It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

6.以乙方应按本合同附件二规定的内容和时间，在＿＿＿＿交付技术资料。

6.2.＿＿＿＿的邮戳日期，为技术资料的实际交付日期。甲方将带有到达印戳日期的空运提单影印本1份寄给乙方。

6.3在每批技术资料发运后24小时内，乙方应将合同号、空运提单号、空运报单日期、资料项目、件数、重量、航班号和预计抵达日期用电报或电传通知甲方。同时将空运提单和技术资料详细清单各一式2份寄给甲方。

6.4.若技术资料在空运中丢失、损坏、短缺，乙方应在收到甲方书面通知后30天内，免费外寄或重寄给甲方。在甲方收到技术资料后60天内，如果没有以书面形式提出资料不全或增补要求，则视为甲方验收。

6.5.技术资料采用英文，计量单位以公制表示。

第七条 考核与验收

7.1.合同产品的第一台样机，由甲、乙双方组成的联合考核小组，按附件七规定的时间和内容进行考核。如果符合附件一规定的技术要求，即可验收，并由双方代表签署合同产品考核 验收合格证书一式4份，双方各执两份。

7.2.如果合同产品的技术性能达不到规定的技术标准，双方应友好协商，共同研究，分析原因，采取措施，消除缺陷，进行第二次性能考核。考核合格后，双方签署考核合格证书。

7.3.如果第一次考核不合格是乙方责任，乙方应自费再次派遣技术人员进特第二次考核。

7.4.经过第二次考核仍不能合格验收，若责任在于乙方，刚乙方须赔偿甲方遭受的直接损失。并采取措施艄除缺陷，进行第三次考核。

7.5.经过第三次考核仍不合格，如系乙方责任，则甲方有权终止合同，并接第九条的规定处理。若系甲方责任，则由双方协商合同进一步执行的问题。

第八条 技术改进

8.1.乙方提供的技术资料，如有不适合甲方生产条件的（如设计标准、原材料、外购配件及共他生产设备等一，乙方有责任帮助甲方修改技术资料，闪加以确认。在不影响合同产品性能情况下，应采用中国产的原材料、配套元器件和设备。

8.2.在合同有效期内，双方对合同产品的任何改进和创新，都免费将改进或创新的技术资料提供给对方。

8.3.改进或创新的技术所有权属于改进或创新一方，另一方不得对其申请专利或将其转让给第三者。

第九条 保证和索赔

9.1.乙方保证所提供的技术资料是乙方经过实际使用的最新技术资料，并保证向甲方及时提供任何改进和发明的技术资料。

9.2.乙方保证所提供的技术资料是完整的、正确的、清晰的，并保证按时交付。

甲乙双方本着友好协商、共同发展的原则签订本翻译服务合同，其条款如下：

一、甲方委托乙方为其提供翻译服务，及时向乙方提交清晰、易于辨认的待译资料，提出明确要求，并对乙方的翻译质量进行监督。

二、乙方按时完成翻译任务(如发生不可抗力的因素除外)，向甲方提供已翻译好的打印件及电子文件各一份。具体交稿日期由双方商定。对于加急稿件，交稿期限由双方临时商议。

三、乙方对甲方提供的任何资料必须严格保密，不得透露给第三方。

四、翻译工作量统计：电子译稿：按电脑统计的中文版字符数计算(中文版word20__ 中 “不计空格的字符数”);打印译稿：按中文原稿行数×列数统计计算(行×列)。

4.calculation of the load of translation: for electronic documents, thetranslation load shall be based on the statistics of the computer (chineseversion word20__ “chinese characters not including blank spaces ”). for printeddocuments, the translation load shall be calculated according to lines ofchinese characters (the original printed copy), i.e. lines × rows.

五、乙方按优惠价格向甲方收取翻译费用：英__汉为 元/千字符(十万字以上)。

5.party b will charge the translation project from party a with favorableprice: for english–chinese rmb / 1000 chinese characters and marks(more than100000 chinese characters and marks).

六、乙方可以在翻译开始前为甲方预估翻译费，甲方付款时则按实际发生的工作量支付给乙方翻译费用(工作量统计方法见本合同第四条)。以下为乙方的账户信息：

七、乙方承诺，交稿后，免费对翻译稿进行必要修改，不另行收取费用。

八、付款方式：甲方在收到乙方译稿的当日按实际费用先支付乙方翻译总费用的50%，余款应在交稿后的30日内付清，如第35日余款还未付清，则甲方每延误一天需要向乙方交纳翻译总费用5‰的滞纳金。

九、乙方应当保证译文的翻译质量和翻译服务达到行业公允的水平，如对译文的翻译水平发生争议，应由双方共同认可的第三方评判，或者直接申请仲裁。

9.party b shall guarantee that the quality of the translation and relevantservice be up to the received evenhanded standard of the translation industry.in case any disputes arising from the quality of the translation material, itshall be settled through the judgment of a third party agreed by the two partiesor apply to arbitration directly.

十、本合同一式两份，双方各执一份，经甲乙双方签章后生效。
