在一组数据中，出现次数最多的数，是这组数据的众数，众数能够反映一组数据的集中情况，一组数据中众数可能不止一个，有可能没有众数。

第二部分打电话有很多方法，最慢的方法是一个一个的通知，还有分组的方法。最快的方法是每个人都不休息，每个人都一起通知下面的人。

经过复习和做练习题，找次品时最好是把物品分成3份，不能平均时，只能相差1。

用天平称找次品时，知道所测物的数量时，还有只含有一个次品，知道次品比正品重或轻，有一个规律2至3个要称1次，4至9个要称2次，10至243个要 称5次。根据的规律是要的次数是几，就几个3相乘，这个数就是最多的所测物品。如果不知道次品比正品轻或重是，就要称很多次。

经过复习，有些爱错的题现在也不爱错了，而且印象深了。

(二)恰当运用体态语言

体态语言包括两个方面：一是面部表情，二是身体动作。丰富的面部表情，能带动倾听者的情感共鸣，这也是面试中与考官交流的很好的办法之一。面部表情可以随着自己所讲述的内容有所变化，尤其是在讲述你自己的经历的时候，不要让考官感觉只是在背答案;身体动作在进入考场的瞬间就已经被所有考官所关注，基本的要求就是“站有站相，坐有坐相”，基本原则是：大方、得体、不拘谨、不放浪。总之，表情和肢体都是语言之外最能直接引起交谈对方感情共鸣的表象。对它们的适度把握、恰当运用，一方面可以与语言相辉映，增强说服力、感染力;另一方面可独立运用，展现个人内心状况，流露个人感情及情绪。

(三)充分进行眼神交流

面试中，回答问题并不仅仅是言语的交流，更多的是肢体、眼神等的交流。有的考官视角非常犀利，常抓住眼神的交流来判断考生处理问题的灵敏度与稳重感。面试过程中，惊慌失措、躲躲闪闪或者游移不定的目光，会让考官产生缺乏自信的感觉，容易使考官反感。要主动与考官进行亲切有神的眼神交流，在重点照顾主考官的同时，还要对其他考官予以回应。但是考生也要注意适时适度性，不能死盯考官，让考官产生表情呆板，缺乏生机的感觉。

(四)认真审题

面对考题，认真看清题中每一个字，把握关键词，冷静思考，了解出题目的着重要考我们哪方面的素质能力，准确把握命题人出题意图，并根据平时的训练打好腹稿，有条件的话要充分利用考场内提供的草稿纸，简要列出作答提纲，迅速从熟悉领域引入，从容组织答案，然后用准确、简练的语言有条理、有逻辑地说出来。

(五)善举事例

俗话说“事实胜于雄辩”，事例论证将使你的观点更加雄辩有力。每个人都想把自己最完美、最真实的一面展示给考官，而这样的问题又特别忌讳平铺直叙，泛泛地强调自己有多么强的计划，不仅有夸夸其谈之嫌而且没有很强的说服力，而在这时，如果能恰当地引用一个生活中的实例，就可以起到事半功倍的效果。即便是理论可以证明的问题，若用实事论据作为支撑，也可以使自己的观点显得更加严密和无懈可击。有工作经历的考生可以说自己在工作的过程中，曾经组织过一次旅游活动，在谈到组织活动时，一定要谈到活动组织的成功之处，活动在同事中产生的良好影响。而没有工作经历的考生，可以说在学校社团组织过大学生艺术节、书法比赛、歌咏比赛等等，在谈到组织活动时，最重要的是要谈到活动的举办是否成功，是否收到了预期的效果，在同学中的反响如何。

从近年的面试实践经验来看，结构化面试具有测评的效度、信度较高的特点，比较适合规模较大、组织严密、规范性较强的录用、选拔性考试，因此，结构化面试已经成为目前公职人员录用面试的基本方法。

面试试题具有开放性的特征，没有标准答案。很多考生在备考的时候追求标准答案”，其实是大可不必的。如果众口一词，考官势必疲惫不堪，不利于选拔人才。考生在答题时应该在将问题做具体化、生活化处理的同时，力求打造亮点。在此提醒考生需要记住：试题也是有生命的，只有将自己的思想、个人的认知、实例和经历与试题融为一体，才能将题目鲜活、立体地呈现出来。就特质来说，男孩体格强壮的，一定要展示力量和稳重;文弱内向的，则可以发挥感性正直的一面;女孩子干练、具有较强职业色彩的，要回归率真;稚嫩羞怯的，则要给人以细腻踏实的印象。就经历来说，有工作经验的，可以联系实际工作的体会，把题目答得充实;应届毕业生，可以从理解认识来谈。问题回答没有特定的模式，考生要在发挥个性优势的同时，尽可能弥补自身的不足。

