第三，尊重学生。

重视与学生之间的情感交流和培养，在严格管理的同时能尊重学生的学习热情和认知能力，提出与学生自身水平相当的问题，鼓励他们大胆探索，共同提高。

在遵守纪律方面，本人严格遵守学校的各项规章制度，不迟到、不早退、有事主动请假。在工作中，尊敬领导、团结同事，能正确处理好与领导同事之间的关系。平时，勤俭节约、任劳任怨、对人真诚、热爱学生、人际关系和谐融洽，从不闹无原则的纠纷，处处以一名人民教师的要求来规范自己的言行，毫不松懈地培养自己的综合素质和能力。

第四、辅导——面向全体，关注个别。

在课后，我根据不同层次的学生的情况进行相应的辅导，以满足不同层次的学生的不同需求，免了只重视优生忽视后进生的思想和做法。在课后的辅导中我加大了对后进生的辅导力度。我对后进生的辅导，要是学习思想的辅导，解决学生的疑难问题的同时，不断的给予鼓励和支持，让他们认识到学习的重要性和必要性，逐渐培养他们学习的兴趣，事实证明，我的这一做法收到了很好的效果。

总之，教育工作是一项常做常新、永无止境的工作。社会在发展，时代在前进，学生的特点和问题也随着社会的不断发展发生着不断的变化。作为有责任感的教育工作者，必须以高度的敏感性和自觉性，及时发现、研究和解决教育教学工作中的新情况、新问题，掌握其特点、发现其规律，尽职尽责地做好工作，以完成我们肩负的神圣思想品德使命。“学高为师身正为范”、

国际专利许可合同(附英文)

9.3.如果乙方提供的技术资料不符合第六条规定，乙方必须在收到甲方书面通知后30天内免费将所缺的技术资料，或清晰、正确的资料寄给甲方。

9.4.如乙方的技术资料不能按本合同附件二规定的时间交付，乙方则须按下列比例支付罚款给甲方:

(1)迟交1至4周，罚款为合同总价的x%;

(2)迟交5至8周，罚款为合同总价的x％；

(3)迟交超过8周，罚款为合同总价的x%;

9.5.乙方按本条规定被罚款时，并不解除其继续交付技术资料的义务。

9.6.如果动方迟交技术资料6个月以上，甲方有权终止合同。乙方须将甲方已给交付的全部金额，并加年利x％的利息，一并退还甲方。

9.7.由于乙方责任，验收不合格，造成甲方有能正常投产而终止合同时，乙方应退还甲方已经支付给乙方的全部金额，并加年利x％的利息。

9.8.如因乙原因，产品部分性能指标没能达到合同产品的规定时，机具体情况，乙方须按合同总价x％予以赔偿，但是，若因甲方原因产品没能达到性能指标时，甲方应按合同规定支付金部金额。

第十条 保密

10.1.乙方根据本协议所提供的一切图纸、设计、说明书及其他技术资料，甲方均须严格保密;未得到乙方的书面同意，不得以任何方式出售、转让或泄露给任何人，但不包括甲方为生产合同而使用技术资料的雇员。但是，甲方可以向分包合同人提供生产合同产品部件所必须的技术资料，分包人须书面保证对其所得到产技术资料承担严格的保密义务。

10.2.若上述技术资料由乙方或任何第三方部分或全部公开，则甲方对已公开的技术不再承担保密义务。

10.3.本合同终止后，甲方有权使用乙方所提供的专利，即甲方可以继续设计、制造、使用、销售和出口合同产品。

第十一条 侵权

11.1.乙方保证，它是依本合同条款转让给甲方的专利权的合法所有人，在法律上享有向甲方转让专利权的权利。若发生侵犯任何第三者权利的事件，则乙方应对侵权事件负责，并承担由此而产生的全部法律和经济责任。

11.2.本合同附件一列明乙方关于合同产品的专利和专利申清。合同生效后一个月内，乙方将向甲方提供2份专利证书和专利申请的影印本。

第十二条 税费

12.1.凡因履行本合同而发生在甲方国家以外的一切税费，均由乙方负担。

12.2.乙方因履行本合同而在中国境内获得的收入，必须按中国税法纳税。

第十三条 不可抗力

13.1.签约的任何一方，由于战争、严重水灾、火灾、台风、地震以及双方同意的其他不可抗力事故而无法按期执行合同时，则可延长合同的期限，延长期相当于事故所影响的时间。

