1、工作中的磨砺塑造了我的性格，提升了自身的心理素质。对于我这个刚刚步入社会，工作经验不丰富的人而言，工作中不免遇到各种各样的阻碍和困难，但在各位领导和同事们的帮助下，尤其是在任主管的悉心教导下，让我遇到困难时勇于面对，敢于挑战，性格也进一步沉淀下来。记得揽秀苑与临风苑房屋交付的时候，因时间紧迫，人员较少，相关工作又较复杂;管家部全体人员连续加班一个多星期，力争在交房前把所以准备工作做充分做细致;尤其是在交付的前3日，大家每晚都加班至凌晨两三点。交房的第一天我是负责客服中心的协助工作，当我拖着疲惫的身体参与交房工作时，已有一种睁着眼睛睡觉的感觉。但当我看到从重庆远道而来的张羽在面对客户时从容甜美的笑容，娴熟的接待技巧时，内心竟荡起一波波涟漪;她也是加班加点的在工作，也会很累，为什么在客户面前却可以保持这么好的精神面貌和工作状态呢 通过公司领导对我们当天工作的总结，我才深刻体会到职业精神和微笑服务的真正含义。所谓职业精神就 当你在工作岗时，无论你之前有多辛苦，都应把工作做到位，尽到自己的工作职责。所谓微笑服务就是当你面对客户时，无论你高兴与否，烦恼与否，都应已工作为，重客户为重，始终保持微笑，因为你代表的不单是你个人的形象，更是公司的形象。在接下来第二天、第三天交付工作中，我由协助工作转换为正式接待工作，在加强了自身情绪的掌控的同时，尽量保持着微笑服务，顺利为好几位业主办理完成了交房手续。听到上级领导的鼓励，看着业主满意的笑容，我也无比欣慰。经历了这次交房流程也对我日后的工作起到了莫大的作用，在面对领导与同事的批评与指正时能摆正心态，积极改正;在与少数难缠的工程人员沟通时也逐步变得无所畏惧;接待礼仪、电话礼仪等礼仪工作也逐步完善;

2、工作生活中体会到了细节的重要性。细节因其“斜，往往被人所轻视，甚至被忽视，也常常使人感到繁琐，无暇顾及。在绿城的工作生活中，我深刻体会到细节疏忽不得，马虎不得;不论是拟就公文时的每一行文字，每一个标点，还是领导强调的服务做细化，卫生无死角等，都使我深刻的认识到，只有深入细节，才能从中获得回报;细节产生效益，细节带来成功;

3、工作学习中拓展了我的才能;当我把上级交付每一项工作都认真努力的完成时，换来的也是上级对我的支持与肯定。前两天刚制作完毕的圣诞、元旦园区内布置方案是我自己做的第一个方案，当方案通过主管的认可后，心中充满成功的喜悦与对工作的激-情;至于接下来食堂宣传栏的布置还有园区标识系统和春节园区内的布置方案，我都会认真负责的去对待，尽我所能的把他们一项一项的做的更好。

在201x年这全新的一年里，我要努力改正过去一年里工作中的缺点，不断提升，加强以下几个方面的工作

4、加强学习物业管理的基本知识，提高客户服务技巧与心理，完善客服接待流程及礼仪;

5、加强文案、会务等制作能力;拓展各项工作技能，如学习PHOTOSHOP、coreldraw软件的操作等;

6、进一步改善自己的性格，提高对工作耐心度，更加注重细节，加强工作责任心和培养工作积极性;

7、多与各位领导、同事们沟通学习，取长补短，提升自己各方面能力，跟上公司前进的步伐。

很幸运刚从学校毕业就可以加入绿城青竹园这个可爱而优秀的团队，绿城的文化理念，管家部的工作氛围已不自觉地感染着我、推动着我;让我可以在工作中学习，在学习中成长;也确定了自己努力的方向。此时此刻，我的最大目标就是力争在新一年工作中挑战自我、超越自我，取得更大的进步!谢谢大家，我的工作总结完毕!

做了这么久的业务助理，也从中学到了不少，也了解了很多，在不断的累积经验中，也从中悟出了一些做事的心得。

一、万事开头难

每种行业对业务助理的要求和工作性质是一样的。所以当接触到新工作的时侯，一切都要重新来过。从熟悉环境到熟悉产品，工作程序都需要有个过程，不过这个过程不会给你太多的时间，这都要靠自己本身的努力了。

二、沟通很重要

这几天的工作让我觉跟领导，同事，各个部门之间的沟通是必不可少的。沟通好了，会让大家的工作很顺利的进行，减少摩擦的发生。

三、做事的条理性

助理工作其实需要做很多繁锁的事，而且会遇到突发的事情，这就需要对所做的每件事作出合理安排。轻重缓急要分清，不能将重要的事情遗忘和耽误。我现在已经养成了一种习惯，每天睡觉前都要将今天或明天所要做的事都在脑子里过滤一遍。

四、时间观念要强

当领导和同事需要在规定的时间让你把事情做完的时候，一定要遵守这个时间概念，提前做好是最好的，如不能按时做好，一定要跟别人沟通。

五、超前意识

就是要把有些事想到前面去做好，就比如当你决定明天要喝茶时，今天就提前把茶叶买好，这样做不会手忙脚乱。

六、与客户打交道

做销售助理有时是需要跟客户打交道的，这时候不能因为你的服务，使客户对公司的产品和形象不满意，让销售员的前期工作白做了，所以，对于处理与客户之间的关系是非常重要的。

七、尽量把事情做得详细一些

对后续的工作也能起到一定的帮助。助理的工作其实不是一成不变的，有时能遇到一些突发的事情，这就需要有应对能力和经验了。
