This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

My name is Chris. I’m a Senior/ 4th-year undergraduate student from School of Economics, Peking University. I’ve kept on outstanding academic record during the 4 years in college, winning several awards and scholarships including… I’ve co-founded such and such student organizations on campus and have participated in such and such exchange programs. I’ve had

internships with prestigious companies such as ABC and XYZ, which was my first exposure to the consulting industry. I’m excited about the dynamic life

style and steep learning curve in a consulting firm, and that’s the reason why I applied for this job.

Time flies, a semester is soon over, look back six months can say hectic and gain a lot. Thanks for all school leaders and teachers care and help to make progress and I have to improve in all aspects. Next, I work for the past six months to do a brief review and summary of the following aspects.

one. Ability to work

1. In the teaching process has always been implementing the concept of the new education curriculum reform. 3.观摩校内优秀教师的课程，并认真做好记录和分析。在教学过程中所涉及到的问题要积极主动的向有经验的优秀教师请教和学习，取长补短。

4.多专研，做到了认真备好每节课，并钻研教材，努力上好每一节课。在备课过程中认真地分析教材，根据教材的特点及学生的实际情况设计教案。在课堂上，努力调动学生的积极性，尽可能使每个学生都参与到课堂中来。

5.认真做好教学反思，做到了学习——实践———交流———总结。并认真的做好反思记录，记录自己的不足之处和待提高的部分，及时的改正，使我在教学过程中能做到扬长避短，争取一次比一次有进步，以夯实基础。

6.增加了阅读时间，多读书，多记录。在课余，我坚持经常看书、看报，如《青年教师》、《新教育》、《德育报》等杂志和报刊。多采集各方面的信息，不断的填充和弥补自己，提高自己综合文化知识的含金量。为了解教学方面的动态信息，还经常上网找一些优秀的教案课件学习，努力提高自己的教学水平，使我收获不少，无论是在和学生相处的技巧，还是课堂教学的合理安排上，我都有了很大的进步。

7.提高课件制做技能，并充分利用学校的多媒体教学器材，广泛的应用于教学中。

三.个人素质方面

1.不断学习和思考，提高自己的职业道德水平。

2.亲身实践，按职业道德方向去做，促进自我素质的进一步提高和完善。

3.自省自检，注重个人的语言，仪表等方面的规范和端正，并不断的自我反省，更好的履行为人师表的标准。

以上是我本学期的自我提高总结，这学期的工作虽然即将结束，但在今后的教育教学工作中我会继续努力工作，以真挚的爱，真诚的心履行我的教育职责。

English Camp：

Before, I came this camp I don`t have experience about this so before I go to airport I don`t have Strain and fear. But after my parents go home ,suddenly I feel strange after came this resort I eat some food and juice And Diana say my name so I go to my room when I went to my room, my roommate is already sleepy .

First I think`40 days left…`But grow up more and more friends, Philippine Korean staff are friendly to me . Before came this camp I fear, because Seoul grade school students are study well. I dissatisfy with wake up time. And this swimming teachers are good, so my swim skill is more grow. First I feel hot, study is boring and wake up time is terrible. But after I feel better. And my favorite experience is S M, because it is very big and good , In there I don`t miss shopping with my friends. In this camp, I learned many things, for example English skill.
