二、广布信息，开展各类招标活动，对各类设备、用品、材料选样及机器设备选型，并签定合约

在上述主体工程如火如荼进行同时，各类设备、用品及材料选样及机器设备的选型也紧锣密鼓地开展。在与王宾董事长及合作方相关领导沟通下、辅以自身多年酒店行业经验，进行选样定型。在供货商的选定上，采取招标办法，在招标过程中，严格坚持了公正、合法、平等竞争、诚实信用的原则，坚持了资格审查，实地考察，小组审议，上报批准的工作程序与供货商签定合约。目前中央空调、厨房设备、绿化工程、燃气工程、客房门锁、清洁机器、员工服装、客房用品等一系列合同已签定，共计合约50份，合同总额达1802.6万元。(附已签合同明细表)

三、确立人员编制、架构，分步有序进行人员招聘，保证人员储备，加强人员培训

年8月，酒店确立全体人员编制为307人。结合酒店特点搭建组织架构，制定人员工资标准体系。目前亚洲海湾大酒店确立为总经理领导下的各部门相互分工合作的有机整体。在人员的招聘上，为确保各项工作高效进行，节约控制人力成本，海湾大酒店采取分步有序，逐步到位的办法进行人员的招聘。对于职位缺口较大的部门，采取了多种的招聘方法来尽快补足，除了人才市场招聘、劳动力市场招聘外，还通过网上发布招聘信息，请劳动职业介绍所帮忙发布信息和推荐人员，通过劳动局关系和同行协助寻找和推荐酒店所需的人才等方式，目前酒店到职人员共222人，主要为：行政办7人，财务部28人，前厅部32人，管家部36人，餐饮部36人，营销推广部9人，人力资源部5人，厨房31人，采购部3人，工程部10人，保安部25人。以上数据未包含年元旦后入职的部分员工和已经落实的四十名实习生。

目前与与酒店签定“校企合作协议”的大中专院校有“天津商学院”、“厦门南洋学院”和“海峡工贸学校”等三所。实习期从年1月3日至年6月30日止。本批实习生都是经过人力资源部挑选和相关部门面试，从中挑选的，基本上都达到了酒店培训的要求。在所有实习生入店实习后，人力资源部除了作好完善的食宿、津贴及工作安排外，还将与每位实习生签定“实习协议”，用以保证我们酒店实习生的稳定性。现在南洋学院和海峡工贸的学生已经来我酒店开始实习了。酒店现有的员工人数已经达到编制(307人)的85%左右，已经能够保证酒店试营业的员工数量，除了管家、餐饮和工程等三个部门因酒店是逐步开业而不需要按编制全部到位外，其他部门的员工均已达到部门人员总数的96%以上。接下来，由于已经临近年关，人力资源部主要通过知会同行，了解过后一些高星级酒店欲跳槽的人员的去向，为我们酒店所需人员做好后备人选。

为了能够跟上酒店进行试营业时新入店员工的培训，海湾大酒店着手开展了两次共八节培训课，对所有已入店员工进行系统的培训，培训内容涉及：酒店软件和硬件的介绍、酒店的仪容仪表规范、礼貌礼仪的重要性、酒店英文、个人素养、职业道德、消防安全知识及全员销售技巧等，不仅从全方位加强了员工对酒店的认识和拓展知识面，也大大提高了员工的工作积极性。

四、规范管理，完成建章立制，实现办公电子化

经过近半年的努力，亚洲海湾大酒店已制定一套比较完整的管理制度、岗位责任制以及操作流程。全面完成中餐、西餐、大堂吧的标准成本菜单核算。全面清查酒店资产，建立一套完整的资产实物台帐及制度，保证酒店资产的安全。完成财务后台电脑软件的初始化工作，保证电脑建帐使用的稳定性。

五、确立市场定位，加强营销推广，开展市场调查，提高酒店知名度，

随着旅游经济的复苏，厦门星级酒店逐步完善与增多，并陆续有国际品牌酒店进驻，厦门酒店行业面临严峻的市场竞争，

根据本酒店情况，确定酒店的市场定位为商务旅游度假酒店，客源定位为跨国企业、外资企业、大型企业、政要客人、本地公司及海外公司等层次与消费能力高的群体。为做到“知已知彼，百战不殆”酒店组织营销人员开展对周边区域的市场调查、上门拜访与洽谈沟通，对环岛内高级写字楼及各家国际旅行社与网络订房中心商谈合作。目前已签协议单位有419家，旅行社56家。

