During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

一年来，我校坚持“强化基础，突出重点，步步深入”的工作方针，努力从提高认识水平，消除思想误区入手，围绕热点、难点、焦点问题，按照积极拓展公开渠道、规范操作程序、优化运行机制的思路，积极维护教职工和社会各届的知情权和参与权，努力在推进校务公开工作的广度和深度上下功夫。截至今年12月，学校召开校情通报会3次，张贴校情公告80余张，更新校务公开专栏6次，在校园网上发布校务公开内容200余条。

一、加强学习，不断提高对校务公开工作的认识

学校领导集体多次学习学习市教育局《关于做好校务公开工作的意见》，并根据局校务公开工作领导小组的意见，拟定了学校《20xx年度校务公开工作实施方案》。学校从统一领导班子思想着手，利用党政联席会、办公会等多种形式，加强学习，加深理解，并在全体教职工例会中进行了普遍宣传，使校务公开为广大教职工理解和接受，在思想念上实现了“要我公开”到“我要公开”的转变，参与公开、支持公开的自觉性都有了较大提高。许多班级针对部分家长对学校让学生“自愿喝钝净水”、“征订《小学生天地》”和“保险”和做法不甚理解，便主动组织家长会，向家长介绍学校的思考，并阐明学校充分尊重家长主观意观的原则，及时消除了家校之间的隔阂。学校政教处还多次印发《家校共鉴》，幼教部通过《幼儿园快报》的形式，向家长介绍学校在防控甲型h1n1等方面的工作安排，以期取得家长的支持。

二、大力加强对校务公开工作的领导和工作机制建设

我们坚持把制度建设作为校务公开的一项基础性工作来抓。一是坚持教代会制度。今年7月27日和11月28日，学校两次召开了教代会，孔德勇校长作了学校财务报告、学校工作报告，并就学校征地、购置办公笔记本等情况向教职工代表作了报告。二是坚持校情即时报告制。按照“谁负责、谁通报”的原则，要求分管工作的领导，通过教师会、公告栏、校园网等平台，及时将工作进展和工作安排进行公开。三是建立校务公开质量考评制度。积极探索建立有利于促进校公开工作和学校发展的考评制度，把校务公开制度与考勤制度、目标责任制、五项禁令等制度结合起来，做到有对照、有检查，强化了职工的民主意识、服务意识和法律意识。学校还在校内外聘请了19名校务公开监督员，强化了对校务公开的监督工作。

三、进一步抓好校务公开工作的重点工作

一是财务管理公开。包括学校财务预、决算，收入及支出、福利分配方案等。每年度的财务审查工作，学校都设立了审查小组，由学校支部纪检委员，工作主席牵头，由教代会推选代表主审，召开全校教职工大会报告审查结果并在公示栏张榜公布。实行了充分的民主，还了领导一个清白，给了教职工一个明白。

二是人事工作公开。包括职工双向选聘、中层干部的选拔、职称评审、年终考核、评先评优、新进教师资格审查等。通过民意测评和与座谈，学校今年选拔了五名一线教师担任中层干部。对于新进的教师，学校都要由教务处组织说课评课。教师聘任、职称评审更是充分发挥民主，让教师心悦诚服。

三是基建、维修及大宗物资采购的支出公开。学校制定了公开招标评标办法。今年以来，学校在购买办公笔记本电脑的招标过程中，学校纪检委员、教师代表参与了过程的始终，学校进行了几次大型的校舍维修，由学校成立的工程质量小组全程参与，并分别将决算结果和招标过程向全体教师及时公开。

四、大力强化监督管理，推动学校和谐发展

我们始终围绕学校发展这个主题，扎实开展校务公开工作，在推进课程改革，提高教育教学质量，促进学校民主管理，加强反腐倡廉和行风建设工作，推动学校快速、健康发展等方面取得明显的成效。

一是加强权力运作监督制约，促进学校党风廉政建设。学校坚持集体领导、民主决策，坚持“权力在阳光下运行、过程在阳光下运作、结果在阳光下公开”的工作机制，将招待费、旅差费、办公费、大宗物品采购、基建造价预决算等师生关注的问题得以公开，努力构筑源头上预防腐败的防线，从而有效的消除了猜疑，为学校的凝聚了力量。

二是加强学校内部管理，遏制不正之风。学校将学生学杂费、代办费的收费依据、项目、标准、结算情况向学生、家长、社会予以公开，接受社会的监督，并向全体家长作出“正师德师、塑师表形象”十项承诺，使学校杜绝了乱收费等的行为得到了有效的遏制。

三是营造尊师重教良好氛围，促进教学质现上新水平。校务公开的推行，还学校领导一个清白，给师生、家长一个明白，密切了学校与师生、学校与家长的关系，调动了广大教职员工的工作积极性，保证学校内部管理体制改革的各项措施得以顺利实施，在教代会上对学校领导的民主测评优秀率能达95％以上。

校务公开工作作为学校民主管理的一个重要组成部分，在学校管理中起着“言教重于身教”的作用。学校只有在校党支部的领导和监督下，在校工会的参与和支持下，根据上级精神，把校务公开工作与依法治校、依规治教有机地结合起来，把民主管理与规范办学行为统一起来，在学校工作中全面推行校务公开工作，增强民主管理力度，才能赢得老师的支持与信赖，得到家长的理解和支持，凝聚教职工的向心力和战斗力，鼓舞老师的士气和斗志。
