部门罚款，罚款由乙方承担。

2、甲方无正当理由不按时支付污水处理费的，每天按开具发票金额的1‰支付违约金。

六、不可抗力事件处理

1、在合同有效期内，任何一方因不可抗力事件导致不能履行合同，应立即通知对方，并提供有关权威机构出具的证明;

2、不可抗力事件发生后，双方应通过友好协商，确定是否继续履行合同以及弥补损失的办法;

一、职责分工

1、负责打印网店每天交易成功的交易单、发货单、快递单 ；

2、每天的发货扫描操作,处理问题件的快递单更改等；

3、邮寄单运输及派送查询；

4、疑问件与物流客服及时沟通；

5、配合仓储人员对商品进入库管理,盘点；

6、预约B2C网站送货时间，协调安排

7、线上，线下订单ERP系统发货以及退换货单，移仓单的打印

8、整理各个运营渠道、自营渠道回单收集以及归档

以踏实的工作态度，适应商务部门的工作特点

1、发货时，一定要严格审核领用手续是否齐全，并要严格验证审批人的签名式样，对于手续欠妥者，一律拒发；

2、物品出库或入仓要及时打印出库单或入库单，随时查核，做到入单及时，月结货物验收合格及时将单据交与供应商,做到当日单据当日清理；

3、做好月底仓库盘点工作，及时结出月末库存数报财务主管，做好各种单据报表的归档管理工作；

三、尽职尽责，做好本职工作

1、出入库及库存管理

产品入库要求越来越严格，不符合条件坚决不入库；目前入库在物流流程中还是比较薄弱的一个环节，将制定更加详细的验收规则、做到到货检验双人把关、入库产品贴上明显的标识标签；真正做到所有入库的产品都带着正确的信息和相关证件进入我司系统的。

2、严把出库关：产品出库后直接面对客户，所以我们严把出库检验关，使出库差错率保持在很低的水平；但是依然有发多、发少甚至发错货的现象出现，自己解决不了的问题我们转向外部学习，把学习到的经验立即用于工作实践中；在新的一年里，我们要更多的向外面学习、邀请专业人士对我们进行专业性技能培训，用时代的财富来丰富我们的技能和管理经验，真正把住出库关，把出库差错率降到最低水平。

订单审核工作需仔细、谨慎     系统数据录入工作得细心、耐心 以下罗列仓储物流部的制度建设：用制度来规范操作：制度制订出来之后要坚持执行，并在实践中不断完善和改进；一些新的改进化建议、新的决定、新的措施等以制度形式固定下来以规范操作并得以延续。举例如下：我们坚持每季度进行盘点，每次盘点都发现了一些平时操作上的问题或者错误，及时进行纠正，并完善、修订相应制度或流程以避免类似的问题再次发生；盘点由原来的先盘点再与ERP核对改善为直接从ERP导出库存表进行盘点，省去了核对的环节，并避免核对不到造成的虚库存；再到学习深航的动态盘点，目前每月进行一次动态盘点，更及时的发现问题、解决问题。由于人手原因，在20xx年下半年的动态盘点就搁置了。20xx年制订的发货追踪制度，由原来的手工统计发展到在ERP新开模块直接录入ERP；由原来的仅仅录入基本发货信息到录入发货重量、发货运费、有无签单。坚持持续执行并不断完善各种制度，同时用制度来规范操作；相信在我们不断的努力下仓储物流部工作规范化、标准化操作的目标能够逐步实现，并走向成熟。

1、库存管理：对库存产品进行了重新布局，使陈列更加合理；下半年库存量的差错率严重。原因：人员缺乏，出库把关力度不够，希望在20xx年公司为能物流部增加人手，能使每一单货物出入仓库做到双人把关，使整个出入库环节更加严密。

2、物流运输普件运输，加强了对中通、圆通等长期合作物流公司的管理，更充分的发挥其运输能力。尤其加大力度进行发货追踪，基本做到每票发货都及时跟踪到送达客户手上，并把发货信息及时录入ERP。

