一方面自己的专业知识和教授四级考经验比较有限，在讲授四级备考相关知识中不能做到深入和精确，另一方面在教学进度和学生所要求的教学速度上未找到合适的平衡点。这些问题是在新学年中我要努力攻克的，希望能在同事帮助下和自己的努力下使得大学英语的教学更上一个台阶。

在公选课的教学中，我深刻地体会到了和上大学英语课的不同。小班教学需要老师及时了解学生学习的反馈情况，而公选课则是大班上课，强调的是学生对说英语国家文化、社会背景、为人处事方式、思维习惯、影视中表达的观念和影视英语的了解，课堂纪律不如小班教学那么好控制。所以虽然担任的都是英语课的教学，但是要因材施教，学会在不同的课程中转换角色，以期达到良好的教学效果;

总体来说，作为一名大学英语老师，在教学上不能浅尝辄止，要不断探索新的教学方法，了解学生的心理状态，努力提高教学水平。

我品学兼优、性格开朗、热爱生活，有较强的实践能力和组织能力。学习之余，走出校门，我珍惜每次锻炼的机会，与不同的人相处，让自己近距离的接触社会，感受人生，品味生活的酸甜苦辣。

当然，我也意识到我的不足，上课有时不专心听讲，不能跟上老师讲课的步伐。在新的学期，我会努力改正这些缺点和不足，争取取得更大的进步。
