日本以礼仪之邦著称，讲究礼节是日本人的习俗。平时人们见面总要互施鞠躬礼，并说您好，再见，请多关照等。

日本人初次见面对互换名片极为重视。初次相会不带名片，不仅失礼而且对方会认为你不好交往。互赠名片时，要先行鞠躬礼，并双手递接名片。接到对方名片后，要认真看阅，看清对方身份、职务、公司，用点头动作表示已清楚对方的身份。日本人认为名片是一个人的代表，对待名片就像对待他们本人一样。如果接过名片后，不加看阅就随手放入口袋，便被视为失礼。如果你是去参加一个商业谈判，你就必须向房间里的每一个人递送名片，并接受他们的名片，不能遗漏任何一个人，尽管这需要花费不少时间，但这是表示相互友好和尊敬的一种方式。

到日本人家里去作客，要预先和主人约定时间，进门前先按门铃通报姓名。如果这家住宅未安装门铃，绝不要敲门，而是打开门上的拉门，问一声：借光，里面有人吗？，进门后要主动脱衣脱帽，解去围巾(但要注意即使是天气炎热，也不能光穿背心或赤脚，否则是失礼的行为)，穿上备用的拖鞋，并把带来的礼品送给主人。当你在屋内就坐时，背对着门坐是有礼貌的表现，只有在主人的劝说下，才可以移向尊贵位置(指摆着各种艺术品和装饰品的壁龛前的座位，是专为贵宾准备的)。日本人不习惯让客人参观自己的住房，所以不要提出四处看看的请求。日本特别忌讳男子闯入厨房。上厕所也要征得主人的同意。进餐时，如果不清楚某种饭菜的吃法，要向主人请教，夹菜时要把自己的筷子掉过头来使用。告别时，要客人先提出，并向主人表示感谢。回到自己的住所要打电话告诉对方，表示已安全返回，并再次感谢。过一段时间后再遇到主人时，仍不要忘记表达感激之情。日本人设宴时，传统的敬酒方式是在桌子中间放一只装满清水的碗，并在每人面前放一块干净的白纱布，斟酒前，主人先将自己的酒杯在清水中涮一下，杯口朝下在纱布上按一按，使水珠被纱布吸干，再斟满酒双手递给客人。客人饮完后，也同样做，以示主宾之间的友谊和亲密。

日本人无论是访亲问友或是出席宴会都要带去礼品，一个家庭每月要花费7.5%的收入用于送礼。到日本人家去作客必须带上礼品。日本人认为送一件礼物，要比说一声谢谢的意义大得多，因为它把感激之情用实际行动表达出来了。给日本人送礼要掌握好价值分寸，礼品既不能过重，也不能过轻。若过重，他会认为你有求于他，从而推断你的商品或服务不好；若过轻，则会认为你轻视他。去日本人家作一般性拜访，带上些包装食品是比较合适的，但不要赠花，因为有些花是人们求爱时或办丧事时使用的。日本人对礼品讲究包装，礼品要包上好几层，再系上一条漂亮的缎带或纸绳。日本人认为，绳结之处有人的灵魂，标志着送礼人的诚意。接受礼品的人一般都要回赠礼品。日本人不当着客人的面打开礼品，这主要是为了避免因礼品的不适而使客人感到窘迫。自己用不上的礼品可以转赠给别人，日本人对此并不介意。日本人送礼一般不用偶数，这是因为偶数中的四在日语中与死同音，为了避开晦气，诸多场合都不用四，久而久之，干脆不送二、四、六等偶数了。他们爱送单数，尤其是三、五、七这三个单数。但九也要避免，因为九与苦在日语中发音相同。