3、人员分工在过去的一年里，仓储部同事不断强化着分工协作的理念、在各自的岗位上强化着自己的技能水平。首先明确自己的分工，每个人知道在团队里我需要做什么，并不断熟练、丰富自己的技能水平，做好自己的分内事；一个团队要成为一个有机的整体还要相互协作，一个岗位多人胜任，团队里有成员缺席或者外出其他成员能够补上，某项工作成为流程的瓶颈时、其他成员能够来支援，这样才能保证部门流程的正常运转。为了把工作做好、为了把每天该发的货发出去，仓储部同事几乎每个工作日都或长或短的夜以继日的工作着，保持着每天24小时、一年365天不间断的值班，平均每人每月加班60个小时（相当于8个工作日）以上，正是仓储部同事的辛勤付出、通力合作才换来物流部工作的不断好转，也得到了各个部门同事的认可。

4、存在的问题

（1）要多吸取同行的先进经验，持续改善仓库管理、质控管理工作；多寻找专线物流公司、开拓多渠道的服务，争取把发货运输工作再上一个台阶。

（2）随着公司的业务范围的扩大，开始经营多种品牌产品。我们还缺乏这类产品管理的经验，要多多学习产品知识，不断积累经验。

以下阐述个人存在的问题与不足：

1、自己存在的问题

通过一年来的工作，我也清醒的看到自己还存在很多不足，主要是：

一、沟通不够，有些想法，有些思想关于工作的，关于制度的，总是自己憋着不说，等别人说出来的时候，心里又有些不舒服，其实这些我早就想都了，只是我没提出来，主要是不知道该如何沟通，在什么场合，开口的第一句话我该怎么说。

二、工作的创造性还不够强，工作中会遇见很多的新情况，需要特殊对待，对于特殊对待的方法总是束手无策，需要得到领导的指导与帮助。

2、今后努力的方向不断的学习，学会沟通，同时也希望得到公司的帮助，安排去学习，在接下来的工作中争取提高领悟能力，在同事的帮助下，希望在工作创造性方面得到进步。

总之，一年来，收获很大，我坚信工作只要尽心努力去做，就一定能够做好。我决定在接下来的工作中努力提高自己的的素质与修养，多学习为人处事的哲学，超越现在的自己，争取更大的进步！同时，希望在20xx年能够实现努力方向，新的一年意味着新的起点新的机遇新的挑战，我决心再接再厉，一定努力打开一个新的工作局面！

2、可行性原则：设计的机器人活动，应具备可操作性、经济性和安全性。

1)可操作性：指除设计者完成外，要充分考虑其他可能参与人员是否可能重复制作活动场地、当前教学机器人的潜力、本学龄段学生的知识水平和能力等因素，使其他参与者经过努力也可以完成相关的活动。

2)经济性：指要考虑其他参与人员在场地、机器人及设备制作等方面的经济承受能力，尽量使参与者自己创造条件，修旧利废，以最小的投入完成相关活动。

3)安全性：指机器人和活动环境的设计，应当是安全和是健康的，活动时不对周边人员构成威胁，不对环境造成破坏。同时必须遵从阿西莫夫提出的“机器人三原则”。

可行性原则这是中小学机器人创新活动的基础。

3、创新性原则：教学机器人这一平台，为参与者提供了丰富的创新空间，创新是技术活动的本质所在。在设计机器人活动时，应体现出创新性原则，这也是机器人活动的亮点之处。可以是师生根据日常生活经验、学习体会和构思的新创意，也可以是对以前某些机器人功能的改进、活动项目的再提升。这是中小学机器人创新活动的核心。

4、智能性原则：设计的机器人应能反映出机器人的本质特性，即体现出机器人的智能性(如感知、规划、动作和协同等能力)。应是按照周围环境的输入信息来做出判断、基于传感器控制、独立地根据程序指令、而决定自己的行动的具有一定自主能力的机器人。这是中小学机器人创新活动的魅力。

5、趣味性原则：设计的机器人活动，应当具有一定的趣味性，能够引起相关学龄段学生参与的积极性和兴趣;还要具有一定的可观赏性，能使参与者和观众都能对该活动引起相应的兴趣和关注。这是中小学机器人创新活动的活力。

6、竞技性原则：机器人竞赛活动应具有一定的竞技性，在规定的活动时间内，可以评价出参与者的思维能力、技术水平等。还应具有一定的挑战性，综合能力不同的参与者，可能达到不同的活动结果，使参与者对机器人活动总有新的追求欲望。同时要注意公平性，只要学生设计的机器人可以完成本项活动，就允许参加，制定的评价方案也要是不产生歧义、可操作的。应当以参与者活动过程体验为出发点。这是中小学机器人创新活动的动力。

