当南京艺术学院专业考试分数下来，全省第五名的成绩也并没有给我带来喜悦。我还是在学习，在练琴，一丝一毫都不敢懈怠。老师说：你文化课成绩已经不错了，为什么还要搞艺术?同学说：你的小提琴水平早已通过了中国音乐学院8级考试，为什么还要练琴直到深夜呢?我不知道应该如何回答，只知道必须努力，甚至竭尽全力。为了梦想，为了能够步入大学的殿堂。

本班是双语特色班级,幼儿皆已经过一年多的英语学习,实践证明：让孩子在语言发育时期就接触英语，同时运用英语和汉语表达自己的思想，对孩子的语言发展有很大好处，幼儿园英语特色教学计划。根据本班幼儿特点,我们制定了如下的专题计划.以达到专题实施的最佳效果:

一、选择多种多样的教学方法，提高幼儿英语的兴趣。

俗话说兴趣是最好的老师。幼儿园英语教育是一种启蒙，要把重点放在学习英语的兴趣上，如果幼儿对英语感兴趣，他在学习的过程中就会表现出一种积极的情绪，孩子会主动融入到活动中。反之，如果只是追求单词句子数量的多少，那会倒了孩子的胃口，孩子会处于一种消极状态。因此，在实际教学活动中，我们选取合适的教学方法，提高幼儿学英语的兴趣。

1、故事教学法。

故事对学龄前幼儿具有极大的吸引力，它情节生动活泼，内容极富发性和趣味性，例如在故事中,先为孩子们讲一个兔妈妈要去买菜，要兔宝宝在家等候，却来了一只大灰狼要兔宝宝开门，兔宝宝发现是大灰狼，一齐将大灰狼赶跑的故事，在讲述中，将Come in,please. Go out.穿插其中，孩子们对此非常感兴趣，在不知不觉中，竟然全部掌握，且印象极深。又如：在教单词turnip时，我在引入时先说Imarabbit,Imveryhungry,Iwantsomethingtoeat.在这个情节引入后，幼儿复习各种已学过的食物单词，教师还是很饿，Imstillhungrynow时，巧妙地出示了食物萝卜引出新的单词turnip的学习，在老师的引导下引出《拔萝卜》，使幼儿与老师共同参与，自然学习新的知识。

2、情景教学法。

幼儿的语言能力是在实际运用过程中发展起来的，应创设各种有意义真实的情景，使他们想说、会说、喜欢说。语言的习得与周围环境息息相关。英语的学习是一种自然习得式的学习，而不是一种教学式的学习。语言的学习不只是学习几个单词，更重要的是运用语言和别人交往。因此，教师要以幼儿园为主体，从他们的兴趣出发提供一系列丰富的教学法情境，让幼儿园通过自由活动听来理解语言，在使用中学习语言。还有医院、餐厅、发廊等,通过玩角色游戏，幼儿所学语言在游戏中得到巩固，练习。久而久之，培养了幼儿的英语思维能力和运用能力，并解决了那种学时才用，平时放置脑后，容易遗忘的弊病。

3、游戏教学法。

曾经有一位教育家说过这样一句话：话小孩子生来是好动的，是以游戏为生命的。的确，游戏是幼儿最喜欢的形式之一。玩是孩子的天性，符合幼儿天性好动的特点。。游戏能激起幼儿学英语的兴趣，密切师生间的关系，提供幼儿充分运用语言的机会，调动学习积极性，将知识融于游戏中，让幼儿在情趣盎然的游戏中练习所学知识。也在不知不觉中掌握了知识。更重要是感受到学习英语的乐趣。因此，幼儿园英语活动应尽量游戏化，寓教育于游戏，让幼儿在游戏中轻轻松松学英语。如：户外体育游戏《老狼，老狼，几点钟》，这个游戏是幼儿熟悉而喜欢的。于是，我把游戏改为Wolf,wolf,whatcanyoudo?是请一位幼儿当老狼，其它是小羊，幼教文案《幼儿园英语特色教学计划》。小羊问Wolf,wolf,whatcanyoudo?老狼回答，Icaneat.然后开始追逐小羊。幼儿在他们原有的游戏经验的基础上，轻松愉快的习得了英语，学会了句型Whatcanyoudo?Icanjump/run...锻炼了英语听说能力，在玩中学习并得到发展。在这种情况下幼儿觉得学习英语好玩，从而为往后的学习打下了良好的基础。

