坚持了各项制度的落实，如学习制度，会议制度，劳动纪律，办公秩序等，坚持了月有工作研究会，常有碰头会的作法;三是为了提高工作人员各项素质、工作能力，不定期组织学习，并有意安排写一些不同方面的文字材料和布置一些具体事务性工作，强调提高办事效率和完成时限;四是狠抓了劳动纪律，坚持考评、讲评，对迟到早退者除批评教育外，在扣分罚钱上，谁被扣了分谁就把钱全部拿出来。从而更进一步加强了劳动纪律性。办公室全年草拟各种文件、总结、报告，工作布置，领导讲话稿、整理各种资料、材料共二百余篇(份)，及时组织完成了党委、公司领导所需的一切文字材料。

今年还着重抓了车辆管理和行车安全，办公室管理着公司机关的办公车辆，为了保障公司领导、机关办公按时出车并保证安全，使车辆始终保持良好状态，除严格派车制度外，我们继续坚持了由办公室正、副主任、班长和安全员参加的，不定时、不事先通知检查车况和车容车貌，并进行逐项登记和评比，节假日，星期天进行停车位置的检查，大大提高了司机人员维护车辆、爱护车辆、保证安全的自觉性、主动性和责任感，从而保证了全年行车安全。细想起来，今年的工作量比以前任何年度都多、都忙，除以上职责外，一是参加了邙山干渠改造项目部;二是预防“非典”;三是优化经济环境;四是“三创一树”活动，五是公司_年庆典等等、等等，都要办公室作来作、来组织，不是叫苦，真有点疲劳。

虽然作了一些应该作的工作，这与公司的正确领导和各分公司、机关各处室同志们的大力支持是密不可分的，也是办公室全体同仁共同努力的结果，但细查起来，问题也还不少。

1、调查研究还不够深入，有些情况没有及时地掌握，以致为领导参谋还不到位。

2、有关处室相继组织开展的活动太多，致使基层单位承爱不了，意见太大，应加强全公司性活动的计划性。

3、为基层服务的深度还不够，需进一步加强办公室内部建设，强调服务意识和服务态度，不断提高办事效率和工作能力，为公司建设、发展做出新的贡献。

我是十一月份来到公司工作，担任公司销售助理，由于现在我们公司新产品投入市场的时间还短，我在这个岗位还算空闲，最多的时间就是学习新产品的知识，让自己更容易受本职工作，在同事的指导，还有部门开会过程中，看到了许多同事的优秀表现，也从他们那边学到了一些专业知识，从而在这个领域中也能有自己的见解。

虽说进保集公司已于6个年头，但是做人事后勤工作还是第一次，首先谢谢公司领导给我这个机会。在这1年多的时间里，工作期间缺乏太多知识经验，是公司领导以及所有同事给予我的帮助和支持。

在人事助理岗位担任的工作职责有：员工考勤管理、员工招聘、录用、离职、档案管理、工作联系单的发放、会议纪要、仓库管理、费用结算等管理工作。除此之外，还协助上级领导安排的其他工作。当然我本身经验不足，对人事工作的了解也不深入，所以，有什么不合理的地方，还请多多包涵。在以后的工作中能主动与上级领导进行有效的沟通。具体工作内容如下：

一、员工的考勤管理：公司的考勤管理，现在的基本情况如下：

1、由各部门主管、领班(队长)直接对一线人员的请假、调班、加班等工作进行管理。

2、人事部在平时的工作中对一线人员的工作情况和考勤状况进行监督并接受反馈。

3、到每个月月底由各部门的主管上报本部门人员的考勤，然后我使用考勤系统进行统计、核对上报俱乐部人事部。

二、员工招聘、录用、离职、考核、转正、档案管理工作

1、员工的招聘、录用：目前公司招聘方式主要是通过人才市场、网上招聘、同乡介绍等方式来解决人员缺乏等问题。在招聘的时候对学历、语言交流能力、外形条件等进行严格把关后，再由部门主管认同后确定是否录用、上岗。

2、员工离职：由于公司行业的特殊性，员工的流失量较大。大多数均为年龄较小的外地打工者，当着一个过渡时期，其次的原因主要表现为：录用人员在试用期不符合公司用人要求、员工违反劳动纪律、上班地点离家远，住宿问题得不到解决、员工晋升机会小等造成部分人员流失。为此，公司针对离职原因与欲离职人员进行约谈方式进行了解。

3、试用期员工的考核、转正及老员工的晋升：我公司目前对试用期人员的考核、转正及老员工的晋升主要是由部门主管对新进人员试用期间的工作表现做出判断，将准予转正、晋升的意见反馈给人事部，由人事部发出转正、晋升通告，最后由经理确定是否转正或晋升。

4、人员档案管理：新进人员将以简历表、身份证复印件等资料建立个人档案，再以电子档方式进行录入，以便于查询。离职人员档案在离职后调出做离职记录。

5、工作联系单的发放、会议纪要的整理：针对业主验房、公共部位的整改、人员晋升、购买新的大件设备等事件均以工作联系单的形式，经上级领导签字确认后发放于房产公司。并对公司员工大会等会议进行记录，以电子档方式存档。

6、仓库管理：在不影响工作的前提下，不浪费一张纸，一支笔。严格配合财务控制成本。

7、费用结算：蓝郡物业现为前期服务，故有一些费用由房产公司支付，每个月月底将费用结算好之后(附有清单)，经理签字确认后到房产财务结算。

20__年很快过去啦，对于自己的工作表现，总是欠缺太多。虽然上级领导没有批评，但是自己也深知自己之前的工作态度散漫，不积极。工作成绩没有明显突出现，未能给公司带来帮助。通过这样的总结以及公司不断涌现有能力的新人，自己深感惭愧。人事部，是一个丰富多彩、知识渊博的部门，只有通过公司给予的机会，自己再不断的努力学习，在人力资源这项工作上学到更多实战经验，为公司出一份力。