通过开展对各大型企业、跨国集团、外资企业、上市公司的重点销售回访，得到反馈信息有：亚洲海湾大酒店定位五星级酒店较合理，房价也可以接受，地理环境得天独厚，适合接待高级客人。别墅型酒店在厦门少有，较有吸引力。旅行社及网络订房对亚洲海湾大酒店也非常感兴趣，已有多家旅行社来参观酒店并表示满意，以后将把日本、韩国、欧美等国团队安排亚洲海湾酒店。这说明各企业、旅行社对酒店的期望值较高，将酒店定位为高档、集商务、休闲一体商务旅游度假酒店的思路是正确的。

时至今天,来到丰大国际已经一年有余了。

依然记得那时初入丰大时的心情,崭新的行业，崭新的酒店。对于当时的我来说，酒店是陌生的，富丽堂皇的，也是在那之前的我甚至都很少能接触到的。心怀着忐忑的心情，带着好奇和兴奋开始了我在丰大国际礼宾员的工作。因为其工作特性，使我很快的融入并熟悉了新的环境，在打消初来酒店不安心情的同时，也从新的集体中体会到了家的感觉。见识且学到了丰大国际“顽强,勤俭.正气.博大“的精神和理念，并让我受用终身!

在逐渐适应且熟练了礼宾部的工作后，张总把我调岗至前台!这是一份完全在我能力和学历之外的工作，但还未还得及作过多的思考，就紧锣密鼓地投入到前台缜密且紧张得工作氛围之中。一遇闲时，便会扪心自问，能不能、行不行?

当然，亦如此类的自问自答也只局限在遐想之中...

所谓”师父领进门，修行在个人“，能力卓越的师父将前台工作的精髓教与我，而我也在师父的督促下完成了一个月的"领进门"，即将面临的则是"个人修行"!

于是，错误不如人愿的来了...

年，可以说整个上半年，我都是在惶惶不可终日里度过。出错的频率、影响及程度，把我深深得活埋。大错小错，并没有考虑我能否接受，接二连三的发生着。带来的后果，虽然不至于惨重，却也将我摧残的遍体鳞伤!!!

一开始，我只认为是操作技能还不够熟练、是不是还有没学透彻的知识，就再向同事们请教，但是可想而知，事情远远没有自己想象得那麽简单。其次，那段时间身体本来就不够理想，又时常饮酒，整天浑浑噩噩地挣扎着，也想过是不是因为这样才导致工作拖沓不前，于是把酒戒了...有时候因为账目不清晰、工作交接不够清楚，下班后电话的铃声犹如梦魇般时常萦绕在耳畔，在饭时、在睡时，总是不期而至。甚至那段时间都怀疑自己是否患上了这方面的“综合征”,于是，干脆的、顺理成章的换了手机...

呵呵，可病因根本不在这，做这些也不过只是徒劳而已

曾想过要以能力不足和压力太大为借口，找领导申请重返礼宾部，试图藉此改变这差强人意的一切，回头想想即使真回去了，除了工作不同还有什么区别呢，更何况也让对我寄予期待的领导和同事们会作何感想的?未愈的身体开始提醒着我，难道要这样一直混下去，这又只是我该做出来的事情麽?

在我以为这一切不会有转机的同时，自己也等待着改变。我不想停滞不前，不想因为自己成为害群之马，不想拖整个团队的后腿，不想自己对自己失望!!!我还想进步...

在经理和同事们的用心良苦下，我终于如醍醐灌顶得醒悟，改变得靠自己、心态和细节!

意识到了问题的所在，最重要的就是执行了。当然我只是笨，但不见得懒。经过一段时间的见贤思齐、数省吾身以后，效果也日渐明显。把每个人都当做是自己的镜子，弥补自身的不足!与之前同样的工作不但遭到了更快捷的方法，而且也极大的减少了出错率，同样的步骤和结果也不会因省一秒而又费三分的再去返工了。自己也明白了当事情一出现后，首先最不应该做的就是纠结在是谁出犯的错误，而是分析问题的逻辑性、严重性，然后马上处理。也知道工作就像“扁鹊行医“，不是怎样完美的处理问题，而是能杜绝此类问题的再次出现，将其扼杀在孳生病根的摇篮里!同样也不会因为明知道只是很小问题，而与顾客、与同事争执!从身心到工作，再至周围的一切都有了焕然一新的改变。不但重燃了我对工作的信心也提高了兴趣，同时也对生活更加充满了激情!!!
