7.3 如果第一次考核不合格是乙方责任，乙方应自费再次派遣技术人员进特第二次考核。

第九条 保证和索赔

回顾20xx年一年来的工作，本人积极投身于教育事业，服从领导分工。本学年担任本校的五年级英语教学工作，因为我是学习英语教育的，再加上之前也从事了英语教学，所以本学期的教学工作开展还算得心应手。学生的英语水平也明显的提高了，同时也取得了一定的成绩。

一.政治思想方面：

我认真学习新的教育理论，及时更新教育理念。积极参加政治学习，并做好笔记。在教学的过程中了解到新的教育形式不允许我们在课堂上重复讲书，我们必须具有先进的教育观念，才能适应教育的发展。

二.教育教学方面：

要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。为了上好课，我注重组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的有意注意，使其保持相对稳定性。同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言简洁明了，克服了以前重复的毛病，课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，每节课努力创设一个情境，同学生在课堂上同游戏，同歌唱。

热爱学生，平等的对待每一个学生，让他们都感受到老师的关心，良好的师生关系促进了学生的学习。比如，握握他的手，摸摸他的头等。从赞美着手，所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重，所以，和差生交谈时，对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重。

积极参与讲课，听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水平。本学期积极参加学校组织的开放课活动，在电教室共授课四次，每次都认真对待，通过参与这个活动，使我有了很大的进步。同时，积极与由老师搞好一次英语课堂教学研讨课，在此次活动中，我增加了自信，使我更有信心对待我的课堂教学，我不是弱者!实力是靠打出来的，不是靠说出来的。

三.继续教育学习方面。

本学期我校的继续教育工作开展的扎扎实实，有实效。我能认真学习有关书籍，做好笔记。同时，校园的博客风很浓，我也爱上了博客，喜欢在那里抒发我的情感，展现我的教学实际和反思。

四.组长工作。

本学期我们全体专科教师都聚集到一起，大家在平时，能够互帮互助，主动搞好办公室的卫生，做到了不用安排，人人主动的好局面，真的像个大家庭，在这里我们都感受到了温暖。在组里，年轻人较多，在年轻人的渲染下，我们人人有了活力，有了朝气。我坚信，岁月能使人变老的是年龄，是外表，但永远不能改变的是你的心灵。只要你有一颗朝气蓬勃，积极向上的心，你的工作，你的生活永远都会充满阳光。

教育工作，是一项常做常新、永无止境的工作。在教书育人的道路上我付出的是汗水和泪水，然而我收获的却是那一份份充实，那一份份沉甸甸的情感。我用我的心去教诲我的学生，我用我的情去培育我的学生。我无愧于我心，我无悔于我选择的事业。相信今日含苞欲放的花蕾，明日一定能盛开绚丽的花朵。

The people of China have been very much in my thoughts over the past two weeks as I have watched, with mounting concern, the effects of the devastation caused by the terrible earthquake in Sichuan Province. It has been most impressive to see the marvellous way in which the Chinese humanitarian operations have brought swift and effective relief to those affected. I am articularly pleased that the Wenchuan Earthquake Orphan Fund has been established, to help the children who have lost their parents in the disaster.

I wanted to take this opportunity to send my deepest sympathy following this terrible tragedy to the people of China, and my most heartfelt ondolences to all those who have lost loved ones.
