Since then I began to get rid from bad habits like dependent on people and have no patience for things. 1.目的明确

大体上，说课可用于检查、研究、评价、示范等多种目的。一般来说，检查性说课主要用于领导检查教师的备课情况;研究性说课主要用于同行之间切磋教法;评价性说课主要用于教学评比、竞赛活动、求职面试;示范性说课则是为了给教师树立说课的样板，供其学习、参考。在开展说课活动前，首先要明确目的，也就是将要开展的是哪一类型的说课活动，以便做好相应的准备工作。

2.针对性强

这主要是针对检查性、研究性两种说课活动而言。检查性说课一般来说主要针对以下问题：教师的工作态度、教师的专业知识、教师的教学能力、教师的教研能力;研究性说课应主要针对承上启下的课节、知识难度较大的课节、结构复杂的课节以及同科教师之间意见分歧较大的课节等。只有加强了说课的针对性，才便于说课人和评课人对问题的集中研究与解决。

3.准备充分

说课前说课人和评说人都围绕本次说课活动的目的进行系统的准备，认真钻研课程标准和教材，分析学情，做到有的放矢。说课人还要写出条理清楚、有理有据、重点突出、言简意赅的说课稿。

4.评说准确
