学校教研工作是同学校教学工作紧密结合，为教学工作服务，使二者相互促进、相得益彰。我从以下方面展开教学的。

1、我先整体认识、客观把握搞好教研工作，是提高教学质量的前提，我首先对语文课程《标准》和所教年级的教材必有一个整体认识。因为，认识不明确，教学方向就把握不准，教学任务、教学目标就难以实现和落实。只能是盲目的干，被动的教。只有认识上去了，整体把握住了，才能在具体教学工作中明确方向，做到纲举目张。“思想走在行动之前，就象闪电走在雷鸣之前一样”(马克思)。因此，我对所教学科整体的认识，是决定着在教学工作开始之前开展全面钻研、仔细分析。经过“由薄变厚”到“由厚变薄”这样一个教研过程，总结出最本质、最核心的整体认识来指导具体教学工作。

2、我先确定课题，重点突破教学工作中的重难点，理所当然的应该成为教学研究的重点课题，要给予钻研和攻破。比如：作文教学是语文教学的重要组成部分，也是语文教学中的难点之所在。我在教语文课时，始终将作文教学确定为教研课题，并对其进行了全方位的研讨。最后将作文写作过程确定为“想---说---写---改”这样一个链状结构序列，采用“先想后说，先想后作，以想带写”的作文训练形式培养学生作文能力，收到了较好的效果，使作文教学这一难题，得以重点突破。

3、我先联系实际、解决问题实际教学中，我经常遇到一些教学难点和具体问题，我就进行破题。破题是开展教学研究、抓具体问题解决的一个最有效的方法。如，我通过媒体先给学生观看图文并茂的PPT课件，通过色彩鲜明的图画和具体文字的对照，表达对某一客观事物的反映和认识。这样在具体的语言环境去理解学习内容，形成教学成果。

4、我先学习借鉴、再取精华;我博采众家，吸收借鉴，创造出属于自己的适应现代化教育和符合初中生心理发展规律的教学方法来提高教育教学能力和水平。如《教师“身教”在语文教学中的作用》曾获云南省中语会年会论文评选三等奖。

二、教学反思

(一)思想方面。本人拥护中国共产党的领导，时刻严格要求自己。积极参加学校组织的每一次的政治学习，热爱学生，关心学生，为人师表，做好学生的表率。不歧视学生，不体罚学生，培养学生健康的人格。教育时，晓之以理，动之以情。在教学过程中，我越来越深地体会到教书育人的神圣与崇高，力争最大限度地发挥我的能力，无愧于我的学生们。俗话说：“活到老，学到老”，本人一直在各方面严格要求，努力地提高自己，以便使自己更好地适应教育教学的改革浪潮。通过阅读一些道德修养书籍，勇于解剖自己，分析自己，正视自己，提高自身素质。

(二)教学方面。我在教育教学工作中遇到了不少困难。就此我虚心向有经验的教师以及学校的同行讨教经验。平时积极参加学校组织的教研活动，认真记录好听课笔记。在教学中，认真钻研新《课标》、把握教学的重点难点，积极开拓教学思路，试着把一些先进的教学理论、科学的教学方法及先进现代教学手段运用于课堂教学中，努力培养学生的合作交流、自主探究、勇于创新的能力。另外，本人在搞好教学工作的同时，还很注重阅读有关教育教学的书籍，并进行部分载录和写些心得体会。在平时的工作中，我能认真钻研教材，积极参加学校组织的集体备课、并与同学科老师共同研究，体现以人为本的教学思想，教育学生先成人，后成才，了解学生的情况，认真书写教案，理清教学目标，突出教学重点，考虑学生的接受能力，妥善选择好教学方法，因材施教。并结合多媒体教学手段给学生以直观、形象而又生动的印象。有选择地布置作业，坚持每节课都采用问答的方式进行检查，并及时鼓励，力争将手头的资料用好，以此来巩固课堂所学的知识。每次月考后，对学生的考试情况做好分析，并制定今后的努力措施，力争每次都有一些进步。我还参与了尝试教学这一课题的研究，主要研究如何培养学生学习语文的兴趣。在日常工作中，我能与同事很好地相处，有问题虚心求教，多听同年级同学科老师的课，互相探讨，共同提高。在学生面前，我能为人师表，建立民主、平等的师生关系。在这样的教学中，在自己的努力下，我也颇有心得，对于如何上好语文课有了进一步的理解。

