业务助理年终工作总结(一)

即将过去的半年是我职业生涯中至关重要的半年，是努力学习和发展的半年。半年来在部门领导的用心导下，行政人事中心围绕着公司的主流业务，从三大方面做好各项服务支持工作。具体如下：

一、人力资源工作

1、招聘及试用员工跟踪考评。今年累计招聘各岗位人员共计x名，其中包括区域经理x名、质管经理、银行会计、美特融资主管、采购员、行政主管、人力资源主管、pcb布板人员各名，生产技工72名。特别是进入十月份后生产任务突然加大，技工需求急剧增加至三十余人，我们想了很多办法，采用了很多手段及时补充32人，保证了生产任务的顺利完成。另外，我们采用多种方式对新进人员进行跟踪，及时辞退了部分不合格人员。在“宁缺勿滥”的思想指导下，既满足了公司对各种人才的需求，又尽可能的降低了公司的成本。

2、考核。今年4月份对52名车间员工，2名服务维修人员进行了岗级考评。通过考核，明显的看出员工的操作技能大大提高，不仅调动了员工的积极性，而且提高了工作质量和工作效率。另外为稳定、留住关键员工，我们制定了检测人员的资格认定方案并组织实施了大口径水表、普通水表、燃气表、热量表的资格认定，对合格人员进行了技术补贴。

3、今年4月份对各部门74岗位进行了普查。因营销模式变化、人员工作变动等，我们对各部门的现有岗位、人员配置及职责情况进行了普查，并完善形成《岗位说明书》，为员工招聘、培训提供了参考依据。

4、对各岗位进行了薪酬调查与分析。我们通过中华英才网、各地工资指导价的查询、发调查问卷、了解相关行业的薪酬、查询不同地区同行业的薪酬并通过gdp换算成当地的薪酬等各种手段对各岗位进行了薪资调查，并形成了《调查报告》。通过了解市场薪资水平，为本公司的薪酬调整提供了参考依据。另外，通过财务统计出来的人工成本占总成本的比例超过15%，远远超过《XX年济南市工资指导价》中制造业人工成本占总成本的比例7.4%，数据表明我公司人工成本太高，在当前工资水平大大低于市场水平的前提下，人浮于事的现象比较严重。由此得出，若想进行薪酬改革，必须先对各部门的现有岗位进行梳理，裁掉不必要的岗位，真正实现减员增效、优化配置。在向公司领导提建议的同时，对各部门的岗位进行了分析，并形成《各部门岗位设置建议》，为领导提供了决策依据。

5、制定薪酬体系改革的各种方案。如技术中心、行政管理类、制造分公司、服务部的方案等。为了避免惯性思维，我充分调动各部门的积极性，与各部门商量讨论出适合各自部门的薪酬体系，并形成定稿。

6、做好员工工资的统计、审批发放、社保申报和缴纳工作，办理好员工的入职、离职、调动、档案管理、落户等各项手续。想员工所想，急员工所急，做好各项服务支持工作，解除员工的后顾之忧，让他们更专心的做好本职工作。

7、培训工作。今年的大型培训共进行了16场，包括思想意识的培训如创新论坛和质量意识、服务意识的培训;专业知识技能的培训如回流焊、热量表、阶梯计费水表、渠道建设等营销思路技能的培训;财务流程财务知识的培训等等。今年培训的最大特点是打破往年单一被动的讲授方式，采用了互动的座谈方式，让每个员工积极参与进来;采用了“取之于民，用之于民”的思想，引用员工身边发生的实际案例等等。如制造分公司质量成本、质量意识的培训;服务部服务意识、服务技巧的培训等等。为了避免培训流于形式，保证培训效果，在对市场部、销售部、服务部进行的系列光盘培训中，我们让参与部门提意见，并在光盘播放完后进行座谈，让每个人都谈自己的收获等等。总之，我们积极动脑对培训及考核的方式、方法进行了有效创新。事实证明，此方式是有效的，因为经过培训效果评估，员工的评价较高。

二、行政管理工作

今年办公室工作的重点是转变思想，在为各部门提供好服务的同时，改变原有的思维和工作的方式、方法，对现有工作进行创新，不再依赖于原来的供应商、服务商，引入模拟招标的方式进行大件办公用品的购买，所有的工作都以成本控制为主线。另在工作中宣贯做工作要先了解目的是什么，不要为了做而做。如办公设备的管理，真正做好物品登记，对设备流转进行了跟踪并及时登记台帐等。

1、办公室费用控制。

在同样的效果下，名片价格由15元/盒降至12元/盒，耿总提出可以不使用该效果的名片，那么价格还可以下调至少2元/盒;通过200元的攻关，今年残联保障金可以免掉，为公司节约2万余元;通过一系列的斗志斗勇工作，为公司节约物业管理费3000余元;通过谈判，仅用了2800元为公司购买了一套办公家具;在九月份超过6000余元电话费的情况下，通过一些办法，使得十月份话费降至4000余元;工会费少缴纳一个季度的费用2040元，在申报资料中减少人员，尽力不订购其要求的杂志等等，在订飞机票时，为公司节约80余元的机场建设费和保险费;在修理打印复印机时，为避免原来的一家垄断，我们通过多方考察，选择了另外一家，在此次维修过程中为公司节约了800余元，打破了原来为了保证正常使用而不敢换其他服务商。前段时间打印机有时会出现问题，我们就是在试验，验证原服务厂家说的是否属实，是否需要全部更换，虽然有时耽搁了大家的使用，但对公司来说是一个成本控制的质的飞跃，对我来说也是，顶着那么大的压力那么大的风险去换，确实需要勇气。

