根椐《经济合同法》及有关规定，按照双方平等互利和自愿原则，为明确甲、乙方权利义务，经双方协商一致，签订本合同，以资共同信守。

一、 甲方接收乙方资料后，应予以确认并采取措施加以保密。

二、 乙方应在甲方提供服务之前，向甲方提出所需要求，如乙方未能及时提出，则甲方不承担由此而造成对乙方造成的影响。

三、 甲方应严格按照翻译标准操作程序和保证译文翻译质量进行翻译。

四、 甲方如遇到非人为因素而导致不能履行合同，应及时告知乙方，并协商解决。

五、 在履行合同过程中，如乙方提出需要改稿，而延误了时间，则交货时间，按理顺延。

六、 本协议生效后，如乙方中途提出对原稿进行删减或增加内容，需另外计费。

七、 双方签订合同后，乙方需向甲方预付总额50%作为定金，余款将在译稿交付时即付清。

八、1、本合约双方签字盖章后生效;2、此合约一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份，如有未尽事宜，经双方协商后作补充规定，补充规定与本合同具同等效力;3、本合约自签约之日起生效。

上周，被戏称为“东莞女侠”的石龙女子徒手拆掉柜员机的图文被网友疯狂转评。经媒体报道后，更是登上各大门户网站的显眼位置，成为热点话题。监控录像显示，女子反复取钱不成，对着电脑显示屏狂拍，又徒手将取款设备的塑料胶框掰下，并将电脑显示屏用力拽了下来。警方称，女子疑似患有精神病，后由东莞市精神病院关押治疗。

虽然疑似精神病病人所为，由此或可解释光天化日拆卸ATM机或是其头脑不理智的举动。但事件的主角并不是这位女子，而是那个被拆得七零八落的ATM机。舆论热切关注的重点在于，印象中本该固若金汤的ATM机，却被一名女子徒手大卸八块，这与他们的认知相去甚远。

从铺天盖地的转评来看，不少网友对女子不可思议的动手能力表示“惊呆了”，纷纷调侃其是“武当传人”、“民间高手”。在调侃背后，更让他们担心的是，供大家存取现金的ATM机为何如此容易就被拆卸?他的使用年限以及日常保养情况如何?还有网友担心，“即使拆了ATM不能获得现金，也不排除有不法之徒去效仿，如果出现大规模人为破坏，无论是对银行还是对储户，都会带来损失和不便。”也有网友提醒，徒手拆ATM机一定程度上说明了这台机器的“脆弱”，银行方面应该提高警醒，加强对设备检修和管理。