(三)加强自身培养。要想给学生一杯水，首先我得有一桶水。因此，我就得不断地学习、充电。我在教学之余，除了认真参加学校的业务学习外，还挤出时间自我学习，力争达到现在的教育教学要求。积极学习各种教育理论，以充实自己，以便在工作中以坚实的理论作为指导，更好地进行教育教学。努力学习语文，以适应当前教育的形式，给自己充电。达到课堂上不仅有漂亮个性的板书、精彩的导学案、精心制作的精美课件，还充分利用现代科技资源，不同程度地体现出了新课程理念——高效课堂”，尽力调动学生的主动性、积极性。创设情境，让学生多动、多思，展开联想，开展合作学习、探究学习，形成高效课堂。教师教学行为的显著变化，由“灌输”转变为“探究”，让学生学得主动，学得有效果。

三、教研讨论 我的教育感言：结合本人的教学研究以及反思看来，先研究→后教学→再反思，对教师来说传道授业也应该是天经地义的。再说每一个教师都有自己的教育生涯，因为“教师的研究常常基于自身的经历”，这种经历来自于自己的日常教育生涯，“真正可贵之处在于其独特的话语写真”，而要获得这种可贵的“话语写真”必须以教师日常经历的课例为载体，通过实践反思，同伴相互，专业引领，不断实现行动跟进，可以说我做到了。然而，在平时的工作中，我能遵守学校的各项规章制度，按照学校的要求，按时上班，到点下班，没有特殊事情坚决不离开自己的教学岗位，并且有事能履行好请假手续。我教学过程中用爱心对待学生，尊重、理解、信任学生。再说尊重、理解、信任学生是教师的天职。我的努力方向： 我爱一行、干一行。

1、我继续加强自身基本功的训练，课堂上做到精讲精练，注重对学生能力的培养。

2、我要对差生多些关心，多点爱心，再多一些耐心，使他们在各方面有更大进步。

3、我严格遵守学校的各项规章制度，不迟到、不早退、有事主动请假。

4、我会发扬优点，客服缺点，为人师表。总之，在教育教学工作中，要尊敬领导、团结同事，能正确处理好与领导同事之间的关系。平时，勤俭节约、任劳任怨、对人真诚、热爱学生、人际关系和谐融洽，处处以一名人民教师的要求来规范自己的言行，毫不松懈地培养自己的综合素质和能力，努力提高自己的教学业务水平，自我完善。

First, the moral aspects: I very much respect the teacher in the school, no matter which teacher to see, I can take the initiative to say hello to the teacher. I can unite my classmates in class and take the initiative to help my classmates. Love labor, and actively participate in labor duty. Do not hit people, do not say foul language, do not damage the schools public property, care for public health.

Second, the learning discipline: class, I listen carefully, do not speak small, do not do little tricks, the teacher said every word in mind, every question the teacher, I seriously think, and then Raise your hand to answer the teacher s questions. I can seriously complete the homework, daily homework I have to do it seriously, find errors in time to correct.Therefore, I have made great progress in all subjects.

Third, health: in school, see the garbage I can take the initiative to pick it up, thrown into the trash. Every day after class, I have to clean up the desk clean, the table below the chair and pick up the garbage clean. Noon to eat, I can do before meals, wash the table after dinner clean before going out to rest.

Fourth, the speech: in the classroom, I concentrate on listening, when the teacher asked questions, I always can actively use their brains, and then raise their hands and seriously answer the teachers question. Because I think a positive answer to the teachers question is a study of the performance of hard work.