2、办公室的日常工作

(1)完成公司总部各类会议的安排及会务准备工作，会议做到有记录、有纪要，保证各项汇报工作和分配工作有记载、有档案，为公司今后的发展奠定了原始档案基础;完成各类办公文件、会议资料、上报资料、对外宣传资料等的起草、上传、下发及档案资料保存;完成公司各类文件资料的打印、复印、编排、装订工作，特别是配合今年融资工作的开展，完成了大量的企业资质及各种资料的准备工作。

(2)较好的完成总部办公用品的购买、发放、统计工作，做好车辆调度，并做好车辆维护、年审、养路费缴纳。

(3)较好完成电话费、电费、水费等的缴纳工作，协助网站建设以及网络维护。

(4)本着“服务”的思想，积极妥善处理总部各部门日常出现的各类问题。好和物业接口的各项工作，车辆摆放、乘车卡办理、停电处理、电表充电、信件收发等等。做好公司总部办公室、会议室、公共区域的保洁，厕所换纸、地垫更换，总部办公区装修、空调的维护、保养、调试等，为总部提供一个舒适整洁的办公环境，提高员工工作效率。

作为一名尚未走出大学校门、专业并不十分对口，且没有任何工作经验大学生来讲，一切都是陌生而新鲜的。工作中，我一直虚心求教，恪尽职守，努力做好本职工作。在过去的一年里，虽没有轰轰烈烈的战果，但也算经历了一段不平凡的考验和磨砺，对于每一个追求进步的人来说，都免不了会在年终岁未对自己进行一番“盘点”，也算是对自己的一种鞭策。

一、制定并落实相关人事管理制度

初到公司，适逢结构重组，结合自身环境制定了与公司发展及执行相匹配的一系列人事管理制度，并由我负责公司的考勤统计工作。在执行过程中，我能够尽快适应公司的政策安排，尽可能做到实事求是地统计考勤，每月初以统计数据为依据，及时为员工饭卡进行充值，为大家做好后勤保障工作。

二、归档人事档案

我知道，及时更新各兄弟公司及相关往来单位的通讯资料对于公司的业务发展有着至关重要的作用，因此我从未把人事档案详尽、准确的归档整理工作当成一般的人事工作来对待。我能够做到分别以纸板和电子版备份，严格审查全体员工档案，对资料不齐全的一律补齐，并及时将最新的信息复印并分发给x公司各位领导及办事员备查使用。

三、为员工缴纳社保费及住房公积金，管理人才、社保及公积金帐户

由于我本人也是刚刚参加工作，对社会保险、住房公积金以及人事局人才档案管理工作的具体政策和执行程序可以说完全不熟悉。面对每个月的报表和一年里频繁的人事增减变动，我知道只有做到勤问、勤学、勤动脑、勤动手才能胜任这项工作。社会保险、住房公积金和人事档案工作完成的好坏直接关系到每一位员工切身利益的得失，关系到企业信誉的优劣以及企业与员工之间关系的和谐与否。公司领导将这样举足轻重的工作交给我，是对我工作能力的信任和考验。为了不辜负这份信任，我大胆工作，不懂就问，得到了多位负责人事管理工作和财务管理工作前辈们的指导和帮助。此外，我自己也常常浏览政府服务部门的官方网站或通过现场请教政府办事员的方式学习提高，得以进一步开展工作。

如今，我已经能独立并熟练地完成社会保险、住房公积金和人才这三部分人事任务的常规性工作。这是与每位同事地积极配合和热心帮助分不开的。

业务助理年终工作总结(三)

做了一年的业务助理，也从中学到了不少，也了解了很多，在不断的累积经验中，也从中悟出了一些做事的心得。

一、万事开头难

每种行业对业务助理的要求和工作性质是一样的。所以当接触到新工作的时侯，一切都要重新来过。从熟悉环境到熟悉产品，工作程序都需要有个过程，不过这个过程不会给你太多的时间，这都要靠自己本身的努力了。

二、沟通很重要

这几天的工作让我觉跟领导，同事，各个部门之间的沟通是必不可少的。沟通好了，会让大家的工作很顺利的进行，减少摩擦的发生。

三、做事的条理性

助理工作其实需要做很多繁锁的事，而且会遇到突发的事情，这就需要对所做的每件事作出合理安排。轻重缓急要分清，不能将重要的事情遗忘和耽误。我现在已经养成了一种习惯，每天睡觉前都要将今天或明天所要做的事都在脑子里过滤一遍。

四、时间观念要强

当领导和同事需要在规定的时间让你把事情做完的时候，一定要遵守这个时间概念，提前做好是最好的，如不能按时做好，一定要跟别人沟通。

五、超前意识

就是要把有些事想到前面去做好，就比如当你决定明天要喝茶时，今天就提前把茶叶买好，这样做不会手忙脚乱。

六、与客户打交道

做销售助理有时是需要跟客户打交道的，这时候不能因为你的服务，使客户对公司的产品和形象不满意，让销售员的前期工作白做了，所以，对于处理与客户之间的关系是非常重要的。

七、尽量把事情做得详细一些，对后续的工作也能起到一定的帮助

助理的工作其实不是一成不变的，有时能遇到一些突发的事情，这就需要有应对能力和经验了，另外还要加强对产品全方面的了解，做到能更好的掌握产品知识。在自身方面要广泛吸取工作经验，主动并积极与客户沟通。竖立自身的自信心，保持良好，积极的心态，努力提高业助素质。克服自身的缺陷，使工作可以更有成效的完成!