13.2.受影响的一方应尽快将发生不可抗力事故的情况以电传或电报通知对方，并于此天内以航空挂号邮件将有关当局出具的证明文件提交另一方确认。

13.3如不可抗力事故延续到120天以上，双方应通过友好协商尽快解决合同继续执行的问题。

第十四条 仲裁

14.1.因执行本合同所发生的或与本合同有的一切争议，双方应通过友好协商解决。如经协商仍达不成协议时，则应提交仲裁解决。

14.2.仲裁将在瑞典斯德哥尔摩进行，由斯德哥尔摩商会仲裁院根据该院的章程进行仲裁。

7.市场情况报告

8.宣传广告费用

在本协议有效期内，乙方在上述经销地区所作广告宣传的一切费用，由乙方自理。乙方须事先向甲方提供宣传广告的图案及文字说明，由甲方审阅同意。

9.协议有效期

为促进党务公开工作的规范化发展，我局建立健全了党务公开责任制度、依申请公开制度、党务公开审批制度、党务公开检查考核制度、党务公开意见收集处理反馈制度、党务公开责任追究制度、党务公开资料归档制度等多项制度，使各项制度贯穿于公开前、公开中、公开后的全过程，党务公开工作不断规范。

（二）公开内容全面、真实、具体、合法

坚持把党员、群众关注的热点、焦点、难点问题作为公开的重点，凡是对不涉及党和国家秘密的工作，按有关保密规定可以公开的党内事务原则上都要求进行公开。我局党务公开的内容主要包括：党组织决议、决定及执行方情况，党的思想建设情况，党的组织建设情况，领导班子建设情况，干部选任和管理情况，党风廉政建设情况，联系和服务党员、群众情况等。

（三）公开程序规范、有序、到位

对公开的项目、范围和形式，事先由下属党支部委员会或负责人提出，经局党总支委员会主要责任人对支部委员会提出的公开内容进行审核（重要事项由党组织集体研究决定），经局党务公开领导小组审核同意后，予以公开。对于党内重大决策、重要干部任免和涉及党员、群众切身利益的重大问题等党内事务要采取仅限于党内公开或先党内、后党外的顺序进行公开。对于特别重大、敏感的事项，公开前要经领导班子集体研究确定后，并报上一级党组织审核把关。

（四）公开形式多样

根据不同的公开内容，合理确定公开形式，主要分两种情况：一是适宜在党内公开的内容，主要通过采取召开党内会议、下发文件、通报、公示或内部网络等形式进行公开。

二是适宜向社会公开的内容，主要通过采取党务公开栏、板报以及广播、电视、刊物、党建网站等形式进行公开。

（五）公开时限实行定期与不定期相结合

公开的时间要与公开的内容相适应。对于政策规定、工作制度、工作程序、办事机构等固定内容应长期公开，如遇修订、调整，及时更新；对于一定时期内相对稳定的常规性工作定期公开，一般每半年更换一次，每季度微调一次；对于为民办实事、重要工作落实情况等动态性、阶段性工作，根据进展情况逐段予以公开；对于重大事项及群众关心的热点问题处理情况、重大工作的进展情况、重要事项的办理及落实结果跟踪情况等临时性、应急性工作及时予以公开。总之，充分体现了公开的经常性、动态性、及时性。

三、取得的成效和下步打算

半年来，通过推行党务公开，取得了一定成效，主要表现在：一是保障了党员民主权利，一方面领导干部增强民主意识、转变工作方法；另一方面，也做到了重大事情党内先知道、重要文件党内先传达、重要问题的决定党内先讨论、重大决策的实施党内先发动，保障了党员的知情权、参与权和监督权，调动了党员参与各项事务的主观能动性。二是体现了党员队伍的先进性。党务公开，增强了党员的工作责任心，也激发了党员争当模范的自觉性，从而提高了党组织在群众中的影响力和吸引力。三是融洽党群、干群关系。实行党务公开，用民主的方式推进党的工作，既使群众对党的政策更加了解，更加理解和支持党的工作，增强了党和人民群众的血肉联系，也大大提高了党组织的战斗力和执行力。

为进一步搞好党务公开工作，下步我们将党务公开工作作为一项系统工程，深入、持久、有效地开展。
