财务工作是酒店经营中的一项非常重要的工作，为此,财务部门注意认真做好财务分析和核算。确保每一个数据和财务资料的准确、真实、及时、完整、可靠，使酒店领导能及时了解酒店的经营情况，针对收入及成本费用率合理确定资金的使用,制定酒店的经营方向。同时还积极做好应收帐款的结帐工作，派出专人配合营销部上门要帐，保证了酒店收入的及时变现,保障了酒店生产经营的正常运行。

减少费用就是增加利润。增收固然很重要，但节支同样必不可少。酒店号召全体员工都要把自己当作开来的主人，树立以店为家的思想，让大家从节约一滴水、一度电开始，除了客人使用以外，做到人走灯灭，水管用完及时关掉，平时注意维护各种设施设备，发现问题及时报修，不因为无人管理而造成酒店的能源浪费。

3、后厨照明控制系统的整改、新装和排风装置;空调供电、制冰等系统;

5、酒店广播系统安装;

6、客房电源线路检查高速多处;

7、新增桑拿供水计量装置;

8、改装桑拿喷淋泵供电控制系统;

9、新装洗浴中心消防应急照明及消防标示系统。

七、关心广大员工生活，努力营造一个团结和谐、健康向上的工作环境