2.乙方根据及时交纳相应费用；进行各项准备工作；

3.乙方在接受甲方推荐的专业和学校之后，不得随意改动。如乙方坚持要更换学校或专业，由此引起的费用及损失由乙方或其国内监护人负担；

4.乙方应与甲方保持畅通的通讯联络，乙方收到任何与甲方申请有关的文件应及时通知甲方。否则，如因上述原因造成的损失及延误由乙方或其国内监护人负责；

5.乙方自行承担相关公证，翻译，办理护照及使馆签证等费用。

第三条 经济条款 乙方向甲方交纳全部费用共计人民币_________元及学校注册费；

第四条 退费原则

1.如未能取得所申请院校之入学通知，甲方负责退还乙方所交全部费用；

2.如签证失败，公司在确认签证失败后，乙方提出终止协议起二周内，甲方凭收据退还乙方所交除学校申请费以外的全部服务费及全部学费押金；

3.如因乙方中途退出或没有上推荐学校，乙方已交纳给甲方的服务费用概不退还，乙方交纳的其他费用按照学校规定处理；

4.如涉及退费事宜，甲方仅对其直接收入之款项进行处理。

第五条 违约责任

1.在申请中，乙方如提供虚假材料，视为违约，由此而未能达到留学目的，且造成损失及责任者，全部由乙方或其国内监护人承担；

2.除签证失败以外的任何原因，乙方不得中途退出，终止协议。否则所造成的损失由乙方或其国内监护人承担；

3.如乙方违反学校的规定和所在国的法规造成损失及责任者，由乙方或其国内监护人承担；

4.如甲方针对留学事宜对乙方有任何欺骗行为，乙方有权要求甲方退还其所交全部费用，并终止本协议；

5.如乙方违反本协议之条款，甲方有权停止继续履行本协议，并扣留乙方所交之款项。

第六条 特别说明

1.乙方向甲方所交款项，应直接交往甲方公司财务人员并由财务人员当面开具收据或汇至甲方帐户，凡没有甲方收据的，甲方概不负责；

2.学校对乙方的承诺（包括各项费用），应以校方录取通知书为准，甲方不对甲方工作人员出示的宣传材料，广告文字等负法律责任；

3.乙方直接交往学校的款项及相应处理事宜由乙方自行负责。

第七条 生效条件 本协议自甲方的法定代表人或其授权代理人和乙方在本协议上签字并加盖公章之日起生效。乙方获得签证时终止。 本协议一式_________份，具有相同法律效力。各方当事人各执_________份，其他用于履行相关法律手续。

为了维护合法当事人的合法权益，依据《中华人民共和国民法典》及相关法律法规，甲、乙双方本着自愿、平等、协商一致原则，经充分友好协商，双方就乙方接受甲方委托提供自费出国中介服务事宜，达成如下协议。供双方共同遵守：

一、服务项目、费用及费用支付方式

第一条 甲方自愿申请参加赴美国Au Pair国际交流计划。乙方向甲方提供前往美国 Au Pair交流项目的

咨询、代办申请手续及辅导服务。

第二条 服务费用人民币_________________ 元。

费用包括：报名费、中介服务费、测试费、相关辅导费、材料制作培训、家庭配对培训、签证培训、

行前培训、赴美旅行安排、境外服务、美国互惠机构提供的相关服务(Au Pair互惠生抵达美国后)

的服务费用等。

费用不包括：签证申请费、护照费、公证费、体检费、因赴领事馆面试及其它事由而发生的差旅食

宿费等费用。

第三条 甲方同意并应当按照以下约定的方式支付乙方为甲方办理出国手续的费用，否则视为甲方违约。

1、甲方应在签订本合同当日，正式提出申请参加赴美国Au Pair国际交流计划时支付给乙方部分服

务费用人民币____________ 元。

2、甲方经本机构面试通过，开始递交资料进行申请前，支付乙方办理服务费用人民币________元。

3、甲方同意在美国配对家庭成功后，赴美国驻华领事馆签证面谈前，支付给乙方剩余的服务费用人民

币___________元。

第四条 甲方向乙方支付的所有款项均须交到乙方的财务部或者支付到乙方财务部指定的账户，并由乙方

的财务部出具收据，否则乙方不承担任何责任。甲方应付乙方而未付的款项，甲方应承担支付责任，

乙方有权继续追索。乙方在各地设立的办事处及其工作人员仅具有联系，开展业务的职权，从未得

到乙方委托其收取任何费用，款项的授权，如甲方擅自支付任何款项给办事处或其任何人员，则由

此引发的风险概由甲方承担，与乙方无关。

二、乙方义务

第五条 提供服务

1、乙方承诺向甲方提供Au Pair的基本信息、协助甲方完成申请材料及材料审核/提供相关培训

和咨询辅导服务;甲方赴美参加Au Pair项目的待遇以赴美国国务院章程中关于互惠生待遇的相

关条款为准。

2、乙方应当向甲方介绍前往美国交流家庭的详细情况并安排面试。

3、乙方应当告知甲方申请Au Pair的收费项目，收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第六条 申请Au Pair

