作为我始终如一的站在酒店行业的服务人员。我的目标和愿景就是能够真正“修炼”成为一名酒店行业的“服务人”。为此，我不断地学习，持续地实践，不断地去领悟“服务”的内涵，追求“服务”之道。

责任

责任，每个人都要有责任。人没有了责任就失去存在的意义。责任是人生的动力，人要想活的精彩，责任是关键。对他人、对公司负责就是对自己负责。如何实现责任，就是正确地去做正确的事，就是坚守岗位，切实履行岗位应尽的职责。

自我管理相对于责任的重要性。只有管理好自我，才能管理好别人，才能实现正确的去做正确的事。

作为店负责人，就要对全店的正常运转负责，对公司负责，对老板负责。 记得在09年初来上海店时，员工数量比目前多3个人，但人浮于事，人均工作效率极其低下。后来根据客房出租率和工作量对岗位、人员重新定位。实践证明，这一举措不仅提高了工作效率，而且大大降低了人力成本，只是作为管理人员要承担更多的角色转换。但为了“责任”，我想这是我们的选择。

进步与不足

其实每个人每天都会通过学习、与人沟通、处理问题、解决矛盾等途径增强能力，获得进步。作为一名酒店管理人员，进步的主要表现是能够更加有效地组织、带领这个团队利用有限的资源为客人提供他们所期望的服务，从而实现社会、公司、顾客和个人的“四维”价值。

当然，个人的进步离不开团队的紧密合作，离不开上级的正确指导，离不开企业的这片土壤。

在现实市场竞争如此激烈的环境下，企业生存和发展的空间逐渐被挤压得两级分化。能够正确地前瞻性地分析市场并给出准确地市场定位，然后通过持续有效地为市场提供优质的服务和产品来确保企业的生存和发展。

作为一名合格的酒店管理人员必须拥有市场、专业、管理等各方面知识、技能；必须具有预测、分析、统筹、决策、沟通、协调等实战能力和技巧；必须具备奉献、服务、团队等企业精神。

三、存在的问题

1、员工素质整体水平不高,特别是缺乏具有专业水平的管理人才,造成管理上的漏洞，服务质量时有低下,服务意识时有淡薄，客人投诉时有发生。

2、营销力度还不够，营销意识欠缺,营销手段单一,固定的客户群体不大。

3、规章制度落实的不够坚决,有随意性和照顾面子的现象。未能真正做到奖勤罚懒,仍然存在着干好干坏一个样的现象。管理机制上还有待于进一步完善。

4、管理费用和营业外费用仍然偏高,成本费用也还有压缩的空间。需要进一步加强成本核算,节支增效。 上述问题的存在主要是领导层缺乏酒店经验，业务技术不够熟练，管理工作没跟上所造成的，在新的一年里要转变观念、加大力度，克服存在问题，使酒店的工作再上一个新的台阶。

四、明年主要工作：

1、全方位加大管理力度，按照酒店的标准，继续完善各种规章制度，工作流程,逐步建立起以“制度管人”和以“工资拉开档次”为主要内容的奖罚激励管理机制。

2、加大培训力度，采取走出去请进来的办法进一步对广大员工进行在岗训练。个别中层骨干还要有计划的外派培训学习。同时要举行岗位大练兵,每月每季进行考核考试，以竞赛活动树立岗位标兵，巩固业务技能,提高服务质量。

3、准确定位，转变观念，加大营销力度。根据不同季节制定营销计划。注意稳定老客户，发展新客源。重新整合营销队伍,建立起以专业营销人员为主、动员全员进行营销的大营销网络。并建立起相应的奖励机制,限度地调动每一个人的工作积极性。

4、注意加强对设施设备的维护保养;认真抓好防火、防盗、防食物中毒、防车辆事故的安全防犯工作;充分发挥酒店党团组织和工会的作用,限度地调动每一个员工的工作积极性。
