五、乙方应保证其翻译稿件质量：忠实原文、译文准确;语句通顺、全文流畅。甲方应理解以下可能出现的情况：翻译中存在可译与不可译、两种语言中没有意义绝对相同的两个词、同一语言中没有意义绝对相同的词，以及各语言或同一语言中表达方式的无限多样性等问题，因而翻译总有偏失等现象;作为译者，应该尽可能减少这种偏失，甲方不能因对某些词的择取而拒稿，任何争议，双方应以商讨方式解决。

六、乙方遵守翻译职业道德，对其译文的准确性和对内容的保密性负责，(还可根据需要签订详细的保密协议)不负与此文件有关联的任何其他责任。不管甲方的商业利润如何，乙方均有权获得翻译费。

七、结款方式及翻译价格以客户委托单为准。

八、乙方需按规定日期将相关背景资料及译文文本完整归还甲方。??

九、如因甲方原因推迟提供给乙方翻译稿件或翻译的相关资料时间，受到的损失由甲方承担。

十、如甲方原稿修改，而需乙方对译文作相应修改，根据修改程度酌量收取改稿费，或在收取原稿翻译费后，对修改稿按单价重新计费。如补充翻译，则另行收费。对于原稿以其它方式订稿，即不以原文的形式订稿，需进行重新核查或修改的，应根据程度收取费用。

十一、甲乙双方在合作过程中，如遇问题，应经过友好协商解决。

甲方保证乙方使用其译文的信息不构成对第三方任何权利的侵犯，同时甲方保证其签订，履行本合同不构成对第三方的违约或对第三方任何权利的侵犯，亦不会使乙方的所有者对任何第三方承担任何责任。

因甲方提供译文造成的对任何第三方的侵权，包括但不限于侵犯第三方的着作权，由甲方负责解决。

第7条期限

本合同有效期为_________，即自_______年______月______日起至_______年______月______日止。合同到期后自行终止。

第8条违约责任

任何一方不履行，不完全履行，不适当，不及时履行本合同，另外一方有权要求对方按约定履行本合同或解除本合同，并要求对方赔偿相应的损失。

任何一方由于不可抗力导致不能履行，不能完全履行本合同，就受不可抗力影响部分不承担违约责任，但法律另有规定的除外，受不可抗力影响的一方应及时通知对方，以减轻可能给对方造成的损失，并应当在合理期限内提供相关证明。

第9条保密

未经甲方许可，乙方不得向第三方泄露本合同的条款的任何内容以及本合同的签订和履行情况，以及通过签订和履行本合同而获知的对方及对方关联公司的任何信息。

乙方按照甲方的要求提供保密措施。

第1条不可抗力

不可抗力是本合同双方不能合理控制，不可预见或即使预见亦无法避免的事件，该事件妨碍，影响或延误任何一方根据合同履行其全部或部分义务。该事件包括但不限于政府行为，自然灾害，战争或任何其它类似事件。

出现不可抗力事件时，知情方应及时，充分地向对方以书面形式发通知，并告知对该类事件对本合同可能产生的影响，并应当在合理期限内提供相关证明。

由于以上所述不可抗力事件致使合同的不能履行或延迟履行，则双方于彼此间不承担任何违约责任。

第11条争议的解决及适用法律

如双方就本协议内容或其执行发生任何争议，双方应进行友好协商;协商不成时，任何一方均可向有管辖权的当地人民法院提起诉讼。

本协议的订立，执行，解释及争议的解决均应适用中国法律。

第12条其它

(1)其他未尽事宜，由双方协商解决。

(2)本协议一式二份，双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。

(3)本协议的注解，附件，补充协议为本协议组成部分，与本协议具有同等法律效力。

(4)双方之间的任何通知均按本协议落款处的联系方式进行，如联系方式发生变化，应立即通知对方。

(5)协议自双方签字或盖章之日起生效。

在年后的日子，为了能充分将所学的知识转化为工作能力，为了能更好地了解自我，锻炼自身的社会活动能力，了解社会现实，为明年毕业、就业做好准备。今年暑期我在南阳金牛电器有限公司进行了为期三周的实习。

南阳金牛电气有限公司成立于20xx年，总投资20xx万元，占地面积20xx0平方米，河南省高新技术企业，专业生产防雷避雷电气产品，产品主要有金属氧化物电阻片、氧化锌避雷器、高能电阻器、压敏电阻器、跌落式熔断器、复合绝缘子、隔离开关等。