1、乙方协助和指导甲方准备申请的相关材料。

2、乙方代为甲方办理Au Pair申请手续，必要的培训辅导并安排面试。

3、乙方为甲方办理缴纳报名费及相关费用的手续。

4、乙方应当及时向甲方报告申请的进度和结果。

第七条 办理签证

1、乙方指导甲方签证申请准备，协助甲方办理签证或入境批准文件。

2、乙方收到甲方前往美国要求准备的全部申请签证材料后，向领事馆递交签证申请材料。如领事

馆在递交签证申请材料，送签时间有特别要求的，应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的，乙方可协助

安排预约时间等。

3、乙方不保证签证一定成功，甲方需要足够了解美国签证的风险性。

第八条 其他

乙方对甲方提供的所有材料。均负有保密义务。

三、甲方义务

第九条 甲方按照约定向乙方支付相关费用;甲方应积极配合乙方按照Au Pair的要求学习英文，达到Au

Pair项目的英文要求。并积极学习驾驶，掌握所需的驾驶技术，确保在签订合同之日起两个月内，

达到Au Pair项目的基本要求(即包括配合乙方的材料操作培训，按照双方协商制定的申请进度

表完成相关材料，报名去学驾驶技能，驾照不要求在两个月内必须拿到但是需在签订合同的当日

起两个月内去争取在最短的时间内拿到驾照)，否则将视为甲方自动放弃Au Pair项目的申请计划，

乙方扣除甲方所缴费用人民币________元，剩下余款退还给甲方。

第十条 甲方积极配合乙方准备相关的申请材料，确保在签订合同之日起两个月内，按双方协商制定的申

请计划，把申请Au Pair项目所需的材料安置交与乙方，否则视为甲方自动放弃Au Pair项目申

请计划，乙方扣除甲方所缴纳人民币_________元，剩下余款退还给甲方。

第十一条 甲方保证其向乙方送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效、完整的。提供不

实材料骗取出境证件的后果自负，乙方保留追究其法律责任的权利。

第十二条 在申请办理过程中，如Au Pair项目的申请政策、签证以及Au Pair机构的申请要求发生变化，

甲方应根据新的要求，及时提交补充材料。

第十三条 在申请办理过程中如领事馆要求甲方进行面试，甲方应按要求如期赴美国驻华领事馆参加签证面

谈。

第十四条 甲方同意，参加此次文化交流活动期间所有相关照片，乙方可以作为公司相关业务广告宣传需要

使用。

四 违约责任

第十五条 乙方和甲方应履行合同中的全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十六条 甲方未能在约定时间的三个月内完成与美国家庭的配对，甲方有权利解除合 同，但应及时通知

乙方：如在约定的三个月内完全没有家庭联系甲方进行面试，甲方要求解除合同，乙方扣除人民

币陆仟元后，余款退回给甲方;如在约定三个月内有家庭联系甲方进行面试，甲方要求解除合同。

乙方扣除人民币壹万元后，余款退回给甲方。

第十七条 甲方因向乙方提供虚假的文件材料产生的后果和责任由甲方承担，乙方将不予退还甲方任何费用，

乙方将保留追究甲方的相关法律责任的权利。

第十八条 甲方在获得Au Pair资格评审合格通知及通过家庭配对后并递交签证申请之后，如甲方美国签证

被拒签，甲方要求退出Au Pair项目的申请，则乙方扣除人民币陆仟元后剩余服务费退还给甲方，

合同自动解除。如甲方同意再次申请签证，则甲方和乙方继续履行本合同的约定，甲方自行承担

再次申请签证所需的签证申请费以及赴美国领事馆签证差旅费用。

第十九条 甲方必须按合同要求完成Au Pair计划：甲方到达美国后因违反互惠机构规定或美国有关法律被

开除：甲方客观原因提前退出项目;甲方完成项目后没有按时回国或非法滞留在美国，乙方将根

据相关法律追究甲方的责任;如发生上述任何一种情况，乙方有权追究甲方相关责任，此外，如

甲方发生上述任何一种情况被中途回国的回程机票由甲方自行承担。

第二十条 甲方因自身原因，要求解除合同，按以下办法处理：

1、甲方获得Au Pair评审合格确认通知并签订合同后，未开始与美国家庭配对之前，要求解除

合同，乙方在扣除甲方所交的项目服务费中的人民币伍仟元，将余款退给甲方。

2、乙方已经向美国Au Pair机构递交材料，并开始与美国家庭配对。在未满3个月的配对期间

内，如甲方要求解除合同，乙方在扣除甲方所交项目服务费中的人民币壹万元，将余款退给甲方。

3、甲方和美国家庭配对成功，甲方要求解除合同，甲方已缴项目服务费用共计人民币壹万元不退。

4、甲方已获得美国签证后要求解除合同的，乙方有权收取项目服务费用人民币______元，所缴任

何款项不予退还。

5、本合同中所指退还的款项，只包含本金，不包括利息。

五、不可抗力条款

第二十一条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的印象，双方均可部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另

