银行面试礼仪常识

一、 举止

1.动态礼仪

(1)走姿问题：走路不稳、步调不一致(顺拐);看地走路;手紧贴裤子走路;端着胳膊走路;走路胳膊摆动过大。

解决方法：在模拟练习中，进行走姿练习;网络仪态视频进行模仿。

(2)鞠躬问题：不鞠躬，鞠躬幅度过大;只是点头;鞠躬时身子沉下而头却昂着;男生以空姐的姿态鞠躬。

解决方法：考生入场要先问好再鞠躬;鞠躬幅度15°~30°;男士双手要自然垂下放在裤缝处，鞠躬时不宜晃动;女士可以以空姐的姿态问好。

2.静态礼仪

(1)坐姿问题：弓背、抖腿、跷二郎腿;桌椅间距大坐不稳，趴桌子;坐姿随意、耷拉脑袋、八字脚、答题时手放在腿上。

解决方法：规范坐姿，通过反复练习逐渐纠正。了解入座或离场时应注意的事项：椅子与桌子距离不能太远，发现椅子没有放好，要事先进行调节;坐定后就不要去随意地拖动椅子;要坐在椅子的三分之二或是二分之一处;退场时需将椅子放回原处。

(2)站姿问题：身体晃;站不直;低头站立;“捂裆派”(手放在肚子上);背手站立。

解决方法： 录像或是照相，更直观地发现问题所在，有针对性地改正。贴墙法和军姿法，①贴墙法：贴墙站立，保持脚后跟、臀部、肩背、后脑勺紧贴墙面，站立10分钟左右。②军姿法：直立、抬头、挺胸、收腹、提臀、目视前方，保持立正姿势10分钟左右。

(3)手势问题：手放在腿上;手握笔答题;手转笔;手上动作幅度过大;手摆放过于死板;答题时不停地转手指。

解决方法：学习正确的手摆放姿势，但不能绝对化，因人因情况而定;握拳、转笔、手放腿上要随时提醒，逐步改正;可以用录像的方式，或是让家人监督进行改正。

(4)目光问题：目光游离;无目光交流;目光向下或向上望;始终盯着一个考官看;与考官目光交流时间太短。

解决方法：可以看考官额头、嘴唇和两眼中间的位置，减缓目光交流带来的心理压迫感。

二、仪表

1.穿着问题

(1)服装：穿着随意、颜色过于艳丽;服装不整洁;衣服裤子不合身;衣服口袋鼓鼓囊囊等。

解决方法：服装的两个原则：一是要和职位相吻合;二是要和考场气氛相适应。要选择穿适合自己肤色、气质的衣服为最佳。男性考生：秋冬可着西装，自选是否系领带。若不系领带，则不需要系衬衫第一个扣;夏天，着短袖衬衫，不能系领带。女性考生：可选套装或者套裙，夏天建议套裙，但不能过短，一般以到膝盖附近为宜，不得穿薄、露、透的衣服。冬天建议着套装，下装建议裤子为宜。

(2)鞋子：黑皮鞋白袜子;鞋子表明较脏;鞋跟声音大;鞋跟偏高走路不稳。

解决方法：鞋子的颜色和样式要与整体服装风格相符;鞋子要提前穿一两周适应;选择穿鞋的注意事项：男士皮鞋应以黑色或深棕色为主，袜子与鞋或裤子颜色相同。女士高跟鞋一般在5cm左右为主或以下，颜色以黑色为主，袜子以肤色为主。

2.打扮问题

(1)妆容问题：发型凌乱随意;唇部发干有死皮;妆过浓或者素面朝天;镜架夸张，戴有色镜片。

解决方法：建议女士化淡妆，男士保持干净整洁即可。妆容的注意事项：男士发型：前不覆额，后不遮领，两侧不掩耳，建议考试前4-10天理发;女士发型：中、长发用夹子或者发带把头发束起来，尽量盘发;短发要干净整洁。镜框与脸型相符，颜色不能太鲜艳，忌有色镜片。

