20xx年街道办事处政务公开工作，要继续深入贯彻落实国务院《政府信息公开条例》和省、市、区政务公开工作精神，按照统筹规划、突出重点、切合实际、稳步实施的要求，进一步完善公开制度，丰富公开内容，规范公开程序，创新公开形式，加强监督检查，大力推进政务公开工作上新台阶。

一、切实加强政务公开工作的领导

建立健全街党工委领导下的政务公开领导小组、监督小组，指定思想作风正、工作责任心强的工作人员负责公开的具体事务性工作，落实公开信息分管领导把关，主要领导审批制度，及时调整和充实领导小组成员。通过健全政务信息公开组织机构，有组织、有领导、有计划，积极稳妥地推进全街政务信息公开工作。

二、注重落实政务公开工作的实效

四、加强政务公开工作监督检查力度

政务公开自检自查情况汇报

2010年，桃山供水处严格贯彻落实《七台河市推行公用事业单位办事公开制度工作方案》的精神，坚持以人为本，以确保城市供水服务为目标，以用户满意为标准，不断推进办事公开向纵深发展，以务实的工作作风完成了各项办事公开工作任务，并取得了一定的成效，现将我单位如下：

一、主要职能权限和服务范围

职能权限：桃山供水处主要负责所辖区域的水费收缴、水表安装和校验、管网铺设和维修、养护以及对违章用水的稽查。

服务范围：主要负责桃山区所辖区域的企事业单位、洗浴、刷车、商服、学校，以及居民的生产、生活用水。

二、工作标准以及完成情况

2010年是桃山供水处的服务年，为了实现这个工作目标，我们围绕着创造一流企业，实现一流管理，建立一流队伍的工作目标，力求在管理上突破，在效益上争先。制定和完善了企业管理制度，规范和修订了岗位责任制，建立和实施了《优质服务工作制度》、《责任追究制度》以及《公开办事制度》。同时，面向社会公布监督举报电话，对内监督员工的违法乱纪行为，对外接受用户的举报，做到以制度来约束员工的行为，来规范企业的管理。通过这些制度的建立，使桃山供水处的公开办事工作落到实处，使员工的素质和工作水平得到了很大的提高，工作得到了用户的认可。

三、工作人员岗位职责以及行为规范的检查情况

为了树立良好的工作作风，我们首先明确岗位职责。结合各个岗位的工作量和工作要点，具体制定各岗位工作人员的行为规范，明确工作权限，做到不重不漏，职责清晰，责权分明，确保每个岗位的干部能够履行职责。在制定岗位职责时，着重将工作重点与办事公开的内容相结合，与廉政勤政相结合。为了方便用户办事，增加办事透明度，制定了各个部门办事流程，要求各个部门严格按照程序办事，遵照方便用户的目的，把事情办的公正、公平。让用户满意。通过检查和对用户的回访，在工作中每个供水工作人员都能够按照操作规程办事。

四、政务公开内容的执行情况

桃山供水处2010年办事公开的内容主要是用户关心的收费标准、水价、水表安装价格、入户标准、施工质量、维修时限、处理违章用水的程序和法律依据等涉及到用户切身利益的问题。围绕这这些问题我们一是利用网络和单位大厅的显著位置向社会公开水费价格、水表安装价格、处理违章用水的依据、标准、入户标准以及服务标准。对水费收缴依据，违章用水执行的文本进行公开，并公开监督举报电话。二是向主管部门公开企业内部管理制度、特种行业（洗浴业）水费实行优惠的规定等。三是对内部车辆管理、人事调整任免、福利待遇进行公开。今年在所有新入户管网补偿费的收取中我们都按照政务公开的内容将收费组成情况、使用情况向用户进行公示，对一些特殊弱势群体在水价调整中所执行的政策标准进行公示，力求所有涉及到用户费用的内容都做到用户清楚、明白。通过这些公开制度的实行杜绝了人情水、特价水的徇私舞弊现象，打击了违章用水，也使用户详细地了解了关于水费收缴等方面的问题，不但对供水管理政策、法规起到宣传作用，更增加了工作的透明性。

五、对社会承诺服务事项的落实情况

2010年在对社会政务公开公示时，桃山供水处向社会承诺要按章按量按表按价公平、公正的收缴水费，同时对用户报修的漏水、违章用水要在第一时间做出处理，严格执行大漏不过三，小漏不过天的维修时限。如果出现违背承诺的行为对当事人追究失职的责任。经过近一年的监督检查，我单位各个部门都严格执行对社会和用户的承诺，做到了坚持原则，诚信服务，对用户反映的问题都及时做出处理，对漏情都是克服困难按着时限来解决，今年，为了确保老楼居民的吃水，我单位管网处和维修队克服人少等诸多困难，完成了老楼地沟管网改造任务，实现了公开承诺中的保证居民吃上放心水、满意水。

六、以人为本，建立便民服务措施

为了更好地服务用户，我们建立了24小时维修承诺电话，每班都安排至少2人值班，确保发生漏情及时处理。同时微机人员在每个休息日和节假日都安排专人在岗，方便用户及时购水。ic卡表维修人员24小时开机为用户及时处理ic表出现的问题。对于报修用户建立回访制度以及对于临时停水进行上门通知，大面积停水进行电视报纸公示的人性化管理。这些措施不仅提高了工作效率，保证了用户用水，同时提升了企业形象。