(七)实事求是

在回答面试官问题的时候，很多考生往往自作聪明，在自己的答案里用上太多的修饰，对诚实等为人之道和思考的严密、答案的客观却不太重视，又常常不能自圆其说。在面试时“下套”，把对求职者的真正需求巧妙地隐藏在面试的试题后面，是如今国考面试的习惯做法，这时候如果你只是一味迎合，很快会出局。实事求是指在面试中应试者回答考官提问时要从本人的实际情况出发，要彻底摆脱言不由衷的空话、大话和假话，充分挖掘并结合自己的人生经历，把自己真实的闪光点充分展现在考官面前;即使面对自己的错误，也要勇于承认，切不可卖弄面试技巧来糊弄考官。面试应答不是演戏，也不是演讲比赛。考生应该明确认识到面试考查的是应试者的真实观点、看法和水平。所以，考生在作答时应当坚持自己的本色和原则，力求真诚，实话实说。

公职人员是为社会大众服务的，其看待事情和处理问题都应以人民群众的利益为出发点，站在人民群众的立场。所以参加公职人员面试的考生作答面试题，都要站在公职人员的角度去分析问题，不能仅仅从个人或者某个小集团的利益去考虑问题，更讲究的是平衡各种关系。若考生对公职人员行业不甚了解，最好的办法就是多关注国家大事和社会热点问题;若没有实际工作经验，则要在平时对注重搜集与报考职位相关的信息，尝试思考如何展开一项具体工作，练习写一些调查、调研、处理问题、制订策略等公文，积累相关知识和经验。

(十)正确表现任职资格

教师英文自我介绍

when a sophomore, i joined the association of ai enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. in 1997, i participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in prof. wang’s lab. with the tool of opengl and matlab, i designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. it is now widely used by different research groups in nust. in 1998, i assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for nanjing sewage treatment plant. this was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

in 1999, i joined the distinguished professor yu-geng xis research group aiming at network flow problem solving and heuristic algorithm research. soon i was engaged in the fudan gene database design. my duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, i introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- multi-population genetic algorithm. by dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent ga from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. it proved more efficiently than sga in experiments, too. in the second semester, i joined the workshop-scheduling research in shanghai heavy duty tyre plant. the scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. to make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, i proposed a dynamic layered scheduling method based on hybrid petri nets. the practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. i also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. recently, i am doing research in the composite predict of the electrical power system assisted with the technology of data mining for bao steel. i try to combine the decision tree with receding optimization to provide a new solution for the composite predictive problem. this project is now under construction.

银行面试总结

这家公司，其实我不是很熟悉。相比较花旗汇丰等在中国的老牌来说，他显得更加低调。用他们自己的介绍是：有一个很长的历史，但是没有一个很动人的现在。甚至连东亚都比不上。我知道，是因为他们在网上的招聘信息，仅此而已。

决定去面试，在于这家公司将来在中国，一定会攻城略地一样的作为。作为将来跨国公司竞争的主要阵地，中国的市场已经成为各家争夺的要害。我相信，这家外资银行，应该也是这样的。另外一个原因，这个岗位不是我擅长的，但是他们仍然邀请我去。我相信，他们是有诚信，愿意教我东西的。

结果，给我的感觉，并不是这样子。

约好的时间去面试。等待了5分钟，在我可以接受的范围内。但是他们大厅的电视，放着国际电视节目，让我有点吃不消，而且声音还不低。

在等待的时候看到，所有的人，要进入任何意见房间，都必须使用自己的门禁卡，包括厕所。我不觉得这是人性化管理的体现。

后来，出来两个面试官。一看基本上，都是hr部门的。一个稍微年轻一点，应该是电话里的那位，另一位年纪有点大，估计37以上。跟着急的进入到会议室里面，让我觉得这里的气氛，至少是面试的气氛，有点浮躁和焦躁。后面，就是狭小的会议室。见过很多家的面试，这家的面试会议室，是最小的，里面就一张小桌子，加上4张椅子。没有别的空间了。

