这一学期来，阅读在英语特别是考试中占的比例很大。而本人所教的两个班的学生阅读能力都不是特别好。在今后阅读理解的复习是一个重点，复习时我应注意到了以下几点：

1.提高学生的阅读量大。阅读速度要求每分钟45个词以上。

2让其训练的题材应多样化。包括日常生活、风俗习惯、人物传记、文化教育、社会、史地、科技、政治、经济等内容。不能只局限于某种题材。

4.让其了解阅读理解的主要题型。

具体工作措施：

一.教学方面：

1、认真研究新课程标准，尤其是在教法上，要改变过去的旧观念，把时间多还给学生在课堂上学习，按照学校要求，每节课讲课时间不能太长，设计一些灵活有趣的方式组织学生学习好英语。

2、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

3、坚持每单元一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

4、阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点，也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中专门抽出一节课作为课外阅读课，材料为课外五篇课外阅读理解，并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

5、集体备课是提高教学质量和整体教学水平的有力保证，有利于经验丰富的教师与年轻教师互为补充、共同提高，工作总结《高中英语教学工作总结》。坚持每周一次的集体备课，集体备课前先确立一名中心发言人，由中心发言人先确定下周所教单元的重点、难点及在高考中的比重及为完成教学内容所用的教法，然后全组人员共同探讨，最后确定下来。

6、坚持教学研究和相互听课，我们年轻教师要向老教师学习如何把握重点、难点和考点，多向名师学习，争取一切机会去听学部全院公开课。

7、作业方面。精心挑选作业，认真批改，讲评。并要求学生做错的地方认真订正。对每一课书中的基本词汇给同学整理好，并要求他们背出默出。每一节课后均补正回家作业。每一课上完进行小测试。一个知识点和语法点进行专项练习。以寻找教学中的不够之处，以便在今后的教学中弥补。

8.基础薄弱的待转化生一直是一个老大难的问题，对待他们态度上要耐心，多激励，对于他们的一点点进步要多多鼓励。在高中的英语教学中适当补充一些初中基础知识，以便他们能够适应高中英语学习。

9.精心设计具体的教学进度安排，写于备课本上，并且严格按照教学进度计划合理有效地进行教学工作。

二分析学生学习情况

1.30%上课认真听讲认真记笔记,主动与老师互动

2,40%以上的同学听不懂，学习上有畏难情绪，学习不努力

3,6%上英语课从来不听，不是睡觉就是玩手机，这些同学彻底放弃对英语的学习

4,40%的同学想学好英语，但基础太差，又因为英语单词太费时间今天背了明天又忘，让这些同学感到学好英语太难，对自己对这么学科都缺乏信心。

5,学生的作业情况

大部分同学能认真完成。15%的同学作业质量较高。但大部分的同学有抄作业的习惯，极个别的同学占10%左右开学至今从未交过作业

6,：原因

一半以上的同学对英语学习不感兴趣。学习基础太差，个别学生上课听不懂教师授课的内容。学习上有畏难情绪。外语学习是一门费时间花功夫的学科，特别强调掌握一定的词汇量。而这一点我们学生做的很不够。课后作业有互相抄的习惯，影响了学习效果。在教的方面，因为学生的水平不平衡。可教学进度课时偏紧，这在一定程度上给学习困难的同学设置了障碍。

(1)重视基础知识，对一些基本的语法题和习惯用语精讲多练。

(2)对一些学习困难的同学尽力与他们多沟通多关心多给予辅导

(5)由于前期对学生了解不够有些地方讲解的不够详细，重复训练的次数太少
