Without Party As consent, Party B shall not render service elsewhere or hold concurrently any post unrelated to the work agreed on with Party A.

3. Party B shall complete the tasks agreed on schedule and guarantee the quality of work.

4. Party B shall respect Chinas religious policy, and shall not conduct religious activities incompatible with the status of an expert.

5. Party B shall respect the Chinese peoples moral standards and customs.

Ⅶ Revision, Cancellation and Termination of the Contract

1. Both parties should abide by the contract and should refrain from revising, canceling, or terminating the contract without mutual consent.

2. The contract can be revised, canceled, or terminated with mutual consent. Before both parties have reached an agreement, the contract should be strictly observed.

3. Party A has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to Party B under the following conditions;

(1) Party B does not fulfill the contract or does not fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, and has failed to amend after Party A has pointed it out.

(2) According to the doctors diagnosis, Party B cannot resume normal work after a continued 30 day sick leave.

Ⅷ Breach Penalty

=RAND

首先介绍一下如何用RAND函数来生成随机数(同时返回多个值时是不重复的)。RAND函数返回的随机数字的范围是大于0小于1。因此，也可以用它做基础来生成给定范围内的随机数字。

生成制定范围的随机数方法是这样的，假设给定数字范围最小是A，最大是B，公式是：=A+RAND*(B-A)。

举例来说，要生成大于60小于100的随机数字，因为(100-60)*RAND返回结果是0到40之间，加上范围的下限60就返回了60到100之间的数字，即=60+(100-60)*RAND。

2、随机整数

=RANDBETWEEN(整数，整数)

应聘书的概念特点

(1)应聘书的概念

应聘书是指求职者根据用人单位发布的招聘职员的广告、通知和其他有关信息，有目的地表达求职意向的信函。

(2)应聘书的特点

应聘书与求职信是一个类型，但相对求职信而言，求职目标比较明确，对用人单位的用人条件和相关要求心中有数，减少了求职的盲目性，与此同时又增加了求职的被动性。

一般而言，求职者呈递应聘书时是有针对性地单独传递，不象求职书那样可以群发。

明显的针对性

写应聘书的目的是为了向用人单位请求特定的工作职位，应聘的目标很明确。招聘材料中对拟聘员工的素质、条件要求交代十分清楚。应聘书就是围绕那些特定的条件和要求写作的，所以它具有明显的针对性。

应聘人对相关职位的要求心中有数，所以要针对求职的目标，揣摩读信人的要求和心理，把握书信的内容和语气。力求做到方向正确、内容集中，重点突出。

本学期我担任5个班的地理课教学。根据学生实际，我认真钻研课程标准，结合综合组的教学计划，用心完成了本学期的教学任务。具体总结如下：

一、学习新课程标准，以当前先进的教学理念为指导，提高学生学习用心性。

教学中，要视学生为知识的创造者，而不仅仅把学生当作一个知识的理解者培养。教学的目的就是让学生学会学习，只有学生学会了学习，教学才变得有好处和有期望。要实现这一教学理念，教学手段要灵活多样，让学生学会主动学习。在班级教学中，班级之间有差别，学生个体也有差异，教学中我根据学生实际状况，采用分层教学，以先带后，承包互帮，展现学生个性风采，凸现团队式学习，建立学习型小组。遵循进步就是优秀的原则，突出过程性评价，提高学生的学习的用心性。

二、结合学生实际，加强学生的地理基础，培养学生的地理思维。

这批学生地理基础较差，甚至一些地理常识也不具备，更不用说养成地理思维和方法，在观念上他们把地理当作副科、次科，对地理学习不重视。我们的学生在这个阶段成绩很差，从小没有养成良好的学习习惯和学习方法，缺乏自信。学生在课堂上注意力不集中，学习不认真，练习作业应付了事。针对这些状况，我在课堂上时刻透过激趣是学生持续注意，重点要求学生掌握地理基础知识。多从初中生活，地理学习等方面给以方法的指导，在教学中渗透先进的学习观念，让学生体验成功，培养自信;培养学生良好的学习习惯，突出强化地理思维潜力的培养。

三、抓紧、抓好课堂教学环节，搞好常规教学，开展多样化的学习形式。

在备好课的基础上，讲好每一节课，提高课堂45分钟的教学效果，是提高地理教学成绩的关键。在课堂上准确无误的向学生传授教材知识，经常启发学生思维，注重教学语言的生动性、趣味性，分析问题深入浅出，列举学生喜闻乐见的事例剖析难点，创设宽松的课堂气氛，师生互动，极大的提高了学生学习地理的兴趣性，另一方面，充分利用各种地理挂图，图片，标本，有时借助多媒体展示地理事物的构成过程，如：地形剖面图、锋面雨的构成等。让学生增强了感性认识，加深对教材知识的理解和记忆，又培养了学生的读图潜力，课堂效率有较大提高。第三，在教学过程中，结合有关章节资料，对全体学生进行环境保护方面的教育，培养学生的环境意识，如大气污染，自然环境，自然资源利用与生态破坏等。

我在教学中尝试开展多样化的学习形式，培养学生地理学习潜力，在学习过程中使学生获得收集材料、提取有效信息的潜力;利用地图，综合分析地理问题的潜力;辩证的思维方式及其表述潜力等。透过培养学生自主学习的潜力，发展学生的个性，使学生具有活跃的思维，从而到达培养创新精神与实践潜力的目。