有规定除的外。当事人延迟履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。本合同所称不可抗力，是指

不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害，瘟疫，战争。骚乱，众所周知的

移民政策和美国关于Au Pair的政策变化等。

第二十二条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性

质。预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起10个工作日内提

第二十三条 对不可抗力造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，

应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

六、适用的法律及争议解决办法

第二十四条 本合同的履行，解释及争议均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。

第二十五条 双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应先由双方协商解决。如协商不成，提交合同签订地法院诉讼解

决。

七、合同的补充、更改、修改

第二十六条 对本合同的更改、补充、修改应采用书面合同形式。补充合同在双方签署后与本合同具有同等的法

律效力。

八、生效及其他条款

第二十七条 本合同里甲方或者其代理人、乙方、乙方法定代表人签署，自签字、盖章之日起生效。

第二十八条 本合同正本一式二份，具有同等的法律效力，甲方执一份与乙方执一份。复印件无效。

第二十九条 本合同虽由乙方起草，但在签订之前已经双方逐条讨论，双方均已明确订本合同的法律后果并自愿

签订本合同，没有受到任何的胁迫，强迫或误导。

第三十条 双方确认，本合同开头部分所列地址为向其送达为执行本合同或诉讼而发出的通知或文件的地址，

对方或法院只需提供其已以挂号信或邮政特快专递将有关通知或文件交付邮局的凭证，即应视为有

关通知或文件已于交付之日起五天内送达对方，该方不得否认。

6、 负责对乙方进行出国前的有关注意事项的培训和指导;

7、 协助乙方联系安排抵澳时的机场接机、住宿申请等事宜;

8、 乙方如未获得澳洲使馆签证，甲方负责向乙方退还应退款项(具体退款原则及规定见本合同"退款规定"部分)。

二、 乙方职责：

1、 乙方根据甲方要求, 提供真实的材料，在办理各项相关手续时与甲方积极配合：如使馆要

求面试，应经过甲方培训后赴使馆接受面试;

2、 乙方负责根据本合同书付费条款，按时向甲方付清所有款项;

3、 乙方应根据国家出入境管理部门的规定及时办理护照，并按澳洲使馆规定及时将签证申

请材料交给甲方，确保及时去澳洲使馆申办签证;

4 乙方应向校方交纳澳洲院校学费押金(依照录取通知书的要求);

5 乙方如果被拒签，凭澳洲使/领馆的拒签通知书、交款收据、合同书原件及大使馆退还的

文件，按本协议退款规定，向甲方办理退款手

续。

三、 乙方付款标准及程序：_______

四、 退款规定：_______

如果一旦出现乙方向甲方领取退款的情况，乙方必须凭已经签署的本自费出国留学中介服务合同书，及当时付款的收据来领取款项。否则，甲方将不予退款。甲方根据付款收据注明的币种按以下原则办理退费手续，所有的退款均不计利息。

1、乙方未能获得使馆签证(经过2次努力)，则甲方将咨询服务费中扣除工本费的人民币

退还乙方;

2、发生以下情况时，乙方所交甲方各项费用将不予退还;

1)在委托签证申请服务过程中尚未结束时，乙方因个人原因单方面提出终止本合同;

2)隐瞒拒签史或提供假材料被澳洲大使馆发现拒签的;

3)获得签证后，没有如期到申请的澳洲院校报到。

五、 合同终止：_______

当出现以下情况时，本合同即终止：_______

1、 若乙方未能获得澳洲使馆签证时(经过2次努力)，本合同即终止。一旦本合同在此类情

wang is an impressive student because he has been forced to overcome thesignificant challenge of a serious illness during his freshman year. when ifirst met wang in my discrete math class, he did not appear to be anythingspecial to me. while his exam scores were good, they were not as high as i wouldnow expect of him. what i didnt know then was that due to his illness. wang wasattempting to take all of the difficult early mathematics courses at one time,including discrete mathematics, advanced mathematics, linear algebra, andpossibilities. while most

