1、把紧自己的嘴巴，三思而后答。

面试场上，考官们经常采用的一个基本策略就是尽量让应试者多讲话，目的在于多了解一些应试者在书面材料中没有反映的情况。

有一位求职者在面试时，当考官问“你有什么缺点”时，他按事先准备好的答案作了回答。但他一看考官听了之后没有吱声，就以为是自己答得不好，又怕冷场，于是又讲了一个缺点。可是考官一直静静地听着还是不说话，就这样，求职者一个又一个地讲了不少，而且都是没有经过预先考虑过的。

俗话说：“言多必失”。这样应答是不明智的，其结果吃亏的往往是应试者自己。

你在面试时一定要注意把紧自己的嘴巴，如果认为已经回答完了，就不要再讲。最好不要为了自我推销而试图采用多讲话的策略来谋求在较短的时间内让招聘方多了解自己，事实上这种方式对大多数人来讲并不可取。该讲的讲，不该讲的决不要多讲，更不要采取主动出击的办法，以免画蛇添足、无事生非。

2、留足进退的余地，随机而应变。

面试当中，对那些需要从几个方面来加以阐述，或者“圈套”式的问题，应试者要注意运用灵活的语言表达技巧，不要一开始就把话讲死。否则，很容易将自己置于尴尬境地或陷入“圈套”之中。

当考官提出“……，你认为应抓住几个要点?”之类的问题时，你的应答最好这样开头：“我认为这个问题应抓住以下‘几个’要点。”在此用“几个”而不用具体的数字“三个”、 “四个”或“五个”来回答，给自己预留了灵活发挥的空间，可以边回答边思考边丰富。反之，如果话一讲死，一旦出现卡壳，就会慌乱、紧张，本来完全可以应答的问题也就答不好了。

当考官提出“据说你对‘××’问题很有研究，不妨谈些你的看法”这样一些诱导式的问题时，你的应答须特别谨慎。因为考官提出问题的时候，就把你界定在一个特定的背景下，实际上是为了对你作深入了解所设定的“圈套”。即使你真的对‘××’问题很有研究，也切不可自以为是，否则你将面临难度更大的追踪性问题。你不妨这样回答：“谈不上很有研究，只是略知一二，可以共同探讨一下。”这表面上是对考官的谦恭，而实质在于给自己留下回旋的余地，以便随机应变。

3、稳定自己的情绪，沉着而理智。

有时面试时，考官会冷不防地提出一个应试者意想不到的问题，目的是想试试应试者的应变能力和处事能力。这时，你需要的是稳定情绪，千万不可乱了方寸。

有一家外贸进出口公司在一次人才交流会上招聘秘书，某过关斩将，各方面的条件都符合招聘单位的要求，正当招聘单位欲拍板录用她时，一名考官灵机一动，又提了一个问题：“，如果在将来的工作中，你接待的客人要你陪他跳舞、你不想跳，但不跳又不行，你会怎么办?”

没想到考官的语音刚落，那当即涨红了脸，对着招聘人员愤怒地说：“你们是什么鬼单位，在这里摆摊招舞女!”说完，连求职材料也未取回就气呼呼地扬长而去。

其实那家公司是一个很正派、很有声望的企业，那位考官提出的问题可以说是工作中常会碰到的问题，并没有什么不健康，也不难回答,如果是你，不妨这样回答：“我们这个公司是一个正规企业，我想不会碰上不三不四的人，正常情况下跳跳舞也不是什么坏事。”

4、不置可否地应答，模棱而两可。

应试场上，考官时常会设置一些无论你作肯定的回答还是作否定的回答都不讨好的问题。比如，考官问： “依你现在的水平，恐怕能找到比我们公司更好的单位吧?”如果你的回答是肯定的，则说明你这个人心高气傲，或者“身在曹营心在汉”;如果你的回答是否定的，不是说明你的能力有问题，就是自信心不足;如果你回答“我不知道”或“我不清楚”，则又有拒绝回答之嫌。真是左右为难!

别急，当你遇到这种任何一种答案都不是很理想的问题时，就要善于用模糊语言来应答。可以先用“不可一概而论”作为开头，接着从正反两方面来解释你的观点。不妨这样回答这个问题：“或许我能找到比贵公司更好一点的企业，但别的企业在对人才培养方面或许不如贵公司重视，机会或许也不如贵公司多。我想，珍惜已有的是最为现实的”。这样回答，不仅能让自己置于一个有利的位置，而且会让考官领略到你的高明和“厉害”。

5、圆好自已的说词，滴水而不漏。

在面试中，有时考官所提的一些问题并不一定要求有什么标准答案，只是要求面试者能回答得滴水不漏、自圆其说而已。这就要求应试者答题之前要尽可能考虑得周到一些，以免使自己陷于被动。

有一位商场的采购经理参加一次面试，当考官提出“请你举一个实例说明你的工作规范和流程”时，他回答：“这有可能涉及到我们的商业秘密。” 考官说：“那么好吧，请你把那些不属于商业秘密的内容告诉我。”这样一来，问题的难度更大了，他先得分清楚哪些是商业秘密，那些不是，一旦说漏了嘴，则更显出其专业水平不够。不能自圆其说，很可能会被逼入“死角”。

有两个典型的考题，在面试场上出现的频率最高。一是“你最大的优点是什么?”二是“你最大的缺点是什么?”这两个考题貌似简单，其实很难答好。

因为接下来考官会追问：“你的这些优点对我们的工作有什么帮助?” “你的这些缺点会对我们的工作带来什么影响?”之后，还可以层层深入，“乘胜追击”，应试者是很容易陷人不能“自圆其说”的尴尬境地的。面试在某种程度上就是一种斗智，你必须圆好自已的说词，方能滴水不漏。