4、引入竞争机制，激发幼儿参与活动的热情。

任何一种活动形式，时间久了，孩子就会厌倦。冷漠的情绪会使活动效果大打折扣，引入竞争机制，这一难题迎刃而解。竞争能激活幼儿潜在的支力，能激起幼儿的进取心。幼儿好胜心强，大都不甘落后，所以在设计活动时，运用竞争机制，并配以各种形式的奖励，以表示对胜利者的赏识，对进步者的鼓励。有时是几句鼓励的话语--Good!/Verygood!/Clever!/Excellent!.....有时是一朵小红花、一颗小星星......孩子们在热闹的气氛中，你追我赶，学英语的兴趣越来越浓。

当然，调动幼儿学英语的积极性的教学方法还很多，如：谜语法、儿歌法、顺口溜法、歌曲法、形象教学法、肢体语言教学法等多种方法，我根据教学参考书及自己的工作经验，在教学中灵活运用，交互作用，让孩子们的思维活跃起来，让孩子们的语言活跃起来，孩子们始终对英语保持着浓厚的兴趣，上英语课成为他们最快乐的事。

二、创设多层次的课外语言学习环境，充分发挥环境的教育作用。

实践证明，英语教学仅仅靠孩子每天20分钟的学习是不够的，因为这样的学习只能让孩子掌握零星的单词，达不到学英语的目的。因此，教师应着力营造良好的语言学习环境，使英语教学深入到一日常规的各个环节。

首先，要坚持不懈的运用日常用语，将日常生活与教学内容紧密联系起来。在生活中，将双语生活情境贯穿幼儿一日生活中，抓住一切机会与幼儿进行交流，努力消除上课与生活的界限，不断丰富幼儿的语言，使生活与教学连接起来，打破固定情境对幼儿英语发展约束的认识界限，使他们在生活情境中自如地运用英语，让他们学得无意，学得随意，学得乐意。

其次，创设物质情境，激发幼儿主动学习英语。

在幼儿英语学习中，语言环境起着非常重要的作用，因此，要有计划、有目的地设置安排一定的情景画面、活动工具和动手材料。在观察、操作中引发他们对英语的反应和使用。如：墙面设置，它是幼儿园环境布置中最大最为醒目的画面。它如同一幅大的广告，浓缩了教育内容和目的，还渗入了思想道德教育，给幼儿以直接的刺激和潜移默化的影响。又如英语活动角，它是一个让幼儿通过对实物、图片、头饰等物品的摆弄和操作，在游戏中运用英语的一个区域。十分吸引孩子，孩子们只要一有空，就会主动地指读单词，或是拿起指偶，两两结伴玩语言游戏，愉快地游乐于英语语言一气氛中。

三、家园配合，帮助幼儿学好英语。

孩子们在幼儿园学习的英语需要在家庭中不断强化，才能使他们完全掌握，家园配合帮助幼儿学习英语有着非常重要的作用。幼儿不仅仅要在幼儿园多听、多说、多联习，在家也应该坚持天天听、天天说。只有家园配合得好，孩子掌握英语，运用英语的能力才能不断提高。

骄傲的说：我是90后90后，一个充满争议的字眼。纷乱的网络上，经常看到有人骂我们脑残，还有人说我们非主流sb。说我们只会玩qq空间，只会劲舞团，说我们不好好写字，造什么火星文，不思上进，没有出息。

我不是想挑起什么争论，我只是想骄傲的对全世界说：我是90后我们是90后的年青人，我们有个性，我们张扬胆大，我们自尊心强，有自信，我们敢于夸张的表达对于这个世界上的人与物的爱和憎。

我们在这个社会处于最低层，我们上面有家长、老师，我们下面只有土地里的亡魂，我们在这个社会中处于夹心层，我们几乎没有任何话语权，我们的言论不被大人们重视，我们只能在网络上心情挥洒着自己的心扉，说自己想说的话，做自己想做的事。

非主流这个字眼，最早也是网络上那些大人造出来的。我们觉得这个词很合适，的确，我们从来就在这个主流的社会没有自己的立足之地。非主流，很确切的一个词，非主流就是张扬个性、另类、非大众化，不盲从当今大众的潮流，讲究符合自己心性的服装 、衣着、言行。

其实，回想一下，在中国，有非主流现象的出现也是很正常的啊。不要老是批评我们，美国20世纪60年代，曾经出现过嬉皮士现象。

1960年代和1970年代反抗习俗和当时政治的年轻人。嬉嬉皮士不是一个统一的文化运动，它没有宣言或领导人物。嬉皮士用公社式的和流浪的生活方式来反应出他们对民族主义和越南战争的反对，他们提倡非传统的宗教文化，批评西方国家中层阶级的价值观。

既然美国可以出现嬉皮士被社会容纳，为什么在我们中国出现了“非主流”现象就要被很多人排斥呢?说我们用火星文是不好好写字，可是你们知道为什么会出现火星文吗?当我们在网上聊天时也会遭到大人的监视时，我们只能用“火星文”来保护自己的隐私了。

