我所实习的岗位是外贸助理，然而对于一个毫无经验的人来说，是根本没有业务经验。林经理很和蔼，也很耐心，亲自教导我这几个月的实习，他也坦言说很是需要我们这种国际贸易专业的学生。由于对于一个外贸业务员来说，如何接业务对于她们来说是很重要的，因此外贸函电很重要。实习第一周，老板让我先了解他们的产品种类和性能，一些主要的销售地。之后，通过阿里巴巴商务平台，给一定的客户写建交函，推销公司产品。通常大多数还是接发邮件，接电话啊，发传真啊什么的，都是一些办公最基本的。虽说简单，但刚开始我很不熟练，也不适应。总之，将近一个月了，觉得也挺充实的，并且知道了自己很多的不足之处。下一阶段，我应更加努力，学习更多新的东西。

大学生社会实践是引导我们学生走出校门，走向社会，接触社会，了解社会，投身社会的良好形式;是促使大学生投身改革开放，培养锻炼才干的好渠道;是提升思想，修身养性，树立服务社会的思想的有效途径。通过参加社会实践活动，有助于我们在校大学生更新观念，吸收新的思想与知识。春节过后，我们暂别了象牙塔中舒适的生活，带着青年人特有的蓬勃朝气，走入社会，了解社会，深入社会。

考试结束我便来到漳州市闽冠工贸有限公司，开始了我的实习生涯。

作为一名大三学生，就快要步入社会的我带着学习和好奇的心情去迎接第一天的实习，在这之前我一点办公室工作的实际经验也没有。虽说只是实习，但生活的方式却已完全不同于学校里，转变成了正式的上班族：早上 8 ： 30上班一直到下午 5： 30下班，这一天的生活便度过于这小小的办公室之中。刚开始，我的主要实习的内容是打负责公司销售合同及其他营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作、接受日常邮件并上报林经理、协助销售人员做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作;在销售人员缺席时，及时转告客户信息，妥善处理重要客户接待等工作，中间还要完成营销部部长临时交办的其他任务。虽然累点、压力大点，但很充实，很有成就感和满足感。

一个月后，我的工作就有接触外贸业务了，工作的地点就不再是办公室，而是药经常下厂学习，了解产品。面对的也不再是公司的同事，而是陌生而复杂的产品。鉴于我还是在学习当中，老板在这一个月当中还没真正让我单独做业务，我应该说还是继续在学习中。从对同事的陌生感，到现在，我已经和公司同事打成一片，相处融洽，尽管我们公司很多的都是些30来几的哥哥姐姐们，她们也很照顾我。这一个月，我是在进一步的学习，增长知识当中。每天，我都会提早十分钟到公司，首先就是倒垃圾，清洁下办公室。然后就坐到自己的小办公桌上开始新一天的工作：打开msn收看信息，开雅虎邮箱查收邮件，使用公司的打印机和传真机，以及电话的接听和总机分机的处理，于我是刚刚来实习，也没有客户资料，林经理就给了我一叠公司现有的但未开发和联系过的客户资料，让我对着上面的电话去打，电话没打通的，如果有邮箱地址的就给发邮件。偶尔老板也会特意指定个客户商，让我主动跟他们写和接收函电等。

每天的工作完成以后还要写一份工作日报表，交代你一整天的工作。有时还要开部门会议，汇报各人的工作进展情况，并且会议的最后有个决议事项，可以把自己在工作中遇到的问题提出来和上司、同事相互讨论，共同解决。虽然我还没有正式可以参加这种讨论，但我却是每天做在一旁聆听，我觉得这是个很好的很有创想的安排，一来可以把工作中遇到的问题，大家众志成城，共同进退解决问题，提高工作效率。二来也可以增进同事之间的交流和感情，这些都有利于公司日后的工作开展。

“在大学里学的不是知识，而是一种叫做自学的能力”。这次实践后才能深刻体会这句话的含义。除了计算机操作外，课本上学的理论知识用到的很少很少。刚开始去的时候，还真有点不习惯。很多东西都不懂，幸好有其他工作人员的耐心帮助，让我在实际操作中掌握了很多东西，遇到不懂的地方，自己先想方设法解决，实在不行可以虚心请教他人。最重要的就是使我在待人接物、如何处理好人际关系这方面有了很大的进步。这次实践还使我深深体会到在销售工作中我们必须吃苦耐劳，胆大心细，不怕被拒绝，不断学习不断积累，对待公司要有高度的责任心和集体荣誉感，对待客户要讲诚信，服务到位，有始有终。这样才能得到物质和精神的双丰收。