没有任何面试官的自我介绍。

还没有做好，就直接问我问题，让我很不舒服。在问我问题的同时，两个人基本上都是出于看简历的状态。简历的打印，是一张a4上面打印两张的样子，不是正反打印。所以，上面的字非常的小。这让我觉得这家公司很吝啬很小气，直接很不人性化了。那么小的字，任何一个人都需要仔细注意才看清楚的啊。而且，两个人都是这样子的。我不知道他们的视力如何，但是我看得出来，两个人看的都很吃力。

其中一个问了3个问题，不知道问什么好了。就看另外一个人有没有要问的。另外一个随便问了一个，就转换人了。之后就是这么随便问问的状态。我不知道他们想了解什么，是我的实习经历，还是我的专业，还是我的想法，就是想到哪里了问到哪里。后面问不下去了，问我有没有什么想知道的。以为就这么结束了，所以就提出了我的疑问。

结果，我的疑问环节结束之后，他么继续问我。

结束之后，很着急的送我离开。中间没有任何一秒的停留。

就这样子，之前的好印象都没有了。我知道，我就是来看看的，如果幸运，能够有机会，那是最好。事实上，这种假设的可能性极小。

出来后，看了一下时间，一共20分钟解决所有的问题。我知道，他们不会考虑我，就像我不会考虑他们这个实习生的岗位一样。

回来后，分析了一下，他们的面试，基本上没有任何准备，没有任何记录。问问题的思路，看不出来是什么派别的，既没有bahaviorinterview，更加没有star，其他的也没有。这样的招聘团队，真的是够糟糕的。

当然，我也有做的不够的地方：

第一，自我介绍不是很符合我的风格。虽然今天的自我介绍还不错，但是没有充分发挥我的实力；

第二，回答问题的时候，我比较注重star的运用；

第三，提问环节，暴露了我进一步的想法：留下来。

我在实习的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实习日子短的关系，但时通过实习，加深了我对专业知识基本的理解，丰富了我的用运能力，使我对日常管理工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做好日常管理工作，既要注重管理理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。

这次实习也让我深刻了解到，在工作中和同事保持良好的关系是很重要的。做事首先要学做人，要明白做人的道理，如何与人相处是现代社会的做人的一个最基本的问题。对于自己这样一个即将步入社会的人来说，需要学习的东西很多，他们就是最好的老师，正所谓“三人行，必有我师”，我们可以向他们学习很多知识、道理。

一、翻译稿件名称：材料。具体包括：

2、申报书;

二、工作时间：甲方于x年x月日前将需翻译的中文定稿材料交付乙方。乙方应于x年x月x日前将翻译好的英文成稿交付甲方。

国际专利许可合同(附英文)

2.4本合同产品不包括乙方外购件的专利技术，但乙方必须问甲方提供外购件的样本和技术说明资料与制造厂商的名称。

2.5乙方有责任接收、安排甲方赴乙方培训的技术人员，乙方应设法使其掌握上述合同产品专利技术。（详见本合同附件五）

2.6乙方负责自费派遣技术人员赴甲方进行技术服务。（详见本合同附件六）

2.7如甲方需要，乙方同意以最优惠的价格向甲方提供合同产品的零件、材料和配件等。具体内容双方另行协商

第三条 合同价格

3.7乙方如需查核甲方的帐目时，应在接到甲方依上述第3.4款规定开出的书面通知后10天内通知甲方、其具体的查帐内容和程序详见本合同附件四。

第四条 支付条件

4.1本合同第三条中规定的提成费，甲方将通过x银行（此处为甲方的业务银行)和x银行（此处为乙方的业务银行）支付给乙方，支付中使用的货币为＿＿＿＿。

第五条 技术服务和培训

5.1技术服务

5.1乙方在合同有效期内派遣一名技术专家到甲方，对合同产品的图纸和技术资料进行解释，并就产品设计、制造、调试和检验，以及维修等方面进行技术指导，以使甲方在保证合同产品性能的情况下，能尽快采用国产的材料和元器件，实现合同产品的生产。

5.1.2.乙方在合同有效期内分两次派遣技术人员赴甲方进行技术服务，共30人日。

5.1.3.第一次技术服务在合同生效后第六个月，乙方派遣技术人员1人赴甲方工厂，提供技术指导12日。

5.1.4.第二次技术服务在合同产品验收期间。乙方派技术人员1人赴甲方工厂，提供技术服务，时间为18日。

5.1.5.乙方负担其人员的旅差费。甲方负担由驻地到工厂的交通工具和膳宿费。

5.2技术培训。
