我是来自初20xx级九班的。非常感谢老师和同学们给我机会让我站在这里与来自全校各班的精英们一起竞选校团委干部一职。竞选只是一个过程，竞选成功才是我最终的目标，但初衷却是那不变的信念——给同学们带来更多的便捷，为大家提供更多的帮助。

首先，我觉得我不是在竞争一个职位，而是在争取一个可以让自己努力的机会，—个能为别人做点什么的平台。 我认为自己很适合担任校团委的工作。我有着一颗负责任的心和对工作的热爱，勇于走上这个讲台参加竞选。一向热爱集体、乐于助人的我，怀着锻炼自己、服务师生的目的，让我毫不犹豫的选择了校团委这个大舞台，在这个舞台上，我将会把握自己、展示自己、实现自己。

同时，我也明白，作为一名优秀的校团委成员必要的素质：待人正直，公正办事。在学习和工作中严于律己、宽以待人、乐于助人、团结同学。以自身的素质、形象和人格魅力去影响和带动全体同学。虽然我可能不一定是最好的人选，但我自信，我是一个愿付出最大努力的人。上学期， 我担任班级的宣传委员，并通过竞聘担任班级的班长一职，也算得上积累了相当多的管理经验，具备了一定的管理能力和沟通能力。从而也让我深深的体会到了奉献与责任的含义。

加入校团委，既是一种荣誉，更是一种责任。我知道这条路上有许多挑战，但我自信我有能力担起这副担子，因为我的热情，我的毅力，我实事求是的工作态度。如果我成功当选，我将以良好的精神状态，大胆地管理校团委事务，让校团委体现出其价值与意义，让校团委成为学校、老师和同学之间沟通心灵的一座桥梁，让我们的校园生活更加丰富多彩。

我叫，是医学院专业的学生，在学校学习了丰富的知识，注重实践能力的培养，获得了医学学士学位。

本人工作方面：做事勤奋诚恳，自信上进，喜欢交往，致学以用。在学习方面：专业基础扎实，虚心，好学钻研，努力提高自身素质，善于接受新鲜事物，善于学习新兴技术和新的方法。心理方面：自我调节能力较好，有耐受。个人亲和力较好，善于沟通和交流。

对于医学，我有着深厚的感情。学医五年，我被这一门学科深深地迷住了，细读医理，不禁酣畅雀跃，精研医案，往往拍案叫绝，掩卷沉思，常感豁然开朗之妙，临床印证，时有立竿见影之功。

在追求知识的同时，我努力完善自己的人格。在别人眼中，我工作勤恳，为人坦诚，思想活跃，吃苦耐劳，维护集体利益，有敬业精神，与人为善，尊重他人。我深深懂得有高尚的道德观和完美人格的重要性，我也深信自己能做得更好。

我叫-x，是本科应届毕业生，就读于浙江财经学院，所学专业是信息管理与信息系统。

大学期间，我担任班长一职，经常组织班级活动，培养了良好的人际交往能力。同时，在学校里，我又积极参加各种活动，在浙江省电子商务竞赛中，我所在的队伍的作品获得的优异的成绩。另外，我没有放松课程的学习，曾获得了校社会工作奖学金和优秀学生二等奖学金。大二的暑假期间，我在联通公司市场部实习了一个月，主要负责联通套餐服务的产品介绍。

我的性格是沉着冷静类型的，做事耐心，而且具有团队精神，个人十分推崇的的一句话是“细节决定成败”

感谢学校能给我这次争取进修研究生的机会，也非常荣幸能够在这里和各位老师面对面的交流。首先请允许我做个自我介绍，梁伟超，河北沙河人，本科阶段主修市场营销专业。除了具有比较强的逻辑思维和系统思维能力，过去的一年多时间，通过参加创业计划竞赛，对管理专业的知识掌握比较熟练。有信心能够胜任研究工作。

之所以读研究生，主要基于以下三点原因，一是对管理学的浓厚兴趣，希望能够做一些更深入的研究;一是为实现咨询师的梦想，需要更深层次地自我发展。二是实践的需要，立志在三年研究中建立一套属于自己的全方位管理模式，用于指导中小企业(尤其是家族企业)的管理提升。
