高一的学生基础比较差,所以在课堂上我尽量用最简易的语言授课,争取让学生能在一定的时间内掌握得最好.在复习过程中是非常枯燥的,所以课堂上激发学生学习英语的兴趣尤为重要.兴趣是最好的老师，有了兴趣，学生就会产生求知欲，视学习为乐趣，而不是负担。只有在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。英语课堂既是吸取知识的主战场，又是内化技能的练兵所，但有限的时间无法使学生们充分把这些技能和知识据为己有并消化吸收。利用一定的时间复习巩固已学知识，训练相应技能是提高学习效率不可或缺的重要组成部分。我的具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。课后做到多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，以及他们对课堂上知识的掌握程度.并且在课后还布置学生专门做一些综合能力的作业.比如说一天一篇阅读理解和一篇完型填空.而且我在教学中会认真设计相应的课后练习，让学生达到学以致用;如果课堂所学的是一些基本的语言点，我就会给学生一些相应的训练，让学生巩固课堂所学知识，并懂得如何在实际中应用;如果课堂教学的是阅读课，我会给出一些关键词，让学生复述课文。没有课后练习的复习巩固，学习效果会大打折扣，效率就提不高。讲课生动有趣我在讲课时，尽量讲得生动有趣，在完成教学任务的同时，经常给学生穿插一些英文歌曲、脱口秀、趣闻、幽默故事、名言名句的仿拟等，来激发学生的学习兴趣。另外一些英文歌曲也是学生感兴趣的，如：后街男孩、辣妹、超级男孩、西城男孩、美国民歌等，教师可以印制一些歌词，在歌词中留出一些空白让学生一边听，一边填写，一边模仿，既练习了口语听力，也提高了学生学习的兴趣。课后我积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水平。培养多种兴趣爱好，到图书馆博览群书，不断扩宽知识面，为教学内容注入新鲜血液

这一学期来，阅读在英语特别是考试中占的比例很大。而本人所教的两个班的学生阅读能力都不是特别好。在今后阅读理解的复习是一个重点，复习时我应注意到了以下几点：

1.提高学生的阅读量大。阅读速度要求每分钟45个词以上。

2让其训练的题材应多样化。包括日常生活、风俗习惯、人物传记、文化教育、社会、史地、科技、政治、经济等内容。不能只局限于某种题材。

3体裁多样化。包括说明文、记叙文、议论文、应用文等。

布置功课有针对性，有条理性，对学生的功课批改及时，认真分析并记实学生的功课环境，将他们在功课过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透切的讲评，并针对有关环境及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢，对后进生的教诲，并不限于学生知识性的教诲，更重要的是学生思惟的教诲，提高后进生的成绩，起首解决他们的心结，让他们意识到学习的重要性和需要性，使之对学习萌发乐趣。如许，后进生的转化，就由原来的简单粗暴、强制学习转化到自觉的求知上来。激发了他们的求知欲和上进心，使他们对英语产生了乐趣，也取得了较好的成绩。

一、高中英语课程的设计特点

课程按模块设计，内容丰富，图文并茂，贴近学生生活实际。这一学期主要学模块五和模块六。模块五是必修模块，而模块六是属于选修模块，当然教学内容的难度也渐渐加深，因此每个模块的教学时间调整为12周。

二、教学目标

6、培养学生的自主学习能力。这个目标的实现，需要一个循序渐进的过程，必须落实在平时的教学点滴中。多观察，多强调，抓住一些典型的自觉主动学习的学生来带动班上其他学生。

7、争取把培优扶中补差工作落实在平时的每一节课中，这项工作有一定的难度。换句话说，这项工作其实也就是分层教学。这要落实在平时的课堂提问，问题设置，作业的布置，练习的讲解等。

8、合理地利用表扬和批评的手段，激励学生奋发进取。

9、继续落实兵教兵互助学习小组活动，实行目标管理以及任务型管理，定期让每个小组制定一定的目标，并根据实际情况，及时更改目标;给每个小组定期布置一定的任务，并进行检测。及时表扬先进的学习小组，激励鞭策落后的小组，营造“比，学，赶，帮，超”的学习氛围。

“多媒体优化组合”构建的课堂教学模式，就是运用这种心理学的感观原理的理论，应用于英语教学的一种实践。

传统的英语教学模式，教师在整个教学过程中，就是灌输抽象、刻板的规则，用“条款化的语言”来描述具有审美载体的、形象生动的语言，不言而喻，这样的教学手段，不适应时代的快节奏，不利于开发学生的智力，不利于培养开拓型人才，不利于学生素质的全面发展。

布鲁纳说过：“学习的刺激是对所学教材的兴趣”，对学生来说“兴趣”将直接影响学习效果。因此，我在课堂上运用以电教为主体的“多媒体优化组合”课堂教学模式，使教学内容的表现形式变得新颖而引人入胜，充分调动学生的学习积极性，使学生对学习产生浓厚的兴趣。

二、开启学生创造性思维能力，培养良好的学生素质

新大纲明确指出：中学英语教学的目的是“通过听、说、读、写训练，使学生获得英语基础知识和交际初步运用英语的能力，激发学生的学习兴趣，养成良好的学艺打情，为进一步学习打好基础，发展学生的思维能力和自学能力”。众所周知，在诸多能力素质中，创造思维能力是促成其他能力形成的核心机制。

传统的英语教学模式培养的是僵化的思维定势，它桎梏着学生的创造力。因此，我在课堂教学上能注重全方位地、多元化地调动学生的视觉、听觉、动觉，多层地启发学生、引导思维、拓宽思维境界、引发发散性思维，使思维的广阔性、深刻性、独立性、敏捷性等方面得到训练，从而发展了学生的创造能力，培养出良好的学生素质，达到教育的最终目标。

三、利用学科的优势，培养学生良好的人格，陶冶学生美的情操

教学过程，实际上是学生在教师指导下的认识过程。学生是认识的主体，知识的掌握和能力的培养只能在主体自己相应的积极自觉活动中才能形成。在教学上我不仅是教师，而且是魔术师，运用直观的现代的教学手段，使语言教学从单调的文字描述中解放出来，在学生面前展现的是文字、语音、形象、色彩这一新奇的美，这种美感会吸引学生注意力，从而激发浓厚的学习兴趣。——“激发学生的学习兴趣”是新大纲中新列入的教学目的。

同时，我也是导演，导演出一幕幕场景;是画家，用斑谰的色彩展开生动的画面;是导游，引导学生在语言的海洋中漫游……这种全方位展示着的英语教师气质的美，就是一个强有力的磁场，吸引着学生，给他们一个愉悦的环境，使他们对课堂产生审美情感，使他们获得美的陶冶，从而使整个教学过程处在美的环境中，产生良性循环，增加学生学习的活力。

四、深入研究教育教学理论，使教学更加符合学生的年龄特征和身心特点。

各个学习阶段的学生都有其特定的年龄特征和身心特点，需要教师真正做到“设身处地”，站在不同的角度缜密地构思每一个教学环节，这样才能更好地交流互动，完成教学任务。高二是学生高中学习生活的转折时期，是承前起后的时期。英语学习成绩的好坏与他们的升学与否紧密相连。所以我不仅备教材，还备这个年龄段的学生，取得了令人满意的效果。

五、建立新型的师生关系，强化教学主体意识。
