自20__年8月3日进入中山市_物业管理服务有限公司应聘为物业总监助理以来，在公司领导的正确指导下，各位同事的热情支持配合下，日常工作得以顺利的开展，以下就这两个月以来的工作，总结如下:

1、日常工作中密切的配合_总监开展各项管理工作，协助落实各项工作任务，监督和跟进相关工作执行状况，收集各方面动态管理信息，给上司带给准确、可靠的参考资料。

2、准确迅速做好各种办文工作，如物业公司各种文件的编制、打印、复印、呈送、下发、立卷、归档等工作。

3、协调各管理处做好服务质量体系的建立，包括业主投诉宗数与处理率、维修单数与及时率、设备设施完好率、环境卫生达标率、费用收缴率等统计汇总。

4、重点做好_华庭40-49幢新交楼的业主资料的整理、入档工作.负责三个项目业主房屋档案资料、工程图纸资料、设备台帐资料的收集、整理与存放工作。

5、建立_华庭小区物业管理软件信息库，包括业主资料的录入与维护，以及在试运行期间发现问题的跟踪(联系科耐物业软件公司陈小红工程师给予技术支持，以便解决，并做好记录)。

6、做好对营销部转发和回收各楼盘业主签署的《前期物业管理服务协议》，交接时数目明确，并签字确认。

7、物业公司各种会议的组织与"会议纪要"的记录、整理、下发，以及各小区每月度的物业综合大检查的记录、整理、下发和整改的跟进。

8、每月28日提示和收集各管理处经理及主任人员下月度的工作计划;每月5日收集各管理处经理及主任上月度工作总结;将相关计划和总结交_总监审核后，及时抄报董事办、总经办以及行政人事部。

9、每日配合各部门对"工作联系单""材料申购单"等日常文件的传递，并做好记录，及时跟踪并汇报工作进度。

10、及时与行政人事部沟通协调，配合物业总监及各管理处公干填写"用车单"的工作手续。

11、做好对日常张贴在各楼宇信息栏的文件的审核和盖印有"有效日期"的字章后，方可执行张贴，并做好"小区楼宇信息档张贴记录"。

12、对来访宾客做好传达、记录、引带、介绍、沏茶等礼貌接待工作。

13、配合公司做好企业文化宣传和活动举办工作，如:8月份的"新世纪花园音乐会"、"_华庭装修知识讲座";9月份的"中秋盆菜宴"、"员工追月晚会";10月份的"_国庆水景宅院体验之旅"等。

就在这的两个月以来，我深刻的认识到为什么广东的物业管理一向在国内遥遥，那是广东的物业人在工作中，不是只单纯的站在"管理"的角度上来管理业主，而是真正做到了以"服务"为前提、为重点来对待业主，以标准、规范、统一的经营管理模式，让广大业主能享受到更优质和超值的物管服务，这一点在_发展各楼盘中都得到高度的体现。