2。2实习过程中发现的问题及建议

由于对产品的了解甚少，日常生活中接触的也较少，即使是资格比我深的外贸业务员也只了解产品的一些皮毛。只有去厂里才能了解到产品，而作为一个外贸助理不了解产品是个很大的问题。

很快，这问题就出现在日常工作中了。很多时候客户打电话过来询问产品信息，我只能模糊地说我知道的，其他我不知道的我就叫客户打电话去厂里询问更详细的。刚开始还觉得没什么，但就而久之，问题就越来越大了，有些急需产品的客户觉得麻烦就干脆先去问别的厂商了;还有些大客户由于他们需求的量大，所以采购时也格外谨慎，而我们的这种表现让他们觉得不够专业，没安全感，信任度不高。针对这个问题我思考了良久，最后，我发现，要更多熟悉产品就要跟林经理一起跑国内的客户，这样，我不仅可以学东西还可以帮林经理的忙，同时为公司贡献我的一小份力量，即使让自己累点我也觉得值。而且，这样的安排反而能让我学到更多的东西。做贸易的，不管是国内的还是国际的，其最大区别就是国家间的地域差别，国内的业务了解了，国际的贸易业就游刃有余了。

首先，我要制定拜访路线计划—拜访潜在或原有客户—介绍产品—与客户交流并解答客户的问题—确立客户是否有意向（有意向则继续跟踪并报价、无意见也要做好记录备案，隔一段时间再拜访）—与有意向客户进行谈判促使合同签订—收款—将签完的合同连同款项带回公司交与财务部同事—进行小结，再次对一天下来有无意向客户、签单客户进行汇总分类。除上述职责外，还要努力完成月、季销售的任务指标;收集与寻找客户资料，建立客户档案;接待来访客户，综合协调日常销售事物;保持良好的心态和规范的行为，提升企业及产品的美誉度和客户满意度;在工作中提高分析、判断能力，开拓创新能力，业务实施能力，社会活动能力，语言表达能力，刻苦耐搓能力。

下班后，我都会在宿舍回想我这一天的工作，归纳起来，然后运用到国际间的贸易上去。

果然，还不到一个月我对产品就了解的很多了，包括产品的外形、性能、以及不同的款式与规格。而且，我还会从专业的角度给客户合理的建议。比如，有个厦门的客户是专门销售别墅大门的，从他们的角度来讲，这是很专一地经营。我就向他们推荐了我们的时尚精美门窗，当然，刚开始客户不是很接受，后来我跟他们说有些客户就是想货比三家后就在同一个卖家买到他想要的一系列产品。如果他们销售的全面的话，客户将会更满意。结果这个客户拍案叫绝，同意多购买我们的更多产品。

3。实习的收获与体会

将近五个月的实习，喜忧参半，有欢喜也有忧愁，却让我的实习生活充实而精彩！ 从事国际商务活动，尤其是国际间货物的买卖，其工作的最大特点就是要求商务人员在掌握基本知识的同时，必须具有很强的实际工作能力。现在我国已加入世界贸易组织，对从业人员的知识结构、实践能力和基本素质提出更高的要求。

刚接触工作时，真的是万事开头难，毫无头绪。从事国际商务活动，尤其是国际间货物的买卖，其工作的最大特点就是要求商务人员在掌握基本知识的同时，必须具有很强的实际工作能力。现在我国已加入世界贸易组织，对从业人员的知识结构、实践能力和基本素质提出更高的要求。由于自身专业知识和阅历的不足，刚开始的业务确实很难开展的起来，实习的这段时间是我摸爬滚打的阶段。在这个实习的过程中，专业知识的应用都是比较次要的，更重要的是让我知道了生存之道。我们学习专业知识目的就是为了能更容易地在社会上生存，有个一技之长。但这个只是一种本领，还不是一种能力，生存的能力需要具备一定的素质。经过这些日子的实习，我感悟良多。

作为一个刚踏入社会的新人，我们要有吃苦的决心，平和的心态和不耻下问的精神。作为一个新人，平和的心态很重要，做事不要太过急功近利，表现得好别人都看得到，当然表现得不好别人眼里也不会融进沙子。在工作中要多看，多观察，多听，少讲，不要说与工作无关的内容，多学习别人的艺术语言，和办事方法。除努力工作具有责任心外，要善于经常做工作总结。每天坚持写工作日记，每周做一次工作总结，这些都是自己新的学习课程，这主要是记录，计划，和总结错误。通过我们自己的不断学习，我们的知识都在更新，我们的错误都在改正，工作中坚决不犯同样的错误，对于工作要未雨绸缪，努力做到更好。实习也是对自己的能力考验或是一次展示自己工作能力的机会，在工作中让自己学习更多的知识，不断充实自己。我觉得这次实习收获是丰富的。实习中的整个外贸流程就是我们专业知识的凝聚和承载。因此，认真地履行实习要求，努力完成实习，不仅有利于我们巩固本学期所学到的国际贸易实务和国际结算的专业知识，更利于我们预先观察日后工作中的主要内容、方法以及各种困难，利于我们察觉到自身存在的不足和缺陷，以便我们更好地进行学习和工作，利于我们更快地把所思所学转化为实践动手的能力，把专业知识和技能转变成工作能力和实际经验。

