翻译是运用一种语言把另一种语言所表达的思维内容准确而完整地表达出来的语言行为。当然纸上谈兵是无稽之谈，光有理论知识而不实践操作也是没有用的。有位翻译家这么说过，“学翻译犹如学游泳。只在岸边看别人游，或只听教练讲解，是学不会的。”所以要想提高自己的翻译能力，一定要通过实践。实践可以分为两类，直接的实践和间接的实践。 所谓直接的实践，就是自己亲身参加的实践，也就是自己动手翻译。一回生，二回熟，日积月累，第一手经验多了，做起来得心应手，翻译能力有所提高。所谓“熟能生巧”，就是这个道理。但自己能译的东西是有限的，从这种实践中得出的经验也是有限的。因此，还需要借助于间接的实践。 所谓间接的实践，就是研究别人的译文。比如，一篇文章在手，准备翻译，这时先找一些有关的资料或同类文章的译文看一看，在词语和风格方面定会有所借鉴。别人的译文是别人直接实践的产物，看了别人的译文，就是从事间接实践。为了通过实践，总结自己的不足，以便在今后的语言实践中自己翻译水平和能力能够得到相应的提高和发展，我在完成计划工作后，我开始了我的翻译实习工作。

任务化能让自己静心做事。最开始为了得到这份工作，一个晚上我居然能够翻译出一篇长达七八页纸的艺术类论文，简直是奇迹。后来，一个下午我居然能把一本英文艺术家传记了解的七七八八。因为翻译是工作，工作有指标，所以我能够静心把完全没有概念的艺术类文献很快熟悉。

商业眼光能帮助你赚钱。张老师有一定艺术造诣，但真正能使她赚钱却是她的商业头脑。她注重和朋友关系，抓住每个能扩大她交际面的机会。有商业头脑的艺术家能赚钱，当然有商业头脑的教授也能赚钱。其实，无论是学术还是艺术领域，具备一个造诣的学者数量是不少的，但是兼备商业头脑的学者就少之又少了。虽然说把学术商业化是有点不合适，但是说到底又有几个真正的学者能够家产万贯呢，到后来还是具备商业头脑的学者就够名利双收。

女强人。有车有房有厂，还有两间个人工作室，两位二十四小时贴身秘书，还有美国绿卡，在美国购房。无论是从名还是从利的方面，张老师都不愧女强人这个称号。但一个真正幸福的女强人还有有个温馨的家。女强人不容易做啊。

我是某某某，迈入大学之后一切都不一样了，不管是在学习上面，还是在时间上面，我自己感觉很是紧张了，过去的很多年我都没有过这种感觉，因为这是人生的最后的学习阶段了，之前一直都没想过这些，毕业之后面临的是生活，社会，总有一天是要走出象牙塔，这是一定的，我们总是在不知不觉中提高着自己吗，但是这种提高是要付出的，在大学生活当中有很多提高自己的方式，在我以为做一名班干部能够有效的锻炼自己，在大学这最后的学习阶段我不放过任何一个学习的，提升的机会，所以这次我也是来竞选的，班长一职我内心充满了无限的期待，对着两个自我并不陌生，甚至说是很熟悉，在班长一职上我是有过经验的，我非常愿意相信这些都是我以后提升的机会，我愿意服务于班级，服务于大家，这些都是相互的，我知道没什么事情是不能纠正改变的，作为一名班长我也会得到很多锻炼，这就是一种相互。

当然作为一名班长不是说说而已，付出一定的行动证明自己非常重要，但是现在大家对我也不是非常的熟悉，来到某某大学这里我非常希望能够让自己进步，让自己的能够得到肯定，这次来竞选班长一职也是有这么一个想法，在工作当中证明自己是最直接的，我内心对自己充满了自信，不是什么事情都可以逃避，有些东西都是不断的积累的出来的，作为一名班长能力是一方面，这个也是非常重要的一点，只有把这些都弄清楚了才是好的，让自己在这些方面都得到很多的提升是一个不错的锻炼，这次我也一直在想着怎么去展示自己，当然班长一职有能者当之，作为班长有担当是最重要的，不管是在什么时候都要清楚一点，有责任心有担当，这样的班长才是为班级真心付出的。

再能里上面我不才也是有过几年的班长工作经历，这些年来来的一些事情上面我也是都在努力，给自己的足够的时间去提升，正式因为有过几年的班长工作经历，我知道作为一名班长要做到哪些，在班上扮演着什么一个角色，这些都是要非常清楚的，我深深地知道作为迎班长的责任之重，但是同时我也觉得我能够胜任这个职位，尽管现在是不能看到我的能力，可是我想我不会让大家失望的，也请同学们辅导员给我这么一个机会。

大家好!我是故宫旅游业的颜剑大家可以叫我小颜导游，我今天要和大家一起去北京有名的景点：故宫。我们今天要去的地方有：太和殿、中和殿、保和殿。

我先主要介绍一下故宫：北京故宫，是世界上规模最大、保存最完好的古代皇宫建筑群，是中国古代建筑最高水平的体现。北京故宫，始建于明朝永乐四年(1406)，建成于永乐十八年(1420)，是明清两朝的皇宫，其时称紫禁城，1920xx年始称故宫。从1420xx年明成祖迁都北京，到1920xx年辛亥革命推翻清政府，将末代皇帝溥仪赶出故宫，结束中国历史上封建王朝的统治，故宫一直是中国统治阶级的政治和文化中心，先后经历了24位皇帝。