(2)配饰问题：带卡通手表;配饰太多，带多个耳钉或戒指;配饰样式夸张。

解决方法：考生佩戴手表应以商务手表为主，切记佩戴卡通手表。男、女考生除了手表外，不易佩戴其他配饰。

银行面试应该注意的7条礼仪

一、服饰要得体

就服饰而言，应聘者在去求职面试前，必须精心选择自己的服饰。一般说来，服饰要给人以整洁、大方得体的感觉，穿着应以保守、庄重一点为好，不要追求时髦，浓妆艳抹，尤其是女性，如果衣着过于华丽，描眉搽粉，项链、耳环、戒指都戴上，这样会给用人单位一种轻浮的印象，影响面试的成绩。

二、遵守时间

面试中最忌的首先就是不守时，因为等待会使人产生焦急烦躁的情绪，从而使面谈的气氛不够融洽。有专家统计，求职面试迟到者获得录用的概率只有相当于不迟到者的一半。可见，守时这一礼仪在面试中的重要性。因此，面试时，千万不能迟到，而且最好能够提前十分钟到达面试地点，以有充分的时间调整好自己紧张的情绪，也表示求职的诚意。

假如依照约定的时间匆匆前往，对方也许已在等候你，那样就显得你欠礼貌、欠诚意，同时还容易使你情绪紧张而影响面试效果。遵守时间有时还会有这样一种含义，即要遵守事先约定的面试时限。

三、表情要自然，动作要得体

进门时，不要紧张，表情越自然越好，在对方没有请你坐下时切勿急于坐下，请你坐下时，应说声”谢谢”。坐下后要保持良好的坐姿，不要又是挠头皮、抠鼻孔，又是挖耳朵，或起二郎腿乱抖。对于女同学来讲，动作更应得当，任何轻浮的表情或动作都可能会让招聘人员读你不满。另外各种手势语也要恰当得体、自然。

四、要讲究文明礼貌

进门时应主动打招呼：“您好，我是某某”，如果是对方主动约自己面谈，一定要感谢对方给自己这样一个机会；如果是自己约对方面谈，一定要表示歉意“对不起，打扰您了”等等。面谈时要真诚地注视对方，表示对他的话感兴趣，决不可东张西望，心不在焉，不要不停地看手表，否则，显得不尊重对方。

另外，对对方的谈话的反应要适度，要有呼应。他说幽默话时，你的笑声会增添他的兴致；他说话严肃认真时，你屏住呼吸则强化了气氛，这种反应要自然坦率，不能故意做作或大惊小怪地做出表情。

五、保持安静

在等候面试时，不要到处走动，更不能擅自到考场外面张望，求职者之间的交谈也应尽可能地降低音量，避免影响他人应试或思考。最好的办法就是抓紧时间熟悉可能被提问的问题，积极做好应试准备。

六、“听”的学问

怎样听人说话才能取得对方的好感呢？首先，要耐心。对对方提起的任何话题，你都应耐心倾听，不能表现出心不在焉或不耐烦的神色，要尽量让对方兴致勃勃地讲完，不要轻易打断或插话。

其次，要细心。也就是要具备足够的敏感性，善于理解对方的“弦外之音”，即从对方的言谈话语之间找出他没能表达出来的潜在意思，同时要注意倾听对方说话的语调和说话的每一个细节。

再次，要专心。专心的目的是要抓住对方谈话的要点和实质，因此，你应该保持饱满的精神状态，专心致志地注视对方，并有表示听懂或赞同的声音或动作；如果对方提出的问题本身很明确，但你却没有完全理解，那么你可以以婉转诚恳的语言提出不明确的部分，对方会进一步解释的。这样既能弄清问题的要点和实质，又能给对方以专心致志的好印象。

最后，要注意强化。要认真琢磨对方讲话的重点或反复强调的问题，必要时，你可以进行复述或提问，如：“我同意您刚才所提的……”、“您是不是说……”重复对方强调的问题，会使对方产生”酒逢知己千杯少”的感觉，往往会促进情感的融风。

七、交谈的学问

参加面谈的求职者不可避免地会不同程度地产生紧张情绪或羞怯心理，因此你谈话之前应尽可能地清除紧张、克服羞怯，并坦率、谦虚地告诉对方“对不起，我有点紧张”等，对方会理解你，甚至会安慰你，帮助你放松。承认紧张对推荐自己没有什么消极影响，反而会显示你实在、坦率和求职的诚意，这是良好交谈的第一步。