在机器人“功能创新项目”评价中，要重点把握创新性原则、智能性原则、可应用性和可靠性原则。可应用性主要指是为解决某个实际问题而设计(尽管当前可能是不理想的);可靠性是指机器人运行时，系统是可靠、稳定的。

在“现场指定项目”评价中，主办方要注意提出活动的方式方法和评价标准，活动方式通常是规定了某项特定的任务，参赛者运用自己的综合能力完成项目要求，评价标准是可量化、可操作的，竞赛时参赛者需要遵照执行。

第一篇

时光匆匆,为期一个月的实习已经圆满的落下帷幕。回顾其中的点点滴滴,有成功后的欣喜和激动,也有挫败后的失落和无奈。在领导的谆谆教导和同事的悉心帮助下,我在收获业务技能的同时,内心也经历着微妙的成长。

这次实习我主要负责的是翻译工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。在这里我要特别感谢赵主任，是他把我介绍给其它的同事认识，还告诉其他同事要在工作上对我多提醒照顾。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教领导与同事，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

再熟悉资料与业务时，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，让我应用在学校学到的知识解决这个问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的机械零部件，加工工艺等专有名词是我在课堂上根本没有涉及到的。我只有打开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。这时候觉得工作原来并不想自己想的那样简单，所以在以后的工作中就更应该小心谨慎了。

虽然倍加小心，但是工作不像考试，考试只需要短时间的精力集中，而工作却是长期的。这样下来，也难免会出错，比如老外在一封有关交付款的邮件里提到参照ccp15530，我在电脑上查到ccp由中国共产党的意思，就写成了要交付15530元人民币。最后还是领导觉得数目不对，向我指出了这个问题。当得知ccp15530只是文件标号时，我为自己的自作聪明感到十分羞愧。好在问题发现的及时，避免了合作双方的误会，这也提醒我在遇到不懂的问题时一定要虚心求教。

学校的翻译课时短，有时一周两节，一节课也才两个小时，而且老师一般只要求我们翻译一些短的文章，可是由于工作要求，单位与英方的有些邮件就会很长的篇幅而且时间要求很近，而且由于自己不熟悉机械方面的相关知识，这时候为了保证质量，我就主动把工作带回家去做。为了避免延误工作，我决定努力接触公司产品的生产流程，记住零部件的名称和各种加工工艺的表达方式。除了现在每天都在做的邮件翻译以及文件整理工作，单位还要求我口语上要过关以应付出国和接待老外来访的需求，这就要求我更加努力的增强自身的知识水平，在做好日常工作的同时更要不断的提升自己。虽然在学校接受过口译的教程，也大体了解一些要求与规则，但是练习也只限于同学之间。而且因为工作环境的问题，平日里很少接触英语的听说，这就要求我必须保持清醒的认识，不能贪图安逸混日子，还要创造机会进一步学习。路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。相信经过一定的锻炼与不懈的学习，我一定能尽快胜任翻译一职。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务，国际金融以及电子商务课程的知识竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

在单位，除了工作上的进步，我还学到了许多生活上的细节。单位里最让我敬佩的就是吴副总和赵主任。吴总经常出差，每次回来的时候应该都很劳累了，可是如果他看到哪里卫生做得不好，就会亲力亲为的去整理打扫。在工作前经常听到学姐学长们抱怨，说什么签了工作却没施展才华，还要扫地倒水像个打杂的，但是如果像我一样看到领导都不拘身份搞好卫生，应该大家都能像我一样备受鼓舞了。还记得有一次回宿舍没有零钱坐公交了，赵主任知道了就主动给了我一元钱，在寒冷的南京街头，让我倍觉温暖，有的时候因为学校或者是生活中的困难必须请假处理，请假时赵主任总是很体谅我的难处，每一次在心里都是深深的感激。以前坐班车的时候，师傅们常问我冷不冷，穿的单薄吗，在南京还习惯吗，是同事们一句句殷勤的问候语关爱的话语冲淡了我独在异乡的漂泊与恐惧。还有好多好多我难忘的同事，给我留下了很深的印象，比如张主任的勤劳，姚主任的忙碌，沈主任的细心帮助等等。

