第七条 考核与验收

7.2.如果合同产品的技术性能达不到规定的技术标准，双方应友好协商，共同研究，分析原因，采取措施，消除缺陷，进行第二次性能考核。考核合格后，双方签署考核合格证书。

7.3.如果第一次考核不合格是乙方责任，乙方应自费再次派遣技术人员进特第二次考核。

7.4.经过第二次考核仍不能合格验收，若责任在于乙方，刚乙方须赔偿甲方遭受的直接损失。并采取措施艄除缺陷，进行第三次考核。

第八条 技术改进

8.2.在合同有效期内，双方对合同产品的任何改进和创新，都免费将改进或创新的技术资料提供给对方。

8.3.改进或创新的技术所有权属于改进或创新一方，另一方不得对其申请专利或将其转让给第三者。

第九条 保证和索赔

· 女性则要注意衣服领口是否过大或过低，而裙子又是否过短的等细节问题。

4、 化妆、饰品、香水

· 第一要点是化妆要注意考虑清洁感;化妆时不能过于浓;不过平常不化妆的人那就不需要为了去面试而去化妆;还有就是指甲不要涂指甲油;

· 佩戴的饰品不能过于的夸张或不能配戴过的多;

· 香味强烈的香水不要用。

5、 表情和动作

不管你答题表现有多好，如果态度不是很好，那会给面试官产生不好的印象。无论在面试时，还是在日常生活中要关注以下几项：

·有所无力，垂头丧气的低着头走路;

·神气十足，趾高气扬的走路;

·坐着椅子时，不要把手放在腿下;不要把双手交叉在胸前或翘起二郎腿;不要在椅子上不停的摇摇晃晃或抖着腿;不要坐在椅子上低着头缩着身体;

·与别人交谈时不要东张西望，眼神不定;不要不时的用手挠挠，或做一些小动作。

附：面试三大评价标准

★领导方面的能力则显得非常多，不论应聘什么岗位，企业喜欢在这方面对面试者做深入测试。

计划性是最为重要的，作为一个领导连计划都没有能够领导出一个什么样的结果?要懂得根据实际情况提出切实的目标，并且懂得做防护以此应对意外事件。决策性乃是第二个重要的能力，如果犹豫不决将会严重影响企业的发展，当然果断也是必需建立在快速完备的基础之上。人际关系也是很重要的因为需要管理很多人，如何让职员发挥出更高的积极性、遵守纪律等，如何协调公司内部人员之间的矛盾。在这里还需要领导和员工之间能够产生互动，做定期交流使得双方可以取得较好的协调性。
