出现不可抗力事件时，知情方应及时，充分地向对方以书面形式发通知，并告知对该类事件对本合同可能产生的影响，并应当在合理期限内提供相关证明。

由于以上所述不可抗力事件致使合同的不能履行或延迟履行，则双方于彼此间不承担任何违约责任。

第11条争议的解决及适用法律

如双方就本协议内容或其执行发生任何争议，双方应进行友好协商;协商不成时，任何一方均可向有管辖权的当地人民法院提起诉讼。

本协议的订立，执行，解释及争议的解决均应适用中国法律。
