20xx年，我毕业了，正式成为社会的一员。不再有在校大学生的身份，我很惬意，因为我期盼已久，准备大展宏图。

20xx年5月25日下午一点半，伴着淅淅沥沥的小雨，一路寻到金仙桥来，迈进律所的大门，闯进了大家的眼帘，短暂打乱了下大家的宁静后，依循进了任老师的办公室。

从此，我便跟随任老师和曾哥协助处理法律事务了。也正式做起了助理工作，跟以前学生时代实习时，名义上的助理大不一样了。有了重任，有了不能推卸的责任感。

书写诉讼文书，准备诉讼材料，查询法律条文、当事人信息和财产线索，回复网上咨询是我的主要工作内容。期间各种类型的案件都有接触办理，包括劳动案件、医疗纠纷、房地产、合伙、借贷、合同、人身损害赔偿、知识产权、金融、公司法务及少量刑事案件，其中主要还是以民商事纠纷办理为主。

任老师主要做金融领域业务，我接触的比较多的就是银行不良资产的处理案件,且所办理的大部分案件都是在执行阶段,使本人增长了不少新的关于案件执行中的实践操作经验。

资产包案件，听上去真的很光鲜，好像很高端的样子，其实就是一堆烂帐烂债等着去讨。而律师这个职业呢，人人都说律师是自由职业者，高收入人群，但是，其实就我看来，律师这个所谓的自由职业者在某种程度上恰恰是最不自由的，至于高收入，姑且不谈每年有多少律师在温饱线上挣扎，就是这些高收入的律师，每个人都是在非常非常努力的工作，甚至于常常是在超出一般人能量范围内的工作。再看资产包案件，为了一个案件，我们通常需要发动各方面的能量，利用一切可利用的资源，包括政府部门的档案，相关单位的人脉，涉案单位的现场考察与取证，涉案人员的找寻，最后的谈判等等，这个时候，觉得律师既是法律专家，还得是公关高手，谈判专家，演员、侦探……正是在这个过程中，我开始第一次严重而认真的意识到律师这个职业的艰辛和幸福，律师们的努力和无奈，因而也多了一些敬佩与犹疑。

谈到资产包，记得第一次看到资产包的材料时，我的确是非常惊讶，甚至震撼的，那么多的贷款，是怎么流出去的?而那些相同法人代表的公司又是怎么取得这些贷款的?怎么可以一个空头公司为另外一个空头公司担保贷款?银行的贷款审核员难道就看不出风险?这些烂帐，最终都是由谁来买单呢?难道真的是“窃钩者诛，窃国者诸侯”?虽然这些问题不是年终总结应该深究的问题，但这又的确是我在过去的一年中无法忍住不去思考的问题。

做资产包的过程，也让我强烈感受到到了工作安排和计划的重要性。在很多时候，我个人是感觉到了整体规划原本可以更强些，这样有些事情可能就不需要反复的去做，比如说时效的问题，在整个操作资产包案件的过程中，应该说这是一个前提性的工作，校对时效文件的工作就反复了很多次，如果能一次性提供完整的资料，我们就可以一次性高效率完成整理和分析工作。过去的一年里，我在任老师和曾哥的帮助下，参与了几乎每个案子的辅助性工作，对诉讼案件有了一些最直接的接触，对诉讼的基本流程有了些了解，不过其实没有真正的开过庭，所以这个是明年要去好好学习和实践的。

关于做诉讼案件，我有几个感想：1、一个是理论与实践的差别，诉讼中至关重要的是证据，而理论侧重的是分析法律关系。2、管辖的问题，诉讼案件的管辖很重要，管辖之所以重要有司法环境的原因还有其他原因，在实践中，很多时候都会在很大程度上影响一个案件的结果，姑且不去探讨它是否合理，这个却是必须去注意的。6件自己满意的事情

1、心态日趋平和客观

在接待当事人时比以前更沉稳，出现在法庭上更冷静更自信，在办案中，亦不会再像初入行时那么毛躁和激动。

2、放下姿态，将心比心

处理事务性的事情时，免不了“碰壁”“吃闭门羹”我时时提醒自己：如果换做是我，我也不想每天都干这些枯燥无味的事情，只要能把事情办好，说说好话，变通变通也是挺好的。我们也是为当事人服务嘛，受人之托，忠人之事!

3、坚持做我自己

在律师这个行业圈子里要面临种种诱惑，很容易迷失自己，让自己左右摇摆。伪造证据，行贿，妨害司法等罪名如悬在头顶上的达克摩斯之剑让我时刻不敢松懈。所以我不仅用网名“红粉摩剑”来时刻提醒自己，还在执业中时时提醒自己，要坚持律师职业道德，做好自己，才能在律师业中长期发展。

4、适时调整，放松自己。

有空的时候我就听听歌，聊聊天，看看自己喜欢的心理学方面的书，周末出去郊游一下，适当的休息是为了更好地投入工作。

5、查漏补缺，入深发展

虽然在校便以400分一次性通过了司法考试，但昨日的辉煌并不是今天倦怠的理由，为了更美好的明天，我得加倍努力。

法海深深，谁主沉浮?还好，初生牛犊不怕虎的我并没有被现实吓倒。路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索!!!

