1， 协助业务员翻译图纸和报价。

2，画册，技术手册，以及上级交代的一些工艺文件类的翻译。

五、费用管理

1， 协助业务员向财务部门查询、确认货款或信用证到位情况，尽量缩短查询时间，确保货款或信用证能及时到位。

2，对FOB费、请车送货费、快递费等进行管理和控制，使其在合理范围内。对异常费用需向上级反馈。

六：接待工作

1，协助上级做好对到访客户礼貌周到的接待、洽谈工作，提供各种及时有效的现场帮助。

2，其它相关公司到访访客的接待。
