3、注重教学辅导和作业批改

教学辅导和作业批改是教师教学工作中不可缺少的组成部分。我在强调因材施教的前提下，异常注重面向学困生的课内外辅导。学生作业我全批全改，差等生面批面改，发现问题及时纠正。我长期坚持让优秀学生与学困生结对子，实行一帮一学习，经过多年来的实践，收到了良好的教学效果。

教学中，由于我坚持了以上三点，学生的成绩连年提高，每年期末考试，我所任教班级每年均居全校前列，多次在学区做公开课、优质课，并被先后确立为校级骨干教师。

二、加强教学研究，进取进行教学改革。