四、学科教学的反思与展望。

1、综合学习各种教育教学理论，重点学习分层教学，加强地理教学的实践和理论的探索。

2、透过多种形式实现教学效果的反馈，展现学生个性风采，凸现团队式学习，建立学习型小组。

3、继续强化“思路-线索学习法”;继续强化过程性评价和整体优化。

一、自我评价

1.性格特征

二、求职目标

1.做足市场调查工作

市场调查工作包括多个方面，人力资源市场供求状况和相应的人力资源价格。针对这两点，我会对自己的价值做出初步估计，这份估计需要我自己深入地对当前形势以及个人本身情况量身定做，不遗漏一个细节，不放过一个疏忽。只有经过全面的自我剖析，才能更加犀利地给将来就业方向进行定位。

2.注重同学之间交流

在自我探索的过程里，不能一味的一意孤行，有的时候需要多听听家长、同学们的意见。我认为同学们之间有必要就求职的问题深入讨论，结合同学的优缺点，适时补充自己的不足，发现同学的优点，知己知彼，方能百战而不殆。

三、求职计划

1.加大就业信息的收集，通过学校、报纸、网络、招聘现场等。把自己的就业问题放在第一位，多动大脑思考如何才能找到适合自己的工作，为自己也为家人，为父母，让父母不在辛苦，因为他们为我们付出的是在是太多了，我们无以为报，只能是找到一份好的工作，，让他们放心——他们的孩子过的很好，使他们颐养天年。

2.树立正确的就业思想，端正自己对就业的态度，把自己放在一个合适的高度来看，做到不骄不傲，但也不要太过悲哀，相信自己会对自己认真负责。

3.通过学校举行的招聘会，结合自己所学的技术专业，寻找一份与专业知识有关的工作，以便在以后的工作中能够发挥自己的能力为公司求和自己求发展，让自己有一个美好的明天。

四、实践锻炼方法

1.锻炼自己的注意力，在嘈杂的环境里也能思考问题，正常工作。有意识地进行自我训练。

2.养成良好的锻炼、饮食、生活习惯，保持身体的良好。

3.充分利用自身的工作条件扩大社交圈、重视同学交际圈、重视和每个人的交往，不论身份贵贱和亲疏程度。

4.认识并了解自己。在确定了职业生涯目标后，行动便成了关键的环节。没有达成目标的行动，目标就难以实现，也谈不上事业的成功。俗话说：“兴趣是的老师。”但是我知道，一个人如想做好一件事，只有兴趣是不行的，尤其是对我将来的目标，不仅需要兴趣，

还要学会宽容和真诚。一个人在社会当中总会遇上不能称心如意的事情，有些时候只有宽容才能愈合创伤的奇妙的效果，宽容不仅仅是容忍缺点和错误，更是一种无言的教诲，宽容是一个人的人格完善的体现，在宽容的过程中自己的心灵也会得到净化和升华。真诚的力量是无穷的，人是有感情的动物，人的内心很容易被感动，引起人内心感动的因素很多，往往一句热情的问候，一个灿烂的笑容，就足以唤醒一颗冷漠的心。现在的我，我必须踏踏实实地在学好专业课的同时，不断地向课外扩展，丰富我的视野，为实现我的梦想奠定坚实的基础。

五、总结

计划是永远都赶不上变化的,但是只有计划才会明确的认识到自己的任务与方向，我的计划不会变化，我会为自己负责的，永不言弃，在求职的道路上我会一路高歌涌进!

发现居然已经快要领第四个月的工资了，每月一千块钱的固定收入的确让我的开销宽裕很多。我在广美老师那里实习已经四个月了，这应该是我大学阶段唯一一段实习赚钱的经历，收获颇丰。

1、 固定收入比非固定收入要好。凭我的资质，其实很容易找到一分作礼仪的工作，而且这个收入也高很多，一个展会每天都有200元进帐。但是发现，每份礼仪的工作都只是几天的时间，而且每次都要先面试再做事，收入是不稳定的。收入不稳定就会造成心里的不安定，稳定的收入就能让内心有保障。起码不会为下个月的买衣服啊，买化妆品阿大宗消费而担忧。这才发现，有固定收入是一件多么幸福的事情，哪怕收入不高。

2、 老板是一个监督并爱护员工的角色。我在广美帮张老师做邮件翻译，我发现其实自己工作是否尽力，老师是很难百分之百了解的。老师只能看是否需要翻的邮件已经翻译，只能看得出数量，但是不可能一五一十去了解质量。那么，工作质量如何完全靠员工的责任心来决定。我自己很清楚，如果老师说话客气点，布置的工作量不会太多，我就非常详尽得翻译信件，把意思尽可能得表达到位。但是如果今天老师让我感觉不爽，比如在临下班之前布置任务，我就只会用最简单的方式把意思翻译出来而已，绝对不会想是否到位，工作质量自然达不到最佳。自然而然扩展来说，老板爱护员工，员工就会拼命。要想因为付点工资就感觉员工做事认真是天经地义的，那老板就是失败的。其实这条定理对于做领导也是适用的，做社团干部也是适用的。