其次，采用呼应式的交谈，并巧妙地引导话题。求职面谈既不同于当众演讲，又不同于自言自语，而在于相互间的呼应。成功的对话是一个相互应答的过程，自己每一句话都应是对方上一句话的继续，并给对方提供发言的余地，还要注意巧妙地引导话题。如当所谈内容与求职无关，而对方却大谈特谈时，你可以说：“这件事很有意思，以后一定向您请教。现在我有个问题不明白……”，从而巧妙地转移了话题；“您认为某项工作应具备哪些素质？”以引起双方感兴趣的话题。

从大三开始我们开了翻译课第一学期的英译汉以及本学期的是汉译英，经过了整整两个学期的英语翻译，我觉得自己在翻译方面能力有所提高。将近一个月的翻译实践课程即将结束，指导老师精心的为我们挑选了具有代表性的翻译资 料，资料内容丰富涉及经济、科研、实事新闻、历史、医学、心理等各个方面方面以及保护等方面。

在实习起步阶段,我们先是由魏老师指导向我们进行本次实习的内容、安排以及意义并将我们分组。要求了每周的具体工作以及我们第一周要进行的翻译材料，汉译英材料是《唐朝皇后棺椁被追回》，英译汉是《Extra Weight in Early Childhood Foretells Later Disease Risk》，并要求我们将《唐朝皇后棺椁被追回》做成课件，详细的列出翻译过程中所遇到困难以及感受。第二周的翻译材料是《设备维修中心》和《Exhaustion Syndrome Leaves Measurable Changes in the Brain》

万事开头难，翻译实习的开始是比较头疼的，在正式动笔对《唐朝皇后棺椁被追回》进行翻译之前我们不得不复习之前所学过的翻译理论知识点了解在翻译过程中所应该注意的各种事项。文章中出现的一些术语和一些晦涩难懂词让我们四人为此而抓耳挠腮。所以开始的时候，总是感觉翻译的有些别扭。在周四的PPT汇报过程中，魏老师认真的给我们讲解了各种困难。

第二阶段的实习是由张云老师指导我们对菜谱进翻进行了系统的学习以及学校组织的西科杯翻译大赛。主要翻译内容是《Why Economics Can’t Explain Our Cultural Divide》，中餐菜名译法举例以及班级合作的菜谱书翻译;最后一周的翻译材料是《平凡的人生》节选及《The Girl with the Apple》节选。

在第三阶段，我们认真对翻译实践进行了总结并以书面形式上交知道老师。

第一条 术语和定义

1.1 原件：指甲方提供给乙方、要求乙方翻译、审校、编辑处理的文件。

1.2 译件：指乙方按甲方要求在约定的时间交付给甲方的翻译文件成品。

1.3 源语言：指原件所采用的语言。

1.4 目标语言：指译件所采用的语言。

1.5 字数统计：根据 GB/T 19363.1-20xx《翻译服务规范第 1 部分：笔译》.，中外互译，按中文 “字符数/不计空格”计算;外外互译，不论是源文本还是目标文本，除韩文(“字符数/不计空格”计算)外均按单词数量计算;以千单词为单位。

1.6 插图：指文本框、图框、艺术字、图片等，其内容无法使用 word 统计字数。

1.7 图纸：指用绘图软件等绘制的图形文件，其内容无法使用 word 统计字数。

1.8 工作日：指除星期六、星期日和中华人民共和国法定节假日之外的任何一日。工作日以日为计算单位，正常工作时间满 8 个小时为一日。

本协议期满后，甲乙双方经协商一致，可重新签署翻译服务合作协议。

第四条 翻译费用及支付

4.1 工作量： 根据本协议第二条甲方委托乙方进行的翻译服务项目统计，由甲乙双方签字确认。

4.2 翻译单价：人民币元/千字。

4.3 翻译服务加急费：人民币元/千字。

4.4 翻译费用按实际发生工作量，按月(季、半年)度结算，每月(季、半年) 度末乙方汇总相关翻译服务工作完成清单，经甲方确认后开具发票;甲方在收到发票后个工作日内支付翻译费用(如遇节假日或特殊情况顺延)。

