一、活动目的 ：

今年3月5日是第11个中国青年志愿者服务日，是毛泽东等老一辈领导人题词“向雷锋同志学习”47周年。为贯彻落实共青团xx届三中全会精神，按照中央文明委“迎世博迎亚运讲文明树新风”志愿服务活动的总体安排，我们要高举雷锋精神的旗帜，进一步弘扬雷锋精神，倡导文明新风，深化雷锋家乡学雷锋活动，开展宣传世博、亚运知识志愿服务；开展倡导文明风尚志愿服务；开展关爱特殊困难群体志愿服务；重点结合绿色环保教育、弘扬民族精神等培养青少年关爱他人、爱护环境的优良品质，不断丰富和发展学雷锋活动（青年志愿者服务）的内涵和形式。

第一阶段：宣传发动

1、3月8日升旗仪式，校团委向全校师生发出“弘扬雷锋精神，倡导文明新风”倡议，启动“学雷锋活动（青年志愿者服务）”。

2、利用学校的橱窗、黑板报等宣传阵地，弘扬雷锋精神，倡导文明新风。校团委出一期主题宣传橱窗；举行全校“扬雷锋精神，树校园文明新风尚”主题黑板报比赛，各支部围绕该主题出一期主题黑板报，校团委于3月12日前进行集中评比。

3、“麓山之声”校园广播站播读雷锋日记、校内外学雷锋先进事迹材料，播放学雷锋主题歌曲等，营造学雷锋活动氛围。

第二阶段：活动开展

主题一：用雷锋精神完善自我

1、各中队、支部于3月13日（第二周周五）利用班会课举行““雷锋”就在我身边——发掘优秀榜样，争做模范”主题班会。引导全体同学在认真深入学习雷锋精神的同时，发掘身边的好人好事好现象，加以学习和发扬：同时审视自己，在深刻反思的基础上充分挖掘自身优点，改进自己的不足之处，增强自信心，争做身边同学和低年级同学的榜样，对各方面存在的问题进行反思、整改，将学习雷锋精神活动真正落到实处。

我在这次的活动中三项活动基本都参与就是别人在帮老人剪头发的时候，我就去帮忙给他们洗头发，掏耳朵按摩这种细腻活还是不适合我，但是剪指甲我可是一把好手，我做的最多的还是去老人家里给他们修理日常的家电，无一例外的都修好了，得到了他们的称赞，那种感觉真的很好。

四、注意事项

一、 聚焦课堂求高效

本学期通过两次参加区“单元整体教学”活动，特别是在本校（温州市中通国际学校）举行了龙湾区七、八年级英语“学本课堂”专题研讨暨教师专业素养提升培训活动。首先，温州市中通国际学校英语老师许忠辉为大家带来了第一节研讨课——《新标准英语七年级m7 u1第一课时》。他主动为学生创造鲜活生动的教学情境，让学生们“生生互动”，提高了学生的课堂参与度，尊重了学生们在课堂中的主体地位。接着，为大家上研讨课的是来自温二十五中的吴赛洁老师，她带给大家的是《新标准英语八年级m11u1第一课时》。吴老师语言亲和、姿态优雅，能够充分地调动学生的积极性，让学生在相互合作与讨论中解决问题。随后，两位老师分别就自己的课堂和大家进行了探讨，现场气氛热烈而愉悦。

许忠辉老师的区公开课，引导教师深入研读课标、研究教材、研究学生，开展系列化、课题化的教学打磨行动，打造高效课堂。

二、 研究作业求高质

本学期每位老师认真设计分配到的关于课前预习，课后复习巩固学案。我们就作业设计进行交流，反思自己的作业设计。在实践中我们不断摸索，不断吸取学生的建议，不断探索高效作业的设计方式和策略，提高作业设计能力，提高作业的针对性和实效性，从而减轻学生过重的课业负担。

三、 搭建平台促成长

组员积极参加区搭建良好的平台，如90学时、24学时等培训活动，来不断提升教师学科专业素养。同时组员积极参与各项竞赛，取得优异的成绩，如：教师参加的论文评比等等。为更好地激发学生英语学习的兴趣，本学期我们英语组精心组织为学生搭建运用英语舞台，举办8.9年级读后感比赛、八年级英语阅读竞赛等活动。在8.9年级的教师认真辅导下，参加区里的竞赛学生取得了的成绩。

四、研究考法促提高

我组教师认真学习研究考法，准确把握考纲，不断提高教学的针对性和实效性，8年级备课组勇于承办区8年级区疑难问题解决的会议。在课堂，我们不断的改进教学方法，关注后20%学生英语学业水平，因此在期末测试中，我们取得了较好的成绩。

虽然 在我组英语教师队伍中，人数只有7人，我们兼职工作繁忙，任务艰巨，但全组教师以学校大局为重，以校为己任，克服困难，积极进取，发扬了无私奉献的精神，高质高效地完成了学校交给的各项任务。总之，我组是一个团结、向上的集体，是一个富有朝气的学习团队。相信我们的明天会更好！