从3月12日到4月12日，我进行了为其4周的实习，我与其他八位同学一起来到公司实习，我们八人组每天早上基本上都能够提前10分钟到达公司。每天早上9点钟上班，开始了一天忙碌的工作，中午有一个小时的午休，下午5点整下班。实习期间主要负责翻译资料填写表格。

第一周，主要是认识公司，经理对我们进行了培训，向我们介绍了公司的主要业务和文化生活。我们了解到公司是一个主要对国内外营销TFT-LCD的贸易公司。我们在工作时间认真完成工作;在休息时间与公司的人员多沟通交流，通过一周的实习，我基本上适应了公司的环境。而公司人员都非常支持我们的工作，提供了忠实的意见与宝贵的机会来提升锻炼我们的能力，而正是这些信任给了我们进步的压力与动力，让我们有了紧迫感。

我被分到了人力资源部，第一天就接到了翻译“SGS的焊工资格认证书的任务”，这对我来说是一个艰巨的任务，因为里面的专业术语太多，而且很多是缩略语，需要到网上查阅大量的资料才能确定如何翻译。而且有些词是有两种意义的，例如：NA，它一方面可以表示“无”，另外也可以表示“国家级的”，两种意思差别巨大，而且无上下文可以联系进行判断。最终，在翻阅大量资料后，我确定NA是无的意思。所以我觉得要更优质、更高效地完成工作必要的工具书是不可或缺的。

因此我充分意识到了，虽然在学校里学了很多英语单词掌握了英语语法与常用术语，但是对专业英语词汇以及用法却知之甚少，所以工作之余要下很大的功夫熟悉这方面的术语并且向朋友借了一本专业翻译词典。

我们工作的时候应该认真仔细，要知道稍微的疏忽可能会给公司带来巨大的损失。所以工作的时候尽量与别人合作。例如，翻译工作，难免会发生错误，所以我会请别人校正，以保证准确无误的完成工作。

作为一名实习生我们首先要端正心态，心态决定这我们的工作状态，不要认为“我们还是学校的学生”，就可以做好做坏无所谓，上班可以迟到，有事没事可以经常请假。应该把自己看成该单位的试用期员工，这样有利于我们未来的就业，达到实习目的。

我觉得做事应当先学会做人。我们应该与同事形成一种良好的关系，互帮互助。当在地上发现垃圾，或者有谁的东西掉到地上时，应当主动地捡起啦。上下班的时候帮助同事们开关门窗，检查用电情况，这都是我们实习生应当做的。不论实习工作是否对口，我们都应当努力去做，我想任何的工作都会是我们将来工作的一部分，去填写表格文件，处理文字资料我们都应当认真对待。在实习中，我经常帮助大家做些电脑方面的事情。这或许就是一种主动积极的做事方法。

作为单位的新人，我们对业务往往不熟，甚至还会出错。例如：一次填写表格，我的确是按要求把“居住在公司宿舍的人”的居住地址写成大同路，但我却没有注意居住在其他宿舍的不能写成大同路，犯了一次小错误。所以我们一定要虚心请教，避免犯些错误。向人请教还有一点好处，就是他们的工作经验会是你少走很多弯路，例如我在做一个表格的时候，欣欣自喜，因为我觉得我年轻，做那种表格会比别人快很多，结果我累了一上午，终于把表格做好，却发现他们在审阅的时候用了另外一种方法。我一直在旁边看着，我觉得这是工作中的一种学习与收获。

我第一天就因为坐得久了或者不习惯这里的生活而感到疲倦，有点坐着不耐烦。但是过了几天，我慢慢的开始习惯了这种办公室的生活。现在在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些英语方面的资料，有时候和大家谈谈，感受办公室的生活，积累工作经验。我觉得这次实习对我影响最大的就是让我在工作实践中领悟到了工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要性，以及让我体会到了工作的生活。

半个月的实习生活，使我真正体会到作为一名办公室工作人员的忙碌生活。

虽然我的事情并不多，但我的同事们不停地在工作，中午只有一个小时的时间休息，有时候还要主动加班。甚至有一天公司停电，同事们还要处理、装订文件。办公室的生活其实是很忙碌的，并不像我以前想的那样悠然自得，不用去做什么累人的体力活。
