从20xx年2月21日市局党组确定筹建酒店至4月16日正式开业，其间只有短短的4天时间，在酒店一无所有的情况下,员工需要招聘,物品需要采购,各项规章制度及工作流程需要建立。面对这些方方面面的大量准备工作,加之筹建人员又缺乏经验，可以说是时间紧，任务重,人员少。能否按时开业，像一块石头压在酒店领导的心上，但又毫不犹豫的达成了共识，市局党组的决定就是命令，时间再紧，任务再重，一定要坚决按时完成。为此饭店领导一班人积极动脑筋想办法，认真研究领会筹备方案，并带领临时招聘来的几个人员加班加点，夜以继日的开展工作。

首先成立了筹建领导小组，先后四次召开小组会议，研究制定了筹建工作方案;研究制定了采购物品计划;研究制定了临时用工人员招聘和培训方案;制定了临时用工人员的工资标准;制定了当前一个时期的工作重点和工作思路。并将这些工作分阶段制定出时间进度表,逐日抓落实,保障酒店的按时开业,得到了省市局领导的好评。

三、加强人员的素质培训，努力提高服务质量。

为了培养酒店的企业文化，增强企业的凝聚力，同时向外界展示酒店的企业形象，培养酒店员工爱国主义和爱护酒店的情操。酒店于12日2日举行了*大酒店的第一次升旗仪式;成立了酒店党支部;创刊了酒店的报纸《之窗》;年终举行了酒店职工的迎新年联欢会活动，使酒店员工体会到了酒店如同一个大家庭的温暖,促进了酒店的人文化建设。

八、存在的问题

1、员工素质整体水平不高,特别是缺乏具有专业水平的管理人才,造成管理上的漏洞，服务质量时有低下,服务意识时有淡薄，客人投诉时有发生。

2、营销力度还不够，营销意识欠缺,营销手段单一,固定的客户群体不大。

3、规章制度落实的不够坚决,有随意性和照顾面子的现象。未能真正做到奖勤罚懒,仍然存在着干好干坏一个样的现象。管理机制上还有待于进一步完善。

4、管理费用和营业外费用仍然偏高,成本费用也还有压缩的空间。需要进一步加强成本核算,节支增效。

上述问题的存在主要是领导层缺乏酒店经验，业务技术不够熟练，管理工作没跟上所造成的，在新的一年里要转变观念、加大力度，克服存在问题，使开来酒店的工作再上一个新的台阶。
