作为一名新教师，自身的学识相当重要。自从走上教师这一岗位以来，我不断学习，继续学习。学习成为我工作生活中极为重要的一个组成部分。

我积极参加新教师职业技能与职业道德的培训，积极参与县教育局组织的语文优质课比赛。

通过这些途径， 我不断充实自己的头脑，完善自己的教育教学理论，以便在工作中能以先进的理论作为指导，更好地完成教育教学工作。同时，我努力探讨中学语文相关的教学方法，学习同行的先进教学艺术，尽可能地使用多媒体来辅助语文教学。