4.5 对于零星但又需要签署合同的小额业务，可每完成一次结算一次(见附录 B 翻译服务确认单)。

第五条 权利和义务

5.1 甲方权利与义务

a) 甲方有权要求乙方按照本协议约定提交译件;

b) 在本协议有效期内，甲方应以书面方式向乙方提出具体服务要求;

c) 甲方有权对乙方的翻译服务进行监督检查;

d) 甲方有权要求乙方对其服务过程中存在的问题进行整改。甲方如对乙方交付的译件有异议，应在收到译件之日起 个工作日内向乙方提出修改意见，若甲方逾期未提出修改意见的，则视为译件质量达到甲方要求;

e) 甲方应按本协议约定向乙方提供原件或参考资料，对乙方的澄清要求做出答复，配合乙方翻译开展服务工作;

f) 甲方应保证所提供的文件资料没有违反中华人民共和国法律法规、国际法，否则应承担全部责任;

g) 甲方应按本协议约定向乙方支付翻译服务费用。

5.2 乙方权利与义务

a) 乙方有权要求甲方提供翻译原件和相关背景资料;

b) 乙方有权对甲方提供的资料提出澄清和咨询要求;

c) 乙方有权按照协议收费标准向甲方收取翻译费用;

d) 乙方应根据甲方的要求在规定的期限向甲方提供合格的翻译服务;

e) 乙方应在规定时间内按照甲方的修改意见修订翻译稿件;

f) 乙方应确保译文准确、通顺;

g) 乙方应按本协议规定的期限提交译件。

第六条 协议变更

本协议的变更必须由双方协商一致，并以书面形式确定。 本协议期满前任何一方均可书面通知另一方终止或修改本协议，但须提前发出书面通知，对于终止或修改前已经发生的翻译服务费用，双方应据实结算。

8.2 乙方应按甲方要求，将载有甲方信息的介质(包括但不限于书面资料、电子文件、媒体以及复制品和其它资料)区分管理，以确保信息文件的安全和完整;当甲方提出归还或销毁要求时，应按要求归还或销毁。

8.3 甲乙双方均应受本保密条款约束;在本协议终止后，本保密条款在三年内持续有效。

8.4 如果甲乙双方另行签订《保密协议》的，本条款未尽之保密事宜或本条款约定内容与双方达成的《保密协议》内容不符时，以《保密协议》约定为准。

第九条 违约责任

9.1 由于甲方原因推迟向乙方提供原件或相关支持文件，甲方应承担相关损失。

9.2 因甲方提供的原件存在问题，导致的翻译错误由甲方承担。

9.3 在甲方如期提供原件的情况下，如乙方未按约定日期按约定要求完成翻译服务，甲方有权解除协议并视为乙方违约，乙方应向甲方支付协议总额 %的违约金作为赔偿。

9.4 因乙方自身翻译失误所带来的经济损失由乙方承担。任何情况下，乙方承担的直接和间接的经济损失最多不得超过本合同涉及项目金额的 1 倍。

9.5 在乙方无违约的状况下，甲方应按协议约定及时付款。如甲方没有及时向乙方付款，每逾期一日，甲方应向乙方支付协议总金额的%作为违约金，直至付清所有费用为止。

9.6 甲方在约定的交付日期前取消所委托部分或全部的翻译内容，甲方应向乙方支付乙方实际已经完成部分的费用，乙方应向甲方交付已经完成的译件。

第十条 不可抗力

10.1 在协议履行过程中，由于不可抗力(例如战争、严重火灾、水灾、台风、地震等不可遇见、不可避免且不可克服的事件)导致协议不能履行或延期履行，协议双方互不承担违约责任。但受不可抗力影响的一方应在不可抗力发生后 24 小时内通知另一方不可抗力发生情况，且在不可抗力发生之后工作日 日内出具书面证明。

10.2 遭遇不可抗力影响的一方仍然有义务采取相应的措施减少损失。如果不可抗力的影响导致协议最终无法履行，双方另行协商善后事宜。

第十一条 适用法律

本协议适用中华人民共和国相关法律法规。

第十二条 争议的解决

凡因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，甲乙双方应通过友好协商的方式解决。如果协商不成，应将争议提交仲裁委员会进行仲裁;或提交人民法院进行判决。

第十三条 其他约定

13.1 本协议未尽事宜，甲乙双方另行协商，签订补充协议，作为本协议的组成部分。

13.2 本协议一式份，甲乙双方各执份，具有同等法律效力。

13.3 本协议自甲乙双方签字盖章之日起生效。
