在具体的教学工作中我坚持做到认真备课、上课、听课、评课。积极研究教学方法，坚持写教后感和教学杂记，不断积累经验，不懂时立即向前辈请教。尽职尽责做好学校交给我的每一份工作，热心帮助同事，能团结同事，协调工作。关心爱护学生，关心集体，以身作则，做好为人师表，礼貌待人。