通过这次实习，我掌握了很多日后工作所需的基本技能，检验了平时所学习的基础知识，衡量了个人的能力和水平，发觉了自身存在的不足和缺点。这于我来说无疑是受益匪浅的。我相信，这次实习让我获得的经验、心得会促进我在以后的学习、工作中寻找到合理的方法和正确的方向。我不仅从个人能力，业务知识上有所提高，也了解到了团队精神、协作精神的重要性。相信，有了这一次国际贸易实习的经历，无论是今后的学习，还是工作，甚至是生活，我都会更加清楚，自己要什么、该做什么、该如何做，怎样才能做好;相信，此次国际贸易实习将是我今后人生的一个良好开端。

对我来说收获最大的是，我挖到了我人生的第一笔金，我为我今后的外贸之旅总结出了十个做外贸的好习惯：

一、收到每一个询盘都要有所记录，客户的名字，电话，公司名及其它相关的信息都最好记在工作本上。

二、为每一个客户都建一个文档，联系过的信息及传输过的文件都要保存下来。可以在每个客户文档都新建两个子文件夹分别命名，接收到的邮件，发出去的邮件;收到的邮件要定期导出。

三、寄出去的样品要及时的进行跟踪，不防有计划的联系一下客户，随时收集客户的反馈信息，不要寄出去的样品打“水漂”。

四、接到询盘，不要急的回，要先分析一下询盘，首先了解一下对方的公司，及一些相关的信息，并且查询一下对方国家所在的时区。

五、在贸易通上找到的客户，最好能和对方要得对方的msn或阿里旺旺等其它常用的聊天工具，因为买家一般的时候不会上贸易通的，这样可以为以后打好基础。

六、多到论坛去看看，看看别人都遇到了什么问题，不知道的要记下来，以防以后自己遇到了，又不知所措了。

七、不防结交一些同行的朋友，必要的时候他们说不定可以帮的上你的忙; 八、货代没有什么不好，试着交几个做货代的朋友，到时我们走货还是哪个便宜走哪个。

九、业余时间要多多的学习一下英语，因为英语可是做外贸的工具，要做一个很成功的业务员，英语一定要好的！

十、必要时晚上加加班，多找一个客户，是潜在客户的，多和他们沟通。

一、教育教学的研究

学校教研工作是同学校教学工作紧密结合，为教学工作服务，使二者相互促进、相得益彰。我从以下方面展开教学的。

1、我先整体认识、客观把握搞好教研工作，是提高教学质量的前提，我首先对语文课程《标准》和所教年级的教材必有一个整体认识。因为，认识不明确，教学方向就把握不准，教学任务、教学目标就难以实现和落实。只能是盲目的干，被动的教。只有认识上去了，整体把握住了，才能在具体教学工作中明确方向，做到纲举目张。“思想走在行动之前，就象闪电走在雷鸣之前一样”(马克思)。因此，我对所教学科整体的认识，是决定着在教学工作开始之前开展全面钻研、仔细分析。经过“由薄变厚”到“由厚变薄”这样一个教研过程，总结出最本质、最核心的整体认识来指导具体教学工作。

2、我先确定课题，重点突破教学工作中的重难点，理所当然的应该成为教学研究的重点课题，要给予钻研和攻破。比如：作文教学是语文教学的重要组成部分，也是语文教学中的难点之所在。我在教语文课时，始终将作文教学确定为教研课题，并对其进行了全方位的研讨。最后将作文写作过程确定为“想---说---写---改”这样一个链状结构序列，采用“先想后说，先想后作，以想带写”的作文训练形式培养学生作文能力，收到了较好的效果，使作文教学这一难题，得以重点突破。

3、我先联系实际、解决问题实际教学中，我经常遇到一些教学难点和具体问题，我就进行破题。破题是开展教学研究、抓具体问题解决的一个最有效的方法。如，我通过媒体先给学生观看图文并茂的PPT课件，通过色彩鲜明的图画和具体文字的对照，表达对某一客观事物的反映和认识。这样在具体的语言环境去理解学习内容，形成教学成果。

