财务方面，我天天都做好日记账，将天天的每一笔进出帐具体做好记录!上交总公司，应收账款，我把好关，督促销售员及时收回账款!财务方面，因为之前没接触过，还是有很多地方不懂。但是我会虚心讨教，把工作做得更出色!

至于仓库的治理，天天认真登记出库情况，铺货登记!库存方面一般都是最低库存订货，但有时因为疏忽，零库存订货，造成断货的现象，这点我会细心避免再有零库存订货的发生!

帮销售员分担一些销售上的问题，销售员不在的时候，跟客户洽谈，接下订单!(当然，价格方面是咨询过销售员的!)这方面主要表现在电话，还有qq上!因为之前在国内部担任助理时，与客户的沟通得到了锻炼。现在跟客户交流已经不成问题了!不过前几天因为我粗心，客户要货，我忘记跟销售员说。导致送货不及时，客户不满足!接下来的日子。我会尽量避免此类事情的发生。

一、xx年主要工作业绩及存在的不足

(一)做好人事基础工作

我首先接触的工作就是人员招聘，因为新乡招聘市场比较局限，所以我们把重点放在网络招聘上，定时在网上更新我们发布的招聘信息，并根据新乡人才市场的招聘时间，去人才市场参加现场招聘。

加上郑州分公司对我们进行的各种培训，大大提升了员工的知识面和业务水平。

(二)完善人事档案管理

我会按月把员工的资料整理清楚，并分析各部门员工的情况，根据公司岗位编制，按月统计出本月全公司员工数，员工的新进人数，辞职人数，需要招聘人的人员，需要签定合同的人数，每个部门的总人数，上报需转正人员，上报失职问责等。

并且按照集团要求每月上报本项目的花名册，及时更新人员情况。

由于刚接手人事的时候，交接工作没有做好，导致花名册人员对照不上，令郑州分公司人事专员花了好长时间才把人数对上。

从那以后，让我明白了，做人事工作，不得有丝毫的马虎，因为一点点的疏忽对员工造成的损失是无法弥补的。

(三)保障员工福利机制

我于11月份开始接手配合地产行政人事完成新乡公司社保开户及员工参保工作。

由于之前从未接触过社会保险，一开始工作起来相当迷茫，有想过要放弃社保这个工作，但是我清楚必须要做好这项工作，所以经常往返于社保局和办公室之间。

从对社会保险一无所知到略知一二，再到必须掌握基本的知识和流程，通过我的不懈努力，终于开通新乡社保账户，并陆续办理员工参保。

(四)规范行政工作流程

在从事人事助理的同时，还兼做一些办公行政工作。

在过去的四个月中，各项工作虽然取得了一些成绩，但也存在着许多不足：