在短暂的实习生涯中，我总结出了如下经验：

1、严格遵守公司章制度

在学校里学习生活，虽然有一些校园纪律在约束自己的行为，但相对于在公司里工作，还是非常懒散和不受控制的。因为这校园纪律大都是警告性质的，不会对自己的发展有多大的影响。在公司里工作，在方方面面都有详细的规章制度，这些制度就像高压电线一样，如果触犯它们，就会受到惩罚，这些影响可能会对你以后的发展带来很坏的影响。同时，要成为一个非常职业、非常有素质的职业者，必须积极地去面对自己的工作，认真刻苦的来把工作做好，想尽一切办法把自己的工作做的完美。而作为一个职业者，认真负责、积极进取的态度会是自己发奋工作的原动力。所以，要成功地进行实习，必须首先树立去认真负责、刻苦、积极进取的职业操守，像一个真正的职业者一样要求自己。

2、多听、多看、多想、多做、少说

我们到公司工作以后，要知道自己能否胜任这份工作，关键是看你自己对待工作的态度。态度对了，即使自己以前没学过的知识也可以在工作中逐渐的掌握。态度不好，就算自己有知识基础也不会把工作做好，我刚到这个岗位工作，根本不清楚该做些什么，刚开始我觉得很头痛，可经过工作过程中多看别人怎样做，多听别人怎样说，多想自己应该怎样做，然后自己亲自动手去多做，终于在短短几天里对工作有了一个较系统的认识，慢慢的自己也可以完成相关的工作了，光用嘴巴去说是不行的，所以，我们今后不管干什么都要端正自己的态度，这样才能把事情做好。

3、少埋怨

有的人会觉得公司这里不好那里不好，同事也不好相处工作也不如愿，经常埋怨，这样只会影响自己的工作情绪，不但做不好工作，还增加了自己的压力，所以，我们应该少埋怨，要看到公司好的一面，对存在的问题应该想办法去解决而不是去埋怨，这样才能保持工作的激情。

4、虚心学习

在这次实习过程中，我们碰到很多问题，有的是我们懂得的，也有很多是我们不懂的，不懂的东西我们要虚心向同事或领导请教，当别人教我们知识的时候，我们也应该虚心的接受，不要认为自己懂得一点鸡毛蒜皮就飘飘然。

5、错不可怕，就怕一错再错

每一个人都有犯错的时候，工作中第一次做错了不要紧，公司领导会纠正并原谅你，但下次你还在同一个问题上犯错误，那你就享受不到第一次犯错时的待遇了。

经过这次实习，我从中学到了很多课本没有的东西，在就业心态上我也有很大改变，以前我总想找一份适合自己爱好，专业对口的工作，可现在我知道找工作很难，要专业对口更难，很多东西我们初到社会才接触。所以我现在不能再像以前那样等待更好机会的到来。应尽快丢掉对学校的依赖心理，学会在社会上独立，敢于参加与社会竞争，敢于承受社会压力，使自己能够在社会上快速成长。再就是时常要保持一颗学习、思考的心。作为一位大学生，最重要的就是自己学习和思考的能力。在企业这样一个新环境中，由我们很多值得学习、值得思考的地方，这就需要自己保持一颗学习、思考的心。首先在技术方面，要刻苦的补充自己的不足，认真地对待工作，时时刻刻的思考和学习。同时，在企业的环境中，更要注重学习企业先进的管理和人文文化，以丰富自己的社会知识和管理文化知识。这样，可以为自己日后的职业生涯打下良好的基础。

在开始实习之前，我多少有些心虚。因为我的许多朋友都有过假期打工的经历。而作为一名英语专业的大二学生，这次的实习却是我的第一次工作经历。我很担心自己会在工作的过程中出现差错。但现在回想这实习的两个星期在工作和生活上出现的困难，其实都不算什么。就像著名主持人鲁豫曾经说过的话，如果一个困难没有将你，你一定会变的比以前更坚强。我相信如果再有一次实习的机会，我一定会比这次做的更好。

在这里我要感谢学校安排了这次实习，也要感谢公司给我这次机会，虽然只有短短的两个星期时间，但是我所学到的将使我受益一生。因为这次实习的经历让我原本枯燥的暑假变的充实起来。