6、加入任国强团队

有幸在本年5月加入了本团队，见识了多种处理不良资产的成功操作方式，也认识了众多各具所长的同事，更能有幸向优秀且谦和温儒的任老师学习。

6件自己不满意的事情

1、进法院过安检，实习律师的身份很尴尬

当初还念大三时，我在律所实习，跟随刘律师到法院旁听，过安检时，他轻快地迈进了大门，而我却要狼狈地等待法警的开包检查。那时，我发誓，明年我一定通过司考。20xx年，我如愿以偿，幸运地通过了司考，以为从此不用过安检了，但是。。。由于现在还是实习律师，处处都会有身份尴尬的事发生，有时候连和网友的聊天都会感到很窘迫。

虽然从通过考试到执业，我需要2年时间，也比别人多实习1年，我不能急躁，我更要好好把握，沉淀出比别人更多的精华，收获更多。不管自己现在是律师助理身份，还是实习律师的身份。做自己应该做的，不做越权的事;同时，看别人执业时，想想自己独立执业时该怎么做。

2、英语较差，因本科毕业后就走上了律师之路，英语就被搁浅了，应继续学习

3、中国的现状离法治国家的目标还相差太远，没有人比律师更期待法治了

4、又“老”了一岁

5、要更多的参与律师活动，法学研究，听取知名法学专家的理论与实践演说，向前辈学习请教，增强自己的内在素养，办案经验，在目前较为混乱的执行环境下做一个有职业道德的律师。

6、加强身体的锻炼，最近感冒了一个礼拜了，害得亲友，同事担心，真是不该!!!

对个人来年的期望

1、学习，学习，再学习。

主要是把法律专业知识和英语学好，以更适合工作和社会发展的需要。 还有顺利拿到心理咨询师三级的证书!

2、明年绕过安检时能够坦然，能够成为一个合格的律师

业务助理年终个人总结2015

目的在于吸取教训，提高自己，以至于把工作做的更好，自己有信心也有决心把明年的工作做的更好。下面我对今年的工作进行简要的总结。1.我是xx年2月份到公司的，xx年4月份，我调到了国内部当销售助理，在没有负责市场部工作以前，我是没有销售经验的，仅凭对销售工作的热情，而缺乏行业销售经验和行业知识。为了迅速融入到这个行业中来，到国内部之后，一切从零开始，一边学习产品知识，一边尽我本职，担任期间，我学到了许多产品知识，从接单到发完货，认真监督检验货物。确保货物数量正确，不受损!但我也有做得不好的地方，比如在与客户的沟通中，我不能很快的回复客户的问题，不过请教了经理跟同事后，后来慢慢的我可以清楚、流利的应对客户所提到的各种问题，准确的把握客户的需要，良好的与客户沟通，因此逐渐取得了客户的信任。在不断的学习产品知识和积累经验的同时，自己的能力都比以前有了一个较大幅度的提高!

自xx年5月份月底到现在，承蒙公司上级领导的厚爱，我调动到了北京办事处担任后勤!这几个月我完成的情况大概如下:

财务方面,我天天都做好日记账,将天天的每一笔进出帐具体做好记录!上交总公司.应收账款,我把好关.督促销售员及时收回账款!财务方面,因为之前没接触过.还是有很多地方不懂.但是我会虚心讨教,把工作做得更出色!

至于仓库的治理,天天认真登记出库情况,铺货登记!库存方面一般都是最低库存订货,但有时因为疏忽,零库存订货.造成断货的现象,这点我会细心.避免再有零库存订货的发生!

帮销售员分担一些销售上的问题,销售员不在的时候,跟客户洽谈.接下订单!(当然.价格方面是咨询过销售员的!)这方面主要表现在电话,还有qq上~!因为之前在国内部担任助理时.与客户的沟通得到了锻炼.现在跟客户交流已经不成问题了!不过前几天因为我粗心.客户要货,我忘记跟销售员说.导致送货不及时.客户不满足!接下来的日子.我会尽量避免此类事情的发生.

认真负责自己的本职工作,协助上司交代完成的工作!

总公司仓库希望能把严点,.自办事处开办以来,那边发货频频出现差错.已经提议多次了.后来稍微了有了好转.但是这几次又出现了以前同样的错误,产品经常发错型号!

客观上的一些因素虽然存在，在工作中其他的一些做法也有很大的问题，主要表现在销售工作最基本的客户访问量太少。北京办事处是今年六月份开始工作的，在开始工作倒现在有记载的客户访问记录有105个，加上没有记录的概括为20个，6个月的时间，总体计算三个销售人员一天拜访的客户量20个。从上面的数字上看我们基本的访问客户工作没有做好。
