大家好，我是##，在这四年里，我在学习上比较认真，成绩也比较好，每年都能拿到学校的奖学金，在班里也一直能保持在前五名。特别是在专业课方面，尽量做到学好用好。积极参加各种广告方面的比赛，并且获得过全国大学生广告艺术大赛江苏赛区三等奖。无论是平时的作业，还是论文，还是考试，都能认真对待，希望做到最好。如果要说这四年在学习上最大的遗憾是什么，那就是英语，以前在高中时我的英语成绩还不错，但是进了大学以后，我对英语怠慢了，没有花太多的时间去学，导致现在要毕业了还没有考过六级。

在社会实践方面，我觉得我的经验还是蛮丰富的。20_年下半年，我在一家广告公司做实习策划的工作，尽管刚开始什么都不会，很辛苦，很累，但是当我作为一个歌迷见面会的策划者和执行者在舞台后和花儿乐队沟通的时候，当我撰写的伊奈陶瓷公司广告效果测评报告获得客户认可的时候，当我看到自己策划的奠基仪式、开业典礼成功实施的时候，当我设计的LOGO被企业采用的时候，当我在路演现场独挡一面的时候，我是开心的。我凭着自己的努力完成了一项项任务。在广告公司的实习，让我学到了很多书本上学不到的东西，接触了各行各业的客户，同时，也在工作中对印刷业、媒体、礼仪服务机构等有了一定的了解，为以后能够很快适应工作岗位奠定了基础。

而在此前，我也在麦当劳做过兼职，很苦，很累，但那段时间也给了我很多快乐。学到很多东西。让我初尝到了生活的艰辛和赚钱的不易。麦当劳作为一家世界一流的企业，它有着严格规范的员工培训机制和工作机制。在麦当劳工作，一方面让我学到了这样的大公司在产品促销、团队合作、顾客服务、品质保证等方面值得借鉴的规章制度和成功经验，另一方面，通过与形形色色的顾客打交道，也增强了我与人沟通的能力，此外，辛苦的工作也磨练了我吃苦耐劳的精神。

此外，在思想上，我也积极向党组织靠拢，一方面，加强自身的思想道德建设，从思想上武装自己;另一方面，本着为人民服务的宗旨，坚持帮助他人，服务社会，以党员的要求严格要求自己。终于在大三开始的时候光荣的加入了中国共产党，并在一年后顺利转正。

在大学四年中，我也认识了很多朋友，他们给予了我很多的帮助，也让我学到了很多东西，这是大学期间除了专业知识以外的另一笔宝贵财富。

总之，四年的学习生活，无论是专业知识还是社会常识，亦或是为人处事，都让我学到了很多，可以说，这四年是我人生中最有意义的一段时光，我的人生理想和人生追求在这段时间内得以确定，对自己的职业生涯发展有了新的规划，生活也有了新的目标。我将继续努力，不断进步，走向成功!

本合约双方当事人______________________________________________(以下简称甲方)及兼职工作人员(以下简称乙方)_____________ 身份证号：_____________________________ 兹因甲方业务需要，委托乙方翻译书稿资料(以中文为主)，经双方协商达成以下条款：

一、合约有效期间为_______年______月________日起至_______年_______月_________日止。

二、规格：乙方交付甲方Word文件翻译稿，格式、标题、字体，除甲方有特殊规格之要求外，每页(A4横式)不得少于三十行。

三、价格：乙方须按议定单价(详见所附议价单)计价，不得任意调整价格。

四、文件：乙方须按照甲方交稿时所约定的时间内完成翻译文稿，并经甲方核对。如有错误，应由乙方负责实时改正。乙方如有延误交件，甲方得以书面定期促请乙方改善、如乙方逾期仍未改善，甲方可以解除本合约。

五、收件时由乙方出示签认验收单，载明交件时间、张数、规格、金额(单价、总额)，乙方完成翻译经核校无误后，由甲方核对验收签字并安排支付50%余款。

六、寄件地点：__________________。

七、资料必须在规定时间内完成，若在规定时间内无法完成任务的人员，超过三天每天扣50元，超过五天每天扣100元，超过十天我们将不给剩余的工资。(这点规定望翻译人员特别注意!)

八、薪资结算以甲方编辑部审核出的正确录入文字量为基数，错误录入字数不计算在薪资之内。工资每万字1500元，做满一个月者升为1600元(为了保证双方的利益每一万字可以结账一次)，甲方于乙方提交一万字录入当日将款项汇入乙方所指定的银行账户。

九、罚责：甲方应按照议定价格付款，若有超逾应付款项，经乙方发现时，甲方除应予更正外，且愿处以该笔溢请款项之壹百倍罚款。

十、保密责任：乙方对甲方所委托之翻译文稿内容，应负保密之法律责任，非经甲方书面同意，不得私自利用或对外发表或揭露。

十一、本合约所涉及文稿的知识产权或相关权利归甲方所有，乙方完成翻译经甲方验收后，应将相关文稿一并返还甲方，不得私自留存。

十二、违约：除另行约定外，任一方若有违反本合约任一条款，另一方有权解除本合约，并有权要求违约方赔偿相关损失及费用(含律师费)。

十三、在未发稿之前，我们将附带简单的合约书，一式两份，乙方在其中一份合约书上签字后与甲方联系以确认其身份、地址及签约合同后应预付给乙方50%的工资即7500元。(注明：需将先完成翻译的一万字的Word文档上交甲方后可预领百分之五十的工资即7500元。)

十四、在乙方录入第一份手稿工作完毕后，应将其中一份合约书尽快邮回给甲方(可使用普通挂号信)以取得身份证明、管理档案，保障任务和工资发放的作用。

十五、译后署名权：乙方完成书稿翻译后，甲方会在出版时加入乙方署名，即所谓的译后署名权。(经署名将在甲方发行出版物时加入书中!)

十六、乙方必须申请加入甲方会员，并支付200元押金，此押金将在乙方接到手稿后返还乙方。

十七、近期甲主录入资料多为商务文稿和贵重手稿。安全起见，甲方将对乙方暂时性收取500元人民币作为版权保密金。等乙方工作完毕时，甲方将退还乙方该保密金。

十八、乙方要对甲方所委托翻译文稿内容担负保密的法律责任，非经甲方书面同意，不得私自利用或对外发表或泄露，否则500元保密金将不退还。

十九、 关于本合约产生争议，双方同意以__________________________为第一审管辖法院。

二十、本合约壹式贰份，双方各执壹份，合约如有未尽事宜，应由双方再行约定。

我是_大学计算机学院_级毕业生，修的是信息安全专业。学校里面教的东西很多很杂，学到的东西也“博而不专”。语言方面，掌握比较熟练的是c/c++，当然，在编程方面和各位前辈们比起来，那简直就是菜鸟。所以在以后的工作中还要向各位前辈同事学习、请教，望给予指点。在犯错误的时候，也请前辈们批评指出，“新人”不是逃避责任的借口，我会牢记这句话的。

在兴趣爱好方面，作为学计算机的学生，时喜欢打些竞技类游戏。

体育运动方面，喜欢游泳，为了尽可能享受学生的优惠，在临毕业的时候还赶紧办了张游泳卡;也喜欢打乒乓球，之前每天都看到同事下班后在公司的乒乓球室打球，想去呢，但有点不好意思。
