即要让主试者相信你是最合适的人选。在面试当中，考官也许会喜欢你，欣赏你，承认你的长处，但是不一定录取你。而你的目标不是要做到这些，而是要被录取。一般地，作为考官，预先制订好了一套理想人选的条件，然后再逐一检查应试者，看谁最合适，最能担任这种工作。他们挑选的并不一定是某一方面的天才或专家，而是各种条件的综合考察。例如招聘的是部门经理，可能他们最需要的条件是领导才能和与上下级之间的人际关系交往能力，协调能力，管理能力。如果你在简历表中只是强调资历与工作经验，面试时只注意表现自己和推销自己，如：幽默感、口才、智力，而忽略了表现出自己的领导和管理才能，协调人际关系的能力，那么，主试者不会认为，也不会相信你是最合适的人选。尽管你表现出了许多优点，对应聘有帮助作用，却起不到决定作用。

(2)诚实

即你要让主试者认为你有诚意做这份工作。即使你最适合这份工作，但是你对该机构没有诚意，或者对这份工作，或者在面试时没有表现出诚意，或者让主试者认为你没有诚意，不老实等等，这都不利于你的被录取。一般地说，去面试时，提前对这份工作作了比较详细的了解，如单位的基本状况，工作的性质，公司制度，领导职工关系，你与该单位的协调程度，你的兴趣专业所长等，已经有了一定的了解，可以真切地表明如果没有特殊的变化，面试者总是愿意，并且想获得这份工作，即真心实意有这份诚心。实际上，最关键的是要让主试者知道你的真心实意，并且相信你的诚意，让他认为他如果选你做了这份工作，你会很乐意地接受这份工作，并且认认真真作下去。现实中往往有些误会或昏沉，造成一些不好的影响。如面试时表现出一副满不在乎，粗心大意，逢场作戏，骄傲自满的态度，对事业毫不认真，或者让主试者以为你是在"骑牛找马"，无意做下去，这样你的条件无论怎样优胜，他们也不会录取你。所以，求职面试的第二个成功因素是诚实。要发挥你的魅力，通过言行表现你的真诚。记住：以诚动人。

(3)让主试者相信你对该部门十分有利，是一个有用的必要的人物。

一个单位聘用你，是因为你对该单位有用，有价值，你加盟之后有好处。看起来，这个道理很明显，也很简单。可是，在求职面试当中，有许多人重点采取各种各样的形式和方法解释自己，没有注意到被录用以后的价值在招聘中所起的作用，那就是：如果录用我，则对贵单位或机构十分有利。

(4)礼貌

表现无礼是最容易令面试失败的因素。没有老板愿意聘请粗鲁、傲慢、懒散、冲动、不守常理的应试者。面试时所要求的礼貌，是日常公事之中普通的待人仪态礼节，并不要求谦恭卑下。

*面试时主要应在以下礼仪方面注意：