非主流的我们，其实有时候很无奈。在工作上我接受挑战,在学习上我一丝不苟,在生活上我追求高尚的品德,其实我就是90后,一个骄傲而充满自信的90后。

英语专业大学生实习报告

紧张、美好的实习生活结束了，在这短短的一个月里，我和同学们以及带课老师建立了深厚的感情。临走之前，确实有些依依不舍，但是我知道，人生中这样的分离还会有很多次。以下仅对我实习期间做个简单的实习总结。

来到学校的第一天确实很兴奋，必定这是我们第一次实习，必定这是我们第一次以老师的身份走在校园里。第一天并没有什么实质性的工作，只是分别听了一下主任的讲话，与指导老师互相认识一下，并看了看学校的环境，算是对学校的初步了解吧。

我们的教育实习主要分为两部分，一部分是班主任工作，另一部分是教学工作，说白了就是既要带班又要教课。无论是带班还是教课，作为实习老师，都会有一个该校的正式老师带我们。前段时间实习的主要任务就是听课，看其他老师是怎样讲课的。这种听课和我们上学时听课是不一样的，因为这种听课的重点是观察老师怎样讲课，学习如何传授知识，如何驾驭课堂，如何控制授课时间，而并不是学习老师所讲的知识。熟悉老师的教学流程后，我开始着手备课，写完教案给指导老师查看，

我第一次上讲台时，自我感觉并不紧张，只是课讲得有点快，各个环节之间的过渡性词语不够明确和流畅，课堂驾驭能力不够强，但总体感觉还可以。后来在指导老师的细心指导和建议下，我不断改进，后来的课，同学们对我讲授的知识都能吸收。不仅达到了预期的教学目的和要求，而且课堂纪律很好，同学们也非常配合。有了前几次讲课的经验，我认为自己的课堂驾驭能力有了很大提高，不但可以良好地控制授课时间，也能够适时地调动起学生的积极性，使课堂气氛活跃起来。最后得到老师的好评。

比教学工作更重要的就是班主任工作。在学校里，班主任就是学生的第一监护人，所以班主任的工作非常琐碎。一名真正尽职尽责的班主任，在学生身上下的功夫比学生的父母还要多。实习第一周，我就开始记住每个学生的名字和样子，了解他们的基本情况，配合班主任做好常规工作，看早，晚读，监督卫生情况和自习课，晚自修的纪律，接下来每天都会做好着写常规工作。除此之外，我根据每周的年级重点工作安排和学生动态开展不同的主题班会，如第一周，因有部分同学对学校补课制度不满而暴动，导致学生思想情绪激动，因此我开展了以不再抱怨生活为主题的班会，以其平伏学生的情绪;接下来两周学校要进行月考和期中考试，我就开展了以考试心理调试和考后反思与总结为主题的班会课。期中考试过后，为了放松同学们的心情，丰富同学们的课外生活，增强同学们之间合作沟通与克服困难的团队精神。我于11月15号下午第二节课进行了一次以团体拓展游戏为主的第二课堂活动，期间，坐地起身，抢凳子，人椅等游戏不仅使活动气氛活跃高涨，而且锻炼了学生的团队沟通能力和合作精神。

作为实习班主任，我也在工作中不断总结经验。在对个别生教育过程中，我收到了深刻的心得与体会。他其实学习的潜力很大，只是自觉性和自制力不够强，因为经过多次努力但英语成绩仍然跟不上而泄气，失去学习兴趣和动力，导致文理偏科。经过多次面谈，我不断鼓励和支持他。帮助他明确目标和找到适合自己的学习动力和方法，后来在期中考试中取得了很大的进步，这是我对自己也感到很有成就感。作为班主任，同时也应作为一个朋友的角色去和学生相处，在课后消除师生之间的距离感，是学生能坦白自己的真实想法，将心比心的理解学生的心理与情绪，更多的是感化教育而不是教训。

在这次实习中，我的各方面能力都得到了锻炼和提高，当更珍贵的是和高二1班的同学建立了一份亦师亦友的深厚情感，这也会对我今后的学习、生活和工作产生深远的影响。我会不断努力，攀登人生的最高峰。

About working: There are three main aspects of my daily work:

The first, I teach courses such as basic laws and politics. I can feel the strong responsibilities on a teacher, because I have to not only teach knowledge well, but also let students know how to be a good person.

The second, Im responsible for some administrative work, such as students recruiting and employment. The main majors in our college are urban metro, car repairing, transportation management, logistics and so on.

I think the students recruiting and employment are very important to our college as well as to students and their parents, the serious working attitude and consciousness are highly required.

The third part of my daily work is to be a head teacher, there is an idea I respect very much: there is no bad students, but only bad teachers. If a family is a component of our society, then the class is a component of the school.