In this age of information, traditional education, both in its ideology andmethodology, has met unprecedented challenge like many other aspects of humanexistence. Meanwhile, the pursuit for higher levels of educational developmentand of the quality of life has largely transformed the educational valueorientation of the general public. The educational model that is centered aroundthe cognitive and intellectual instruction has been seriously questioned.Greater attention has been devoted to the cultivation of well-developedpersonality and to the ontological status of the individual in education. Suchissues as the internal studies of education science, scientific decision-makingin education, and meta-education have also been increasingly emphasized upon.There have also been innovations in educational research methodology. Thetendency has been to combine modern technology with humanistic researchcategories and with naturalistic research categories, and to organicallyintegrate qualitative descriptions with quantitative descriptions. It is alsoimportant to carry out educational experimentations in which educationalpredictions are complemented by educational feedbacks. Both the complexity ofeducation and the complexity of human individuals have made the comprehensiveapplication of diverse educational approaches necessary. Those new horizons arewhat fascinate me.

In view of the following qualifications that I have acquired, I believethat I will acquit myself satisfactorily in the prospective Ph.D. program ineducation that I am currently endeavoring to apply for. First and foremost, asis often claimed, ones interest is ones best director. I believe that I willdo well what I am really interested in doing. I plan to apply for adegree program in Instructional Technology or Educational Psychology, both ofwhich enjoy unparalleled academic reputation in the world. My application forInstructional Technology is motivated by my strong interest in the applicationof modern science and technology, especially the information technologyrepresented by the Internet, in the field of education and in the nature of aseries of revolutionary changes resulting thereof. Instructional Technology is anew discipline that has emerged as a result of the rapid development of moderncommunication technology since the late 20th century. It has tremendouspotential for development and commercial application. As for my motive inselecting Educational Psychology as another possible area of specialization inmy degree program, it is my long-cherished interest that primarily counts. Onthe other hand, all the accomplished educators since the 1960s have beenwell-versed in psychology. Almost every important new educational theory isderived psychological findings in one way or another so that educationalpsychology has subsequently developed into a fundamental subject for the scienceof education. The tendency in the 21st century is to emphasize on the microresearch of educational activities and against this backdrop educationalpsychology will be attached greater importance. In Instructional Technology, Iwould like to focus on the following studies: how to improve educationalefficiency by applying research results from natural sciences and engineeringtechnology; how to explore the combination and coordination of pedagogicalcontents and to improve teaching methodology by exploiting the theoreticalfindings from psychology and educational science concerning the process ofteaching and learning. In Educational Psychology, I will concentrate on appliedcognition and development, gifted and creative education, genetics and childrendevelopment, personality structure and individual differences and other relatedsubjects.

For me, to shift from economics to education and to pursue an advanceddegree in the United States is not so much a challenge as an opportunity. Atpresent, major reforms are being introduced into virtually every importantaspect of Chinese society. The field of education especially calls forcomprehensive reforms. The United States occupies an absolutely leading positionin the present-day world in education. 01 待人之礼

为了维护合同当事人的合法权益，委托人与受托人双方本着自愿、平等、协商一致的原则，就受托人接受委托人的委托提供自费出国留学中介服务事宜，达成如下协议：

一、服务项目及费用

第一条 委托人申请赴新加坡                        院校外文名称，以英文为准）                     （院校中文名称）留学.

第二条  受托人向委托人提供留学前往国家的咨询、代办入学申请手续等中介服务。

第三条  当申请学生签证成功后，委托人向受托人缴付出国留学中介服务费合计为人民币(大写）                元,或者是等值新元。如果在申请学生签证成功后，委托人需要取消留学，需缴纳委托人40%的中介服务费用。

第四条  受托人提供的服务包括：

1 替委托人在指定的学校报名

2 替委托人申请学生签证

5 帮助委托人熟悉学校环境

6 帮助委托人办理银行卡，易通卡

二、受托人义务

第五条  提供信息

1.受托人承诺向委托人提供的出国留学信息、宣传介绍材料、广告等，内容真实。

2.受托人应当向委托人介绍前往国家的教育制度、留学政策、留学签证政策和申请留学院校的性质、办学资质、入学要求、入学申请程序等基本情况。

4.受托人应当告知委托人申请留学院校的收费项目、收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第六条  申请入学

1.受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。

2.受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

3受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

第七条  办理签证

1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

第八条  其他

1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。

2.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

3.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第九条  委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。