七、加强领导，建立监督机制

为了保证政务公开工作的开展我们成立了以总经理任组长，各部门负责人为成员的政务公开领导小组，随时对各个部门的政务公开执行和落实情况进行检查，建立责任追究制，首问负责制，工作问责制。对于违反政务公开有关规定的人员除按制度处理外还要追究部门领导的责任。对于全年出色完成政务公开工作的部门给予一定的奖励。使政务公开作为一项长效机制来推行。

The most remarkable characteristic of Jane Austen as a novelist is her recognition of the limits of her knowledge of life and her determination never to go beyond these limits in her books. She describes her own class, in the part of the country with which she was acquainted; and both the types of character and the events are such as she knew from first-hand observation and experience. But to the portrayal of these she brought an extraordinary power of delicate and subtle delineation, a gift of lively dialogue, and a peculiar detachment. She abounds in humor, but it is always quiet and controlled; and though one feels that she sees through the affectations and petty hypocrisies of her circle, she seldom becomes openly satirical. The fineness of her workmanship, unexcelled in the English novel, makes possible the discrimination of characters who have outwardly little or nothing to distinguish them; and the analysis of the states of mind and feeling of ordinary people is done so faithfully and vividly as to compensate for the lack of passion and adventure. 12 Terms of Payment:

One month prior to the time of shipment the Buyer shall open with the Bank of_______an irrevocable Letter of Credit in favour of the Seller payable at the issuing bank against presentation of documents as stipulated under Clause 18. A. of SECTION II,the Terms of Delivery of this Contract after departure of the carrying vessel. The said Letter of Credit shall remain in force till the 15th day after shipment.

13 Other Terms:

Unless otherwise agreed and accepted by the Buyer, all other matters related to this contract shall be governed by Section II,the Terms of Delivery which shall form an integral part of this Contract.Any supplementary terms and conditions that may be attached to this Contract shall automatically prevail over the terms and conditions of this Contract if such supplementary terms and conditions come in conflict with terms and conditions herein and shall be binding upon both parties.

FOR THE BUYERSECTION 214 FOB/FAS TERMS14.1 The shipping space for the contracted goods shall be booked by the Buyer or the Buyer’s shipping agent __________.

14.2 Under FOB terms,the Seller shall undertake to load the contracted goods on board the vessel nominated by the Buyer on any date notified by the Buyer, within the time of shipment as stipulated in Clause 8 of this Contract.

14.3 Under FAS terms,the Seller shallundertake to deliver the contracted goods under the tackle of the vessel nominated by the Buyer on any date notified by the Buyer, within the time of shipment as stipulated in Clause 8 of this Contract.

14.4 10-15 days prior to the date of shipment, the Buyer shall inform the Seller by cable or telex of the contract number, name of vessel,ETA of vessel, quantity to be loaded and the name of shipping agent, so as to enable the Seller to contact the shipping agent direct and arrange the shipment of the goods. The Seller shall advise by cable or telex in time the Buyer of the result thereof. Should, for certain reasons,it become necessary for the Buyer to replace the named vessel with another one,or should the named vessel arrive at the port of shipment earlier or later than the date of arrival as previously notified to the Seller, the Buyer or its shipping agent shall advise the Seller to this effect in due time.

6. That the LESSOR hereby acknowledges receipt of the sum of Rs.60,000/-(Rupees Sixty Thousand Only) from the LESSEE as FIXED EDPOSIT SECURITY which shall be refunded to the LESSEE on giving back the vacant possession of the DEMISED PREMISES after deduction of damages/shortages outstanding bills for Electricity, Water, Gas and Telephone charges etc, against the DEMISED PREMISES.

THE LESSEE HERBY CONVENANTS WITH LESSOR AS FOLLOWING:

1. To pay to the LESSOR the rent hereby reserved in the manner before mentioned.

2. That the LESSEE shall not at any time during the terms, without the consent in writing of the LESSOR, pull down, damages or make any structure alterations to the DEMISED PREMESES provided always, the LESSEE shall have go write install any fixtures and fittings excluding air-conditioners in the DEMISED PREMESES, to detach and repossess the same subject to the restoration of the DEMISED PREMESES to their original state at his cost (reasonable wear and tear excepted) on the expiry of this lease or any renewal hereof.

6. The LESSEE shall keep and maintain the said premises in good and tenantable conditions during the tenure of the lease.

1. To pay all existing and future rate, taxes assessments and other charges of a public nature whether impose by the Municipality, Government or any other authority in respect of DEMISED PREMISES.

2. Not to erect or set up a building or structure on the DEMISES PREMISES nor to add to any existing building or structure during the period of lease or any renewal without the written consent of the LESSEE.

IT IS HEREBY DECLEAR AND MUTURALLY AGREED BETWEEN THE LESSOR AND LESSEE ANS FOLLWING:=

1. The LESSEE and the LESSOR shall have the right and option to terminate this Lease at any time only after the expiry of the lease period i.e., 24 months, provided they give ONE (1) month notice in advance to either of the parties.