4、我先学习借鉴、再取精华;我博采众家，吸收借鉴，创造出属于自己的适应现代化教育和符合初中生心理发展规律的教学方法来提高教育教学能力和水平。如《教师“身教”在语文教学中的作用》曾获云南省中语会年会论文评选三等奖。

二、教学反思

(一)思想方面。本人拥护中国共产党的领导，时刻严格要求自己。积极参加学校组织的每一次的政治学习，热爱学生，关心学生，为人师表，做好学生的表率。不歧视学生，不体罚学生，培养学生健康的人格。教育时，晓之以理，动之以情。在教学过程中，我越来越深地体会到教书育人的神圣与崇高，力争最大限度地发挥我的能力，无愧于我的学生们。俗话说：“活到老，学到老”，本人一直在各方面严格要求，努力地提高自己，以便使自己更好地适应教育教学的改革浪潮。通过阅读一些道德修养书籍，勇于解剖自己，分析自己，正视自己，提高自身素质。

(二)教学方面。我在教育教学工作中遇到了不少困难。就此我虚心向有经验的教师以及学校的同行讨教经验。平时积极参加学校组织的教研活动，认真记录好听课笔记。在教学中，认真钻研新《课标》、把握教学的重点难点，积极开拓教学思路，试着把一些先进的教学理论、科学的教学方法及先进现代教学手段运用于课堂教学中，努力培养学生的合作交流、自主探究、勇于创新的能力。另外，本人在搞好教学工作的同时，还很注重阅读有关教育教学的书籍，并进行部分载录和写些心得体会。在平时的工作中，我能认真钻研教材，积极参加学校组织的集体备课、并与同学科老师共同研究，体现以人为本的教学思想，教育学生先成人，后成才，了解学生的情况，认真书写教案，理清教学目标，突出教学重点，考虑学生的接受能力，妥善选择好教学方法，因材施教。并结合多媒体教学手段给学生以直观、形象而又生动的印象。有选择地布置作业，坚持每节课都采用问答的方式进行检查，并及时鼓励，力争将手头的资料用好，以此来巩固课堂所学的知识。每次月考后，对学生的考试情况做好分析，并制定今后的努力措施，力争每次都有一些进步。我还参与了尝试教学这一课题的研究，主要研究如何培养学生学习语文的兴趣。在日常工作中，我能与同事很好地相处，有问题虚心求教，多听同年级同学科老师的课，互相探讨，共同提高。在学生面前，我能为人师表，建立民主、平等的师生关系。在这样的教学中，在自己的努力下，我也颇有心得，对于如何上好语文课有了进一步的理解。

(三)加强自身培养。要想给学生一杯水，首先我得有一桶水。因此，我就得不断地学习、充电。我在教学之余，除了认真参加学校的业务学习外，还挤出时间自我学习，力争达到现在的教育教学要求。积极学习各种教育理论，以充实自己，以便在工作中以坚实的理论作为指导，更好地进行教育教学。努力学习语文，以适应当前教育的形式，给自己充电。达到课堂上不仅有漂亮个性的板书、精彩的导学案、精心制作的精美课件，还充分利用现代科技资源，不同程度地体现出了新课程理念——高效课堂”，尽力调动学生的主动性、积极性。创设情境，让学生多动、多思，展开联想，开展合作学习、探究学习，形成高效课堂。教师教学行为的显著变化，由“灌输”转变为“探究”，让学生学得主动，学得有效果。

三、教研讨论 我的教育感言：结合本人的教学研究以及反思看来，先研究→后教学→再反思，对教师来说传道授业也应该是天经地义的。再说每一个教师都有自己的教育生涯，因为“教师的研究常常基于自身的经历”，这种经历来自于自己的日常教育生涯，“真正可贵之处在于其独特的话语写真”，而要获得这种可贵的“话语写真”必须以教师日常经历的课例为载体，通过实践反思，同伴相互，专业引领，不断实现行动跟进，可以说我做到了。然而，在平时的工作中，我能遵守学校的各项规章制度，按照学校的要求，按时上班，到点下班，没有特殊事情坚决不离开自己的教学岗位，并且有事能履行好请假手续。我教学过程中用爱心对待学生，尊重、理解、信任学生。再说尊重、理解、信任学生是教师的天职。我的努力方向： 我爱一行、干一行。

1、我继续加强自身基本功的训练，课堂上做到精讲精练，注重对学生能力的培养。

2、我要对差生多些关心，多点爱心，再多一些耐心，使他们在各方面有更大进步。
